Yes dear, you can also use Guinea corn(the red or white), millet too but the best is the Guinea corn especially the white one. Then you can add tiger nuts but the dry one. Then dere is what we call siro, is basically fermented rice that has started sprouting and then the dankali which is dried sweet potatoes. sassysure: Are these the ingredients?
What is dankali?
Seems u are from the north too.
I didn't taste kunu as I don't know what they use in preparing it. |

The annoying thing is am not a heavy eater, I go go a whole day without food sef but I keep blowing up and people keep thinking na food I dey chop up and down. Am done with hormonal, I want my 52kg back Giddyperson: I'm also really considering taking out Jadelle and going for none hormonal, but first I want to wean Amali and change my diet, if I don't lose weight on a diet then id take it out. Had the implant last year and here was the pros and cons for me. Body differs, so what worked for me might not work for you. What I enjoyed about it for the no period, sometimes I can go 2 or more months without period and if it decides to show, is merely spoting and what I didn't like about it was the fact that it turned me to orobo(Fatty) had to remove it cos I was not happy with the weight gain. keeki: Please Mama's the used the implant family planning.what was your experience with it?any side effects? Please don't jump and pass.help a sister biko |

I agree with you on dis. I wasn't a picky eater sha but I can stay hungry all day and won't feel hungry and I could eat any concoction and get away with it but after I put to bed, it was like a new me. I dare not stay hungry if not, I get shaky and sweaty. Worst of all, I can not eat everything again. Any food I eat now, na heart burn. And I dare not eat pepper. Childbirth really changes ones system. Chinnybaby99: I was a picky eater right from birth. So while my siblings and cousins were big I was smallish but you need to see me now. I can finish one big pot of rice and still be crying for food. I am surprised at the change of my appetite after giving birth. Something is always in my mouth and I am trying to control it because I'm over 100 kg from 60kg. |
