Researching on Geo, isn't by SV, CPC or those bogus metrics on ED filters... It is by two things (always exception): Geo city competitiveness on their url + the keywords. Eg. Using the keyword " Luxuryrentals " on Ed search then follow the filters... Above, Scroll through the results... If for instant you consider a geo good enough lest say you find Fortlauderdale + luxuryrentals... Then scan the url on Google map desktop results for first two pages... observe how competitive the location is ... 1. Observe the endusers urls : see a few Google url results below: luxuryvacationhomes fortlauderdale floridaluxuryrentals sunriseharbor ftlauderdale luxuryliving fortlauderdale berkshire lauderdale bythesea ftlauderdale vacationrentals This is enough competition to consider this domain. 2. Look out for varient on Dan.... Save your self the stress visit Dan and check using same domain Fortlauderdale + rentals: Once you observe too many similar names with average/low price or alternative keyword like, HomeRentals , ApartmentRentals, VacationRentals.... Advisable to skip... Obviously you all are all spannming same users. (Always exception) If the name is available you can go ahead and reg it. C. Add more selling Niches to your filter You can find what was listed on Dan everyday by other Domainers using Ed filters... Below is a filter for Geo Dan category, you can do for Goddaddy etc... Hello. Been a while. Been on & Off but still keeping up with this hustle. I noticed most of my sales, if not all have varient registered soon as I reported them. Anyway good luck!! Below are few tips to guide you on registering domains. Present and past sales have shown that, handreg domains sale mores, over 70% then drop reg. To clearify thing, drop reg are domain you registered the same day it drops on expired domains. Otherwise, handreg are domains you think and combine from your head. But truth is nothing new under the sun, and No new idea is invented, you only remodify it. The handreg domains that zap your brain powers might be there lying on ED Easy way to hangreg a domain using Ed filters. For simplicity sake, I would break this down to three parts 1. ED filters 2. Secondly, Register domain from the perspective of general users/buyers with a business orientated mindset (look beyond domain stats.... What do I mean: 1. Some kinda of business needs a domain to dominate & function eg: wedding caterer, courier, rentals of anything, contractor service, limo, Movers, vacation, tattoo removal etc.... Usually one time service with no permanent clients. 2.While Some Service doesn't need a domain to work and be relevant eg, a groomer vet, locksmith, med doctor, band show, repairer.. As long as there is enough regular customer coming and referring them, domain can pause. Don't EMD them. There is always exception though. This also applies to Geo names, reg name with popular location! Everyone know this. Should you want to reg a location you haven't heard of before, ...Make sure to check map and do research and see if more popular places are within the territory perimeter of that location. If it's true, they would always overshadowed the location in the enduser/local preference of economy/livestyles... Real estate/ Realtor names fit into this cateria Major enduser can do anything without d web guy. web guy doesn't want their clients to trust other people apart from them. They advice against external ideas. This applies to EMD (Exact Match Domain) Any Small coy with woman as head and or there's web designs name/logo in the website is a no no. Think about it, chiro, dentist, EMD usually falls in this categories. There's exception though. The whole purpose is to target, independence hustling business or old guy biz. Anything good that would bring job is a good idea eg. Charter, plumbing, all custom builders, investigators, logistics, event hall etc. Handyman jobs. sammyrollo: Let's Extract means LE is a paid desktop software. You can Buy as individual or in group for discount. Clear Bit means CB: google chrome extension used for desktop or with mobile phone when you use kiwi browser ( mobile app). You're entitled for 100 searches per account. @ BOOKWORMLUX you can have many CB profile account by having different chrome user profile for PC. On phone is stressful because u would need to clear chache and History. To change account. There's is no right way to domaining. I outbound on weekends and midnight Nigeria time (depends on location, my email just has to drop towards evening time enduser's time). @ massive1019 I would appreciate if you can give a lead on how to go about having custom mail, which registrar you use and plan. Here are few things that worked for me: Here is thing I normally do use LE, then use CB for authentic email. The more CB email you got, the better. I outbound from 8pm to 6am. Almost all my sales drop at night. Use a very crafting sales letter with subject, then follow up like you know what they're thinking. Most follow up are majory 3 times in a week. I would have been more glad if I could at least get through with the great mentor that mentored you, since you aren't available, I mean too busy to mentor newbie. I realized other folks has already requested for same ordeal which you quicky replied back that you have discussed with your mentor about it, but he's too isn't available for mentorship as he likewise busy. How wondering who will mentor the newbie since both you and your mentor only have the one and only original training. I am more concerned about newbie falling for those fake courses circulating on Twitter and Facebook since it is only you that can identify the originals from fake one's. To the newbie, gather all the motivation in the op post and start your journey to the top. Hopefully he would come back in five years time to give more precised guide and maybe mentor you all when the niche is flooded. Rankett: Sorry for the Mix up... Can't edit my previous Post as NL bot, keep locking me. Domain sold for USD 275 Dan sent USD 261.25 Which is 5% commission from Dan if you import lead. During the process, after agreeing and negotiating price, I imported lead, later same day buyer went to make exact offer on Dan which I accepted anyway. So I guess, buyer later pay through the import lead. This amount to 5% commission as opposed to general 9% comm. $261.25 send in GBP which is equivalent to £230.89. Thanks.
