farobat:He said 'when' it is available. The better qualification should be 'if' it is available, knowing fully well, it will never be available. Buhari show us your certificate ooooo. Afterthought of the highest order.....He thought it was with the military.....face of a lying tyrant. |
XKZ:The point made an interesting reading. The lawyers saw and explored an opportunity. Sold the idea to a client 'who was going to tell the lie' perhaps to only 'be guided on technical approach to be applied', by the lawyers. Who tripped? Who lied about the circumstance of what happened? definitely not the lawyers. My point? Lawyers are mouth pieces of their clients. The lawyers advocate what their clients claim. This client who is not a lawyer lied. She could have distanced herself from such a line of argument. Even the title of your document posted says the lawyers were suspended for 'encouraging a client to lie'. They on their own did not lie. Or did they? |
XKZ:He lied because he is Bill Clinton not because he is a lawyer. People lie everyday and they are no where near being lawyers. Buhari here has told us several versions of what happened to his SSCE and even swore to an Oath on the fact that the army has it, then the army came out to deny it. Did Buhari perjure because he is a lawyer? Your example does not hold water. Cite another |
sexylogan:If i like what i see, i read your posts, if they make sense and i see depth, i exercise a right of seeking friendship by sending a PM be you a guy or a babe. You then have the right to either respond or keep mute. If you respond we keep sharing thoughts outside of here, if you ignore, it dies a natural death. People have sent me PMs and i have responded to select few. For some, we have become friends sharing ideas, for others, we could not move it beyond hello and hi. In all these, there is no big deal. |
emusmith:Yes Sir. Give me one example of a lawyer lying and i will explain to you how logic has been applied in that instance. No lawyer, for instance ever claims that Mr A, is not the owner of a house or land, all he tries to prove on a balance of probability and based on 3rd party instruction and advise is that Mr. A may not actually be the owner based on Facts A,B,C and D as provided by Mr B who is also claiming ownership. Besides, on quite a number of occasions, matters are struck out purely on technical grounds but to the non-initiates, you think the lawyer has told one big and massive lie. Finally, in the example cited above, who brings the claim of counter ownership, is it the lawyer, No. It is Mr B and he provides facts that the lawyer works with. I do not know why this simple fact is difficult for people to comprehend |

Stick to what you know @OP. Lawyers apply logic they dont lie. It is only lawyers that understand how it works |
emiye:Thanks for enlightening me. I honestly dont know how it works and i dont care. Not even a flying fvck. I distrust them aĺl. When the chips are down and the battle is fought and won, they discard us like wet rags |
Even if they are 1billion it only counts as one state out of the rest. So no shaking. If i were to be interested in politricks, their number wont disturb me. I will concentrate on states that are neutral. Simple strategy. |
egift:Bros we meet again. Section 31(5) of the Electoral Act says the presidential candidate must have secondary school qualification. However whether or not Buhari has it, he will, under Section 318 (c-d) be given a window of opportunity to contest. The latitude provided by that law is unheard of. Meanwhile, it is a shame Buhari never passed secondary school, even though he attended up to some stages. Again, Nigeria, we bend the rules. It is all well. Which political party is Buhari self, and which one is GEJ? I dont give a flying fvck about their political orientations, i only was hoping that due process be followed in electing or selecting the next thief that will rip us off some more. That is the stuff we are made of irrespective who eventually mounts the saddle. God help you people. |
I am even going beyond his qualification to stand election. He should have all the subsequent certificates he fraudulently obtained withdrawn from him. He should be de-commissioned from the army and sacked. This is what the academia does to students who are found to have obtained admission fraudulently without the basic and requisite GCE OR SSCE. We cannot be bending the rules for some people. How can a fraudster arrest and tame fraud. We will end up a country with fraudulent certificate or no certificate holders attaining the highest offices and governing well read gentlemen. What a shame. Buhari is not even smart. His affidavit should have said the Certificate was burnt. I am sure any school he claims he attended will most probably not have a complete set of the results of graduands or better still, any almajiri school in the North would have provided him a certified true copy to prove 'he was there". Dull scammers since many years of past elections. I am really vexed. Buharishowyourcertificate ooo |
Neplusultra:I have found it. Etymologically this is not English though |
favouryemmy:One of the toughest to explain. Even dictionary appears confused about this. I once had to write a long essay on serendipity |

