Theanointed3: The truth is that employers no that some of the 2.1 or 2.2 does not merit their grade due to cheating in schools while 3rd class must have worked hard on their own (no cheating). You sound like a 3rd. Your name is even a pointer. I am one of the few that worked hard to earn my grade and its showing in all i do. To God be all the Glory though. I have never been given a job other than by merit. Headhunters now seek me out. |

Mbkite: A friend that works with one of these new generation banks told me about a job that was advertized internally in the bank, with Third Class as the only requirement. I have been wondering why they should make the job opening for only Third class graduates. I decided to bring it to Nairaland for proper deliberation. What do you think? A few suggested reasons are: 1. There is no managerial carreer development 2. The job will be near menial with no expectation of cereberal input 3. They want to retain people who may find it very difficult to switch to other jobs. Truth be told, 3rd class as a degree is not hot cake 4. Possibly the line manager has a pass degree at best but nothing better than a 3rd. So they do not want someone that will challenge the boss' position. 5. There nay be other reasons. |

I did not bother reading the story. The guy has malaria and should treat it quickly. This is what happens when people do not take preventive anti malarial drugs. Once his system is cleared of the parasites, he will stop seeing the igbo giant and his dream and also the Mods will stop posting this kinda things on the front page.
Meanwhile i need a boat to get into my car. I want to leave the island shortly. |

Mariojane: everything is in Benin. they ve killed each other. all the youth are nowhere to be found. some are dead while some ran for their lives.
everybody look back while walking cos anybody can be victim. human life does not mean anything to them.
RIP to the dead. Benin is the reason i hardly ever go to the east by road again. Even when i went back in January to pick my car i left in the villa after xmas, it was by divine intervention that i missed being robbed. I was speeding after a car that overtook me and in the process i missed the mbano turn off and did not realize where i was until after 30 minutes solid driving and i realized i had cleared okigwe and was approaching the university....i think ABSU. Naturally it took me another 30 minutes to get back on track. By the time i got to benin by pass, they had just finished robbing. Combined team of army and police were shooting into the nearby bushes while belongings were clustered by the side of the road with people crying all around. |

Romance › Re: 8 Signs She Enjoys Having $ex With You by hardbody: 9:43am On Jun 05, 2015 |
Faba: Whether you have been together for years or you just started dating, it is important for you to know if you are both satisfied with your $ex lives. You do not want to be so focused on your own pleasure and disregard hers. So, are you really that good in bed or is she hoping you get done quickly so she can go to sleep? Let’s find out by taking a look at the top 8 signs that proves she is having fun below.
1. She’s Wet: This is a no-brainer when it comes to $exual pleasure. Just like a man gets obviously aroused when he is ready, a woman’s main arousal sign is that she is wet down there. If she does not seem “ready” prolong the pre-intimacy as much as you can and make sure you are hitting the right spots. She will thank you for it.
2. Quickening Breath : Another sign of arousal is that her breath gets quicker and more urgent, the more excited she gets. Watch for intense gaze and steadily quickening breath, then you know you’ve got her.
3. She Tightens Around You : If she seems to be getting tighter around you as you go on, this is a sign that she is enjoying what you are doing. A woman having fun gets tighter and wetter as she feels more pleasured.
4. Holds You (or something else) Tighter : Does her grip on you seem to be getting tighter? Does she seem to be grabbing the sheets or the headboard like her life depends on it? A woman in the throes of extreme pa$$ion would have an intense urge to hold on tight.
5. Toes Curl: If you are keeping a closer eye on your partner’s reactions, you would notice that her toes curl in the moment of pleasure.
6. She Communicates : A partner who tells you what she likes during $ex (verbally or via body language) is definitely having a good time and wants more. She would not waste her time telling you what she wants if you were not doing a pretty good job in the first place.
7. She Climaxes : The signs above could also tell you that she is close to orgasm and if you feel her reach that final release, then that is your main proof. It is almost impossible for a woman to climax without having reached the ultimate peak of pleasure and desire.
8. Initiates $ex: One way a woman gets turned on for $ex is when she remembers how great it was the last time. It is this memory that would lead her to approach you and request for more good times. If she is always calling you for more, or reaching for you even when you are both watching TV, then she obviously cannot get enough. I have issues with Nos 1, 6 and 8. On 1, some babes just cant get it wet in a hurry till u do some more work, on 6, some babes are really elsewhere in their mind but they are cooing and msking all sorts of animal noise to give u d impression and satisfaction that u r doing a good job and 8, a babe that expects to be given some bucks so she can leave early will initiate stuff and go through the motions quickly, collect her bar abd disappear |

RickRichards: It is well. Whilst discussing trivialities and throwing political banter on NL, let's not forget that many of the brave soldiers prosecuting this war are our agemates. They put their lives on the line whenever the occasion demands it of them. It's not like they even have a choice. You enjoy freedom and all you do with it is hate? A peaceful, prosperous Nigeria is all I want. And I need every citizen of Nigeria to want the same with me. It is unfortunate when these guys die but they fvcking signed up for it and they get their azzes paid doing just that. I do my bit and pay huge taxes for which they are run and maintained. Often times, their colleagues around use guns and boots bought with our tax money to kill us even around here. So much for this sympathy, they should just go and exterminate the BH shiite. They could also resign and see how easy it is to make money otherwise and pay taxes. We cant all be in the military and we cant all be civilians. So there... |

focus7: Ihejirika should go and clear himself in IC if truly know he's innocent, prosecution is not a conviction. Some purpoted prosecutions are deliberate attempts at persecution. A wise man sees danger and avoids it especially i it is avoidable. They can persecute these men but we should all know that in doing that, they are setting the stage for more boko haram intransigence and robust mass killings of innocent men and women. If we were all not Nigerians, i would not need to bat an eye lid over this. Man continues to subjugate fellow man since creation. This is what Amnesty International is perpetuating. For those gloating, BH is real and lurking around the corner. Closer than you think. |

Dollyak: Rip. Condolences to all involved. This is why I travel by air to any region in Nigeria My dear i do the same and sometimes i virtually live in the air. Like this morning i left Lag for Abuja and by Friday i head out owerri and then hit back Lag on Monday. Having said that, there are locations you cannot connect by flight. I had a reason to go to Enugu but aware that from Enugu to owerri can only be by road ditto owerri to enugu. So i had to shelve the Enugu trip for when i can fly direct. If you were going to Aba from PH, the only option is to go by road, so there. May those she left behind be consoled. This is also a lesson for drivers. Those robbers only rob and would generally not kill except the attacked person starts acting smart. Sadly if the attacked person does not have money he may be rough handled but often times the robbers only shoot when they are excited or being taken for a ride. |
