Well little did I know this dude has a smokehouse close by. I had the juiciest burger ever at that place and couldn’t leave without buying one of his signature barbecue sauces.

Hopefully this post will be received in the spirit that it was shared. An excited foodie sharing an experience they assume other foodies would understand the reason behind the excitement.

just go bit by bit till it curdles. And yes you can buy the pap and soak but you need to allow it for like two days to get the sourness.

I soak the soyabeans overnight. In the morning I wash and then grind. Then I mix the grinded paste with water and sieve the milk then straight to the fire. When it starts boiling, I add sour water(gotten from pap) and it does the curdling.

It is quite easy to make and veeeeeeeeeeeeeery delicious. Yum!
I enjoyed making. ( I always enjoy making a new recipe, it gets me excited )

For this dish, you don't have to worry about what to do with your leftover rice.
In fact, after making this, you'd want to store cooked rice in your fridge on purpose, just so you can make this dish anytime you want .
