Christianity EtcRe: Daddy Freeze Is A Liar, Tithing Is Very Scriptural And Was Approved By Jesus by hayoholla(m): 10:17am On Dec 16, 2018
alBHAGDADI:
You didn't read the OP or you were too blind to see where your points were already trashed right there. Didn't you see that tithing was before the law, part of the law and also after the law because it was never abolished in any form?

Even your quote on Jesus and the Pharisees is wrong. Wouldn't that be a perfect time for Jesus to abolish tithing if it will be abolished? Instead he upheld it. He also upheld justice, mercy and faith which are weightier matters of the law. Why not throw away justice, mercy and faith since they also belong to the law which also has tithing? But you chose to keep those three which Jesus upheld but threw away tithing which he also upheld.
Bros, the reason why Jesus upheld tithing in that statement was because of the nature of the people he was dealing with, you need to take into account the character of the people he was dealing with, they will rather pick holes in his words than get the true meaning more so, this people are stoically Versed in the mosaic law that any attempt to sidestep it by Jesus will amount to heresy and subversion of the law, and remember your jesus was already considered a dissident, rebel and a renegade, the Robin hood style. so he was careful not to ruffle this people feathers "until his time his come". Now, before you jumped into the well of conclusion like you did earlier. you should carefully scrutinize the statement well well, there in you will notice that to Jesus, tithe was just a principle of practice not spiritual at all, that his why he emphasized the " important part of the law ". The statement was a rather subtle attempt to relegate tithe as a non issue that this Pharisees and Sadducees same as you have for your yeye pastors carry in their head like Dada. And now to the last part. you seems not to understand what the law is all about, the law was not entirely set on a spiritual foundation, it covers all facets of human Interaction, be it social, spiritual, moral, and even education. because it is the law now, it is spiritual bah? yeye they smell. I can decide to take the Nigerian constitution as my Bible and as a spiritual book and the develop a way of life around it and be fanatic in my pursuit in ensuing others around me are converted to my madness!

One part which I strongly agree with the OP is the inferiority complex being excessively displayed by the black albeit we africans. But I will say the media has done more damage than good to promote westernisation, although before the advent of mainstream media, this has been happening. Why this is happening, I dont know. But one thing I know is we have been subjected to mental slavery for too long that we have developed a way of life around it, we now consider it normal! When it is white, it is alright; but when it is black its your back against the wall.

Oga get the import of her write up, it has nothing to do with feminism... absolutely nothing to do with battle of the sexes. She is pointing out the mental conditions of the black race as opposed to progressive and general contribution to the human race and the furtherance of the African Continent
Yea she was, but I hope you read where she touched on the issue of chauvinism and misogynistic trait in the black man ( I am not arguing for or against any) and moreso, the issue she raised is broad, there are so many things involved. Black Feminist wannabes and black man's idlesness. Its a mental condition like you said but not be entirely the black man's fault. If you read her post very well, you will notice her it's subtly directed on the black man, some claim whicg are true. But the fault should be shared across board ma'am.

BMaretraitors:
They are the bottom feeders of the world. And we all know why! They have no enviable inventions, no plans, no creativity, not even a single developed country for bragging right. So they are naturally going to be at the bottom in everything. We have few black men here and there who appear successful because they had to play by the white man's rules and work ''super extra'' hard. But these are nothing if their race is still a laughing mess. Actually the joke is on black men

The average black man is a chauvinist and has misogynistic tendencies as evidenced on this forum. Everyday there is a topic about women, money, dating these men jump in to trash talk Nigerian women and black women. I've observed that these men are only fronting, and shying away from the real reason they trash Nigerian women and black women. They are angry that the burden of building civilizations and countries and cultures are clearly shouldered by men of all races since the beginning of earth, and in this area sadly they have failed immensely. Not only failed, but conquered by more evolved Alpha males. Women are not expected to do these things, so no one can pin Nigerian, black women down with this. Women are expected to be traditional; supportive and nurturing, which is a common trait among Nigerian women, black women. So you have it, Nigerian women are not conquered but are well in their roles. Could it be why they show less frustration and hopelessness? And these Nigerian men are mad about this.

The average Nigerian/black man is too primitive to rule. I would be the first to reject a world ruled by black men because that would be the most gory sight ever especially for black women. But thank God, it only stops in our imaginations. And even if stretched, that black men should rule for a day, white men or asian men would recover that power the next day. For are they smart! You see i'm giving them too much credit for something they don't even want! As shocking as it may sound to some loyal diehard Nigerian, black woman, black men don't want to rule. First they know they can't, second they don't fancy the idea, third they'd rather be small copies of white men. It is the third that you see everywhere. Every black man you see only wants to be a little white man, it doesn't matter what profession they are in, their hobbies, likes and dislikes, everything screams,''white in black skin or nothing else''. They have no unique laid out plan for their race. Everything the white man gets, they want it too.

