Sir, this is what I have observed from reading the responses you have gotten so far.
You are doing a total of 289 square meter.
Some vendors in here said they would do it for 5500- 6000 (Labour and materials ).

Option A
Therefore that would cost either #1.58M (5000x 289) or at (6000 x 289) = #1. 73m

Now option B ( your intended option)

Cement 170 x 6800 = #1.156M
Labour. #1200 x 289 = #343,200
Other materials 300k
Total #1.8 M
{transportation of materials not included)
Option A is cheaper is they will deliver without stories.

Too much material for 300sqm work... #1500 is not too much depending on the design but you can still bargain to #1200.