I also recall that in my marshall arts classes we were repeatedly warned to avoid circumstances that may lead to a fight, we should only defend and not fight but in defending be sure to destabilize your opponent and then run away. Never wait to finish him off, except there is apparent danger to your life and limb. P.S. I hold a sixth Dan Black belt in Karate. Steps 4 and 6 are rather very brutaĺ. A knife hand to the wind pipe is more effective and deadly in the face of real danger. A kick to the shin ends most fights immediately. |
major466:My advise though.... Ladies, if you start any of these be sure yo fight it out to the last. There are no rules in a fight and everything goes. While judo and aikido techniques are useful, it is a known fact that men are generally stronger than women. Try the above shiite on some guys and be sure to have a re arranged dentition. Here na Nigeria ooo no be the west where women have all the right to beat up men and men are supposed to just watch and walk away like wimps. Be advised |
Isiterere:People wey die for accident, which of these things kill them? Make we sha dey pray to God make we mature and die when we don ripe. One thing go everly kill man some time. At least old age join. |
ireneony:Don't move on....Move over....TO ME |
ireneony:If they ask you out, you will be forming angel, let those who want to date do so and let them even fvck as much as they like, it is their business and not yours or even mine for that matter. |
Redoil:This redoil is mentally asleep. When you wake up and stop sleep-walking, you can address the global issue that is of concern to all right thinking Nigerians. |

obongtunji:I have had this record since. It is just ok that the man died. He deserved to die. |
Therock5555:What proof is there that those guys are kidnappers. For all you know they wanted an opportunity to chat your sister up and she was living in her own fear. I am not saying she should have waited but drawing this manner of conclusions is just too elementary. If they so wished, when the bike man stopped (if this is even true), they could have kidnapped the bike man, your sister plus even the bike). Reminds me of what happened last week. I had shipped somethings through ABC cargo for collection at Umuahia. My plans were to carry those those things on my way from the airport (Owerri) as a guy brought my car from the villa to pick me at the airport. Unfortunately what i shipped was to arrive on 24th while i got in on 23rd. On 26th December, i drove out to Umuahia to take delivery. At the outskirts of my town, the last village before leaving town, i pulled over to take a leak as i had no plans of stopping again till i got to Umuahia. I saw these two kids and upon sighting me from a distance they started running and they ran all the way back to a side road. They were there when i drove past and i was laughing. Why? I knew they will go home and tell their friends or even parents that they saw a kidnapper who parked and wanted to take them away, but they out ran the kidnapper who later went back into his car and zoomed off. The mind plays a lot of pranks on us. The most important thing is to always remain security conscious. Stop assuming what is in your brain. |

I have read and believe all of the above. He is very brilliant and smart. Buhari, where is your GCE or WASC or G4 if that was what you used to join the army?. Or did Sarduana or whoever it is give you a written note as a high school drop out with which you joined the army?. Show us proof that you finished Secondary education, is that too much to ask? All these stories about how sharp, brilliant and all that you were (and probably are) are not in doubt, after all you must be very smart to go this far without a secondary school leaving certificate. However, show us that you finished Class five or that you had a G4. I make bold to repeat. In the academia, if you become a professor and it is found out that you did not pass the GCE with which you were admitted in the first instance, you are immediately de-robbed and all your certificates and degrees are discounted Immediately. Even at undergraduate level, it happens. So having attended all those Ivy military colleges does not detract from the fact that he never had the basic foundation to get there. the rest is wash.. #BuharishowusyourGCE |

charijee:Oya start loving me immediately na, LOL |
Funny enough OP made some sense and there is truth in the post (maybe i compliment my feelings with money too which brings out those points). On a lighter note, OP seems to be in love with the phrase, 'run ooo'. He used in 8 out of the 10 points listed. And while at it, OP seems to love 10 points agenda. Check out his by-line. |
Blackchampion:Na me talk am for another thread. Nemo quod non habet. And everything else he has done academically and professionally are built on quick sand and no foundation. According to Lord Denning, you cannot put something on nothing and expect it to stand. I dont care who rules i am only insisting on due process. We are not a community of madmen |