The average Nigerian/ black man has become a white supremacist wannabe. The kkkclan have hanged their boots ever since they found people who could do their jobs for free. And what is more interesting! these slave men are from the very race they have despised for a long time. These black men are willing to go to the length and breadth and all corners of the world to beat these men in their game. For men jump into rings to beat their opponents but Nigerian/black men have jumped in to hang themselves for their ''rivals''.

The average Nigerian/ black man is racist and colorist against himself. You don't believe me? Have you seen black man's media lately. It is filled with women and recently men who have no resemblance to the original black people. Why is that? because black men have found himself to be ugly, so he feels honoured to find men and women who look nothing like him representing him. E.g Barack O. He wants his children more white looking than black looking, his women more white looking than black looking, even his leaders.
White men want white looking children to carry on their heritage. They want nothing but white in general. They see beauty in themselves and want they world filled with copies of them. They control the world media, by doing this they control sexual preference and how people would look like in the future. Future people would be more white looking!

I am a teenager but my eyes are wide opened to these realities on ground. I am more drawn to men who are in groups that have power not weaklings who want to bully women into submission since they have nothing much going for them. I would endeavour to hang around non nigerian/nonblack men to attract male companionship. And if i have to settle for a black man, i would go for the one that loves himself completely, for if he loves himself he would love and respect me.

ps: This is for laffs
Unfortunately, men with honest comments on issues like this will be labelled a chauvinist or at worst will be told how insecure they are. As much as I love total freedom and liberation of the black woman, one question need to be asked, do they know what they really want? If we are to put it on a gender ratio of which gender exhibit inferiortiy complex tendecies among black, who will you think will win? Be truthful to yourself. And moreso, do you know what true feminism really entails, sadly I have not seen proponents of this ideology practice it "truthfully". I may agree with all other of your assertions about how blacks has failed in general in the scheme of things. But making the black man the patsy is a no no. You yourself finished your submission with the firm assertion that you might not end up settling with a black man, you prefer the other colour than your own. Means you are part of the problem. What point then are you trying to prove?
CultureRe: Africans Were The First People Of The Ancient Americas by hayoholla(m): 5:09pm On Dec 01, 2018
morpheus24:
Thank you for clarifying

Semantics my dear boy, A reconstruction of a skull includes facial features.

Hahahaha so your video of a skull reconstruction....ooh sorry "facial feature" reconstruction is solid evidence. Don't make me laugh in Hausa

Morpheus' reason for claim.:
1.The title of the thread is misleading.
2.If the OP states that "Africans were the first in the new world" What does he mean by African? Does he mean black skinned people? or "Contemporary Africans" "Africans from 50,000 years agohuh?
2. If the OP means contemporary sub saharan Africans then he is implying these Africans in the Americas made it to the new world before everyone else, if so, their genetics would tie with that of contemporary Africans today Where is his evidence?
3. If these "africans left Africa 50,000" years ago it means they became something else and their genetics would tie with other peoples of close proximity to them regardless of phenotype

Morpheus' contentions:
Many Asian groups have Africoid or if you like "negroid" phenotypical traits that are similar to "Contemporary Africans" of today e.g papau new guineans, Andaman islanders, Philipino negritos, Australina Aborigenes, Melanasian peoples including Figians. They inherited these traits from their ancestors that first left Africa 50,000-60,000 years ago, howeve this does not make them African otherwise everyone else that left Africa should be considered "African".
These Asia or Austrolesian groups cluster genetically with other groups around their area. They do not cluster with today's African people genetically. That makes them non African populations

4. Evidence presented to support this assertions.

https://www.cell.com/ajhg/fulltext/S0002-9297(07)60645-4

In the search criteria when you pull above page type in Native American, oceanic peoples, sub Saharan African, Papau new Guinean.

The result will give you a plethora of genetic information on peoples of the new world and Africa.

Pics of Mtdna dispersion round the world spanning 150,000 years showing genetic lineages

pics of non- African peoples with Africoid features.
I believe the OP will have made things easier if he was arguing for the presence of the black man all over the world. instead of being too afrocentric in his assertion. One thing I want to ask you sir is what makes up the phenotypic and genotypic trait of man is it inate or environmental induced? The reason for my question is you keeping treating each independent of each other of which I quite understand they are, according to science. But dont you see at some point they kind of overlap or maybe one is a preceedent to another?

