Good day people. I battling anger issue, which makes me sometimes get angry over little things that is not worth it.
This is bothering me much.
Like today I got angry at a guy in school for damaging my shoe and bag and falling me down in the dirt. When I thought of how much I bought the bag and shoe I burst into rage and wailed & yelled at him for some seconds even though I know his action was unintentionally. He tried to apologise and I ignore. He felt very bad and guilty afterward. I must have ruin today for him with my actions by making him feeling guilty throughout day.

Before I could realized my mistakes the guy is no where to be found. And I just moved on and this spoiled my day too. I know I have replacement for those things yet I got mad at another person unintentional mistake.
