I have this ex of mine we broke up since 2016 and she hs been dating other guys while i do the same and recently she started calling me and we will talk for hours on phone and she once told me she has this guy she loves so much and she sometimes tell me she still loves me but doesn't want to get back with me and i love her so much and want to get back with her cos we seemed like perfect match even her friends and mine wants us back together but she's still holding back. Tho i asked her who am i to you and she told me am a `friend' i was just weak . She's currently dating someone. But i still feel he's nt the one for her with the things she has told me about him.

What should i do?

1. She was the one that broke up with you.
2. She has your emotional switch and oh how she just flip it however she wishes. She is the man where both of you are.
3. She is more mentally balanced than you are. As a matter of fact, she sees you as a toy thing
4. She is manipulative. You are a wimp
5. You have been on da Fzone even while you were seemingly dating.
6. Imagine the effrontery and your wack ways: you sit down and listen to cheap gossips from a lil lady. Gossips about how she gets browsed by other JRods. Here you are ignoring all her body counts and willingly to have her back! Shm.

2. Positive Mentality:

Instead of seeing the cup half empty, see it as half full.

1. WRONG Mind Set About Guys: " all men are dogs, cheats and unfaithful". You can't go into marriage with this consciousness lurking at the back of your mind. If you do, even if you meet a faithful guy, your thoughts would make a random sampling dog outa him.

The Bible is quite clear about that; " you shall have whatever you say." And " life and death are in the power of the tongue". Wonder how the mind is related to the tongue? well, "out of the abundance of the heart(mind), the mouth speaketh"

A lot of married ladies are actually responsible for their men cheating.
How can your Prince charming, the man you've waited and prayed to God for all your life be reduced to nothing but a dog in your mind? And you expect him not turn out as one?

11. Place yourself on a salary. That you are the MD/CEO does not give you the right to dip into company financies and go on spending spree. If you have other source of income, do not touch profits for at least 3years.

12. Have an accountant that knows his onion.

13. Give everything around the company a touch of excellence( it is nothing but doing a common thing in an uncommon way) . It has nothing to do with money but class. No matter the economy of the jungle, the lion does not eat grass. Never offer poor quality services nor products!


14. Have value for time! If your opening time is 8am. The office must be opened at that time. This is one of the reasons the rich keep getting richer.

15. MD/CEO must be first to show up and last to leave.

16. Only those who have a pact with average life work 8 hours daily n sleep for 8 hours also. The rich know they have enough time to sleep in the grave. If your doctor, that advised you to sleep 8 hours daily did that, he wouldn't have passed his medical exams.

* As an MD/CEO , Learn to use the night hours! They hold the secret wealth of insights, ideas and inspiration!

* Learn to blend being a leader and a boss. You can't be too soft, you can't be too strong.

17. Avoid wastes . Every staff member must fit into the grand scheme of things and effectively contribute to the growth. Go for cheap but effective techs that reduces wastes also.

18. Have integrity. The is one of the back bones of great biz! Your yea must be yea and your nah, nah. Don't ever compromise.
