when a girl is young she dosent know how to tellsuch stories to adults so i dont blame her cos i was once in such a position.I think parents should encourage children to tell them when anyadult touches them in anyway that makes them scared.parents should also let children know parts of the body that are private and tell them not to allow anyone touch them and they shouldnt touch anybodys own no mater what the person says or gives to them cos i know some lousy men who promise to give sweets and biscuits

I did not ask them why they do scan only on thursdays and tuesdays i guess like you said they were trying to cut cost by paying the guy hwo does it for twice per week.They dont even have any incubator and i saw a baby that was been given drip in a crib in the nurses office can you imagine that? a new born baby in a small office with scatered file, one window and 6 nurses all talking at the top of their voices. he keeps the keys to the pharmacy and i had to wait for 1 full day to get pain killers and i was in serious pain the nurses couldnt help cos Oga doctor took the keys to the pharmacy cos it was sunday i wonder if there was an emergency with any patient how they would cope without drugs.To a patient who just comes to see the doctor take priscription and leaves the hospital is good cos you wont see whats happening inside but when you get admited and you stay for a while youl know that not all that gliters is gold.

Depending on how many costomers you get per day you can start selling cold drinks and water using cooler and ice block to reduce cost on electricity also sell biscuites, ground nuts and whatever you think customers will buy also include weaveon to the list. improve on skill in styles that dont need electricity such as braiding, Fixing etc as this will reduce running cost and inprove your profit.

I no more live in Ughelli but i was there for four years and all those years we lived like that teachers will ask us to close the doors and will tell us that Gbomo gbomo will come today and that we should go straight home and not follow anybody who calls or gives us sweets.Parents especially mothers willl come crying in the confussion looking for their children in school smaller kids will be crying looking for their big brothers or sisters sometimes children get knocked down by cars or drown in a pond close to the school if it was a false alarm how come parents hear about it and teachers dismiss students in every school?
