Jobs/Vacancies / Re: N-power Batch C: How To Fix 4/5 Fingers Biometric Capture by Hatrik(m): 10:24am On Jul 27, 2021
ezenwaez:

Lots of N-Power Batch C applicants have been in a state of worry and dilemma if their N-Power NASIMS Biometric Enrollment which was done few months ago was successful, some N-Power Batch C applicants used four fingers while others captured the entire fingers.

Please take note, whether you captured the entire fingers or four fingers, you do not have to be bothered as your biometric enrollment was done successfully regardless of the number of fingers captured, the main thing is that it should not be below four, four fingers and above is okay, and this will not affect your enrollment.

Religion / Re: Pastor W.F Kumuyi Teaching On Submission by Hatrik(m): 10:36pm On Apr 26, 2021
Kobojunkiee:
Address what issue of equality and submission? The above is rubbish where the teachings of Jesus Christ are concerned. undecided

Submission of the kind taught by Jesus Christ is instead that of a servant to His Master. Yes, in the Kingdom of God, you are called to Submit to the one who is Head over you implying that you become a servant to the one who is your Master. undecided
There is only one Head/Master over all those who are followers of Jesus Christ, and Jesus Christ is it. Any other head is an idol pretending to occupy the seat that belongs to God, and we all know that Idolatry is sin. What this means is that a man who supposes himself head over a woman seeks to install himself as god over her, and that very idea is antichrist in origin.

Now, if a woman is to submit to her husband, then that woman cannot be a follower of Jesus Christ, why? Because Christ said you cannot serve two masters. Either the woman submits to her husband or she submits to Jesus Christ -- she cannot submit to both. Same for the man... a man cannot submit to his wife and Jesus Christ at the same time. It is impossible to do so in the Kingdom of God. So all those who belong to the Kingdom of God have a decision to make as to who they choose to submit to.

So what does this all mean? It means the assertion made in 1 Corinthians 11 is wrong and contradicts the Word of God. undecided

Are you saying that some part of the scripture is not the word of God?? "All scripture is given by inspiration, to reprove, direct....." you really can not be selective of the scripture my friend.

In Genesis God created the woman for the man. God create orderliness not because even in heaven there is orderliness and level. Man submitting to his superior doesn't mean he is under meaning God no never! God is divine already but a woman submitting to her husband is scriptural dont be deceived with civilization and feministic ideology.

Religion / Pastor W.F Kumuyi Teaching On Submission by Hatrik(m): 9:12pm On Apr 26, 2021
So i attended today miracle Monday Bible Studies when Pastor W.F Kumuyi teached about submission and so many other doctrines.

Here is His take on submission

Taking His text from 1Cor. 11:1-3
The head of Christ is God, the head of man is Christ, the head of the woman is the man(husband). 1Cor. 11:3

Drawing examples from the centurion if you are familiar with the bible you know the centurion is a command of an army who have authorities over him and hold authority over group of soldiers who submit to him.
However, He(centurion) recognize the authority of Christ.

Submission is not slavery. The child have to accept to submit to his parent/ and teacher.
At work you submit to your boss, not as a slave but as a subordinate.

Submission covers all areas in life and when there is submission there is fruitfulness. 1Cor. 11:9

Hope this help address the issue of equality and submission or what is your take?

My friend its either you do not know your Bible very well or you are arguing like a headless chicken, thinking that you could confuse me by quoting quite irrelevant verses that have no connection with the central issue i.e. Jesus's endorsement of the Old testament (Mosaic laws) as in Mathew 17 - 19, in order to throw me off along the line.
For example: what has Luke 19:11, the parable of the ten minas or even Deuteronomy 5 and Exodus 20 (which talk of the same thing i.e. the 10 commandments) got do with the central issue?
Yes, indeed Jesus spoke in parables especially in Luke but not throughout because there are several instances where he spoke quite literally.
What you need now in order to buttress your argument is to prove to that Jesus was not speaking directly but actually in parables as per above quote in Matthew.

No, I didn't omit anything in the above; but did notice how you dishonestly inserted the word 'correct' in your own interpretation of the verse in Matthew.

I do concede that there are several versions of the Bible in which certain things have been added or deleted in order to suit its authors; so I suppose you may also be guilty of doing the same or may be quoting from one of the altered versions as against the The King James version from where I referenced the said verses as follows:

Matthew 5:17-19King James Version (KJV)

17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven

Note: here Jesus did not say he came to additionally CORRECT the laws, inferring as if Moses made some mistakes which Jesus came to correct; but simply to fulfil them - that addition seems to be entirely yours or at least from another version of the same Bible.
OMG seriously is it you can't read or you having problem of understanding which is? I simply gave you references from the said mosaic law (Deuteronomy n exodus) which connect with Jesus teach on the sermon on the mount. well I don't know if you blind or you just choose to ignore the remaining verses of Matthew 5 you cant generalize the whole topic Jesus was teaching on 1 or 2 single verse. for your info good bible student don't read the bible on bases of one verse we read the while thing makes us understand better........"ye have heard that it was said by them of old time" that's time of moses n the prophets "but I say unto you" that's Jesus modifying modifying or you can say correcting the teaching but not condemning it in total.
Read Matthew 19:8-9

P.S please don't act as if you know everything about the bible OK cause you don't. Same here cause I know little about your Quran doesn't mean I know more than the Muslims........but if you want to learn act like it.
Religion / Re: Abuja Residents Decry Indecent Dressing In Places Of Worship by Hatrik(m): 8:58am On Oct 29, 2016
ItsMeAboki:

Are you saying that Jesus did not actually meant those words and that Luke 19:27 was instead quoting him out of context - that it was a parable?

Ok, if so, then pls explain accurately what you think he meant and how the literate version in the Bible was misleadingly out of context.
Furthermore, are you also arguing that Jesus did not endorse the Mosaic laws as expressed in: Matthew 5:17, when he said 'he came not to abolish the Mosaic Law but to complete it'; and Matthew 5:18-19, where he further warned, "warned that anyone who sets aside even the least of the Law's demands, and teaches others to do so, will be lowest in the kingdom of heaven" - are you by any chance say that these too were parables? - if so, then you might as well say, that the whole Bible was written in parables.

From the above, it should be abundantly clear that the Old Testament was fully endorsed by Jesus, therefore any Christian who denies it, is equally denying part of the Christian faith and furthermore such person has no right to malign the Qur'an as violent because is there no book more violent than the Old Testament.
More-so, even the New Testament (which the hypocrites use to gloat over and insult the Qur'an) has been independently researched and still found to be more violent than the Qur'an.
http://www.businessinsider.com/someone-compared-the-quran-and-the-bible-to-see-which-was-more-violent-2016-2

The moral of the story here is: 'those who live in a glass house shouldn't throw stones' -Christian bigots be warned, because there is more of the same to be thrown back at you, should you continue to insult the religion of Islam.

Luke 19:11 "he added and spake a parable" I guess you missed that or maybe you don't know what parable means.

For Matthew 5:17-19 maybe you purposely stop at those verse there cause you just needed it not because you really want to comprehend it full teaching. read verse 20-48 you rightly said Jesus didn't come to destroy the law of Moses but he came to correct it and fulfill it. when you read it all through you will understand also read Deuteronomy 5 and Exodus 20.

p.s note that there is a difference between the master and the follower so don't take some Christian character to be the teaching of Jesus.
