No ooo. They used it to ship my LG v20 and it arrived in 8 days. I was shocked initially because I've never seen that kind of tracking number before and so I thought that the seller scammed me. The speed of delivery was shocking and they delivered it to me at my doorstep without collecting a dime.

Mine that was shipped with AliExpress standard shipping has been on despatched to overseas since 17th of this month.
And even the one that was shipped through cainaio global arrived destination country on the 10th and I'm still waiting for a call/text from post office.

I'm using a refurbished lg v30 I bought on AliExpress and it arrived 2 weeks ago, I really can't find any difference between the refurbished lg v30 I received and a new lg v30. It is very good and I've been enjoying my phone. I even checked the screen for dead pixels and graininess but I couldn't find any reason to complain except that the charger and earpiece were not original but I don't really care.

So I finally collected my package yesterday from the post office in Benin and I was surprised to see that it was my phone, I'm very very happy right now.
109 days in transit
Tracking is still showing despatched to overseas
June 4th order

Not only phone. Anything useful will get lost. I'm even tired of opening dispute on aliexpress again. Even small packages are no longer safe in the hand of NIPOST official. Once they sort and check, discover its valuable. Its gone!!

I don't what's wrong with Nipost ooo, I ordered for a phone on June 4th, till now it is still showing despatched to overseas, I don't know if it's Nipost that stole it or they refused to sort it, all I know is they are just too incompetent and I even called their customer care to track it for me and they told me that it's on its way to Benin, till today I've not seen the phone. thank God I've collected my money but it's painful that the seller just lost his money like that but ive decided to source for it here, if it comes I will sell it and refund the money.

Since my phone I ordered June 4th did not come I opened dispute and just got refunded and have decided to source for it locally from resellers. I don't know if it is Nipost that is holding it down but I hope it comes for the good of the seller since it is now a crime to order phone courtesy of the theives in Nipost.

I did called one of the number you provided and surprisingly I was told that my order which I made 27th of May has arrived Benin post office since 17th August by the NIPOST customer rep. The same order was last updated July 7(Despatched to OverSeas Postal Admin (From SG/SIN to NG/LOS).
I have been to NIPOST today and I was amazed to see the huge sacs of bags arriving but unfortunately I was told to check back on a later date for my item.
