FloraEC:
Corn flour/starch(1kg or 2)
Milk flavor(powdered)
Deep orange(powdered, also called vit c)
Egg/sunset yellow(powdered)
Any flavor of your choice(strawberry, banana, vanilla etc)(should be in powdered form too)
Preservative(optional, I didn't use)
Some actually add sugar and salt tho, but I didn't use it

Depending on how many kg of corn flour that you bought shaa
You first sieve your corn flour using a net sieve to remove all these chaff and tiny insects
You can use a big bowl that can contain everything(the corn flour etc so you can mix them well)
Add the egg yellow, deep orange, preservative and mix very well so they'll blend.
Add the milk flavor and your vanilla flavor or any flavor of your choice and mix well too
Pour in empty paint or custard bucket

So I tasted fura de nunu for the first time today, and I must say, I really liked it .

It was blended with coconut and bananas, and had some spices added like clove and ginger .

I would really like to try out more northern delicacies like masa

This same thing happened to my mum. Immediately after she had me, she took fp pills. Hers was not implanon tho, hers was pills. She developed goitre and it was discovered that it was caused by the pills. She had that thing for years till she went for surgery to remove it. She since warned me not to take pills.
