I always fry my pepper mix before making any Nigerian soup. Gives it a nice taste and reduces the "Onion" taste you get sometimes if you just mix everything together.

Please what can make period to be late by more than 10 days? Pregnancy test was negative after that, and no other symptoms.

Some people bleed for a short while after delivery, some for long. It's also normal for lochia to decrease in quantity as the days go by. It's only an issue when it's increasing instead of decreasing.

Please be kind to your body. You can't just reverse changes of 9 months in one week. If you're breastfeeding exclusively, it helps it shrink back faster. Cut back on the very hot water please.

At least the person has some dignity. Friends that cook, came only twice.

Please update sex for me to XX. Boss baby finally opened her legs at 36 weeks and I'm no longer team green. After two boys, my joy knows no bounds today. Just praying for safe delivery and smooth journey thereafter.

This should apply even to our normal events. Naming, Eid and others. There's special meal depending on which class you belong to when you visit someone's home during those events.

May Allah help us all to do the right thing.

You can do that too. It just depends on body type. If you notice it's causing painful contractions you can't bear, stop. If you feel nothing, then that early enough is good too.

Some doctors are strictly against it, especially if you have a high risk pregnancy or you're carrying multiples. You want your babies to develop well.
If you are low risk, you can do that.

Didn't know about Shea butter or coconut with my first, but even all the bio-oil I was buying then, I still had stretch marks.;Second time around, I used blue seal throughout and no new ones came out, this one too no new stretch marks but the old ones from my first are still visible and nothing seems to help it

Ah yes its true, it can cause early labour reason y i avoided it but i suffer d consequence when wn my boy arrived cs milk refused to come out 4 5days... I think 35 weeks old be safe enough for daily cleaning in this case.

I clean like once a week and I see the colostrum whenever I do so. I just hate the pains that comes with the contractions after doing that.

We all have different body types. This is my third baby and I don't have a single stretch marks on my tummy, and I've never used any oil or cream on it, not even once. Infact I don't use body cream once I'm pregnant coz it smells to me. But I've had black ones on my bum since secondary school days.

What I'm saying is know your body and treat it accordingly. If you start having stretch marks, Shea butter, coconut oil are some of the best options I know, but if your body is the type that will have it, it will still continue.

Love yourself like that. You are already a super woman for growing a full human for nine months.

She do not need to worry,she should be concerned now about the Lo, this is one of the sacrifices mothers make, pls try to check well why she is really worried maybe maybe is because of that girlfriend title that you still use .
Motherhood is a thing of joy which comes with its pains that phases away.
Please for the stretch marks she need not to worry, just prepare your own coconot oil and buy original shear butter let her mix the two and use twice daily,remember to testify here within two weeks.

Please our mothers you guys are trying, on a general note especially for FTMs, always use original coconut oil to rub and clean your nipples while pregnant so as not to complain when the baby arrives. It really helps to clean your nipples and push your nipples out and trust me you will see dirts coming out and you will not complain when you start breastfeeding these and more are what we teach during antenatal classes.

Cleaning of nipples should be in the last few weeks of pregnancy. It can stimulate uterine contractions, that's why it's one of the ways to induce labor.

I personally avoid it because my last two babies and this one, any type causes serious contractions for me till I'm ready for baby to come.