I am too convinced that some of the success stories of Boko Haram over the Nigerian military must be the direct consequence of traitors and saboteurs within the ranks and files of the Nigerian military. All these excuses hold no water for me. Until all those who are sympathetic to the cause of Boko Haram are flushed out of the military, we may yet witness many more ugly incidents like this. It is also not possible for Boko Haram to be more resourceful and motivated than the military of the largest black nation on earth. It's total bullshit for anyone to peddle such theory. No! I refuse to believe it. It is not true. There is definitely more to this nonsense than we are being told. But time always reveal every lie in due cause. Meanwhile young gallant men must fall in battle just to cover up the lies of the evil men behind this insurgent. This is sad. My heart bleeds for these young fallen heroes. Oh, why does it have be like this? Gosh!
I agree 100 with you. worse happened under Jonathan, its just the innocent soldiers used as patsies are what I cry inside for. The real saboteurs are in the military and government of every regime. its a pity that we youths fails to see this way.

I laugh, cos that's all I can do if I don't want to boil over in anger at people who seem to take some perverse pleasure in embarrassing themselves before other Nigerians. It certainly embarrasses me, and I don't know how low one's IQ has to be not to have the self-awareness to understand how all these pathetic antics degrade Igbos before the world. Biafra agitation does not have to devolve into insanity. It can be a focused, coherent, intellectual movement underpinned by substantive debate about the whys and whats and hows. The Ipob movement though seems to have no shred of strategic though beyond simply constituting as big a nuisance as possible.

There are political costs for this stupidity. ANy Igbo man with aspirations to run for national office has a very hard to impossible job because of IPOB moorons. Worst thing is I don't meet people like this in real life. I would like to, so I can explore what drives people with functioning brains to such insanity. I don't even meet them on platforms like Facebook. I only seem to witness the lunacy on forums like this one. Which makes me wonder if these lunatics are deliberately trolling under the anonymity of the internet or they are really this imbecilic to believe the things they spout.
it is really embarrassing bro. The delusion is just too much! and check the bands of people pushing this stupidity online. They are ill informed youths who will rather cling on straws than to hold on facts and face reality. This rubbish is really getting out of hand. I have a lot of ibo friends, educated and sound ones. I know they will never reason this way, even though they lend their support for actualisation of biafra. Unfortunately, it is the half baked and unintelligible ones that are most vocal and diehard supporters of this dubious scam of a person they call their leader. someone who wouldn't care to rant over and over about how he misses his dog, not even minding those who have met their early end in course of protesting for their illplanned cause. Just strip away all emotions attached and look at the kind of person you call your leader. One thing I have noticed about this tribe, is that they attached emotional sentiments to almost anything( the fanatics, amongst them) once they are emotionally glued to any cause, they will develop a way of life and guard it jealously and pursue it to the very end, but on the disadvantage, it expose the stupidity of taking everything hook line and sinker. My sane ibo friends, please dont be offended, yorubas has theirs too, but the ones amongst your lot with phones and cheap datas and nothing upstairs are making you people to look really dumb! imagine people reading this jubrin/buhari saga from other countries, how stupid they will look at us and shake their head in disdain at trying to form CIA/FBI. I read the ignoramus u call your leader even has an intelligence unit, I hope they are helping you with more information to make you guys look more stupid and awful.

U sef u are missing the point
Buhari rode on stopping corruption, boko and diversifying the economy
Can u say he has come close to achieving any of these
Four years is enough for a serious president to at least get somewhere with his plans

Oh and about their kids the thing is the mcdonalds thing was PR,yusuf's bike wasn't

Atiku is a corrrupt man whose ambition to be president is driven by wat some fortune teller told him after he became v.p
But unlike buhari he's flexible and will not be silly enough to destroy an economy and expect others to clap for him
Be honest with yourself sire. Is boko haram menace more pronounced as it is in previous years. Check for yourself since the inception of democracy in Nigeria, have you ever noticed there will be atleast one Evil group extremist with bizarre cause of advanving their agenda. Odi for obasanjo, naija delta for yaradua, bokoharam/naija delta for gej and boko haram/herdsman for buhari. So you see its not really buhari"s problem, but rather corrupt and evil minded cabals that may or may not hold any political position. The reason why the uproar on the fulani herdsman issue was because, they (the cabal) found it as a perfect ploy to destabilise the govt and distract their attention. And also buhari being a fulani himself. They found him as a perfect patsy to take the blame! (Just a wide assumption, but could be true). All this are enoigh reason to make the economy itself unstable and also nigeria from the inception of buharis tenure was coming out of a major recession and to stabilise needs a lot of sacrifice, its a very hard pill to swallow! The way naija is now no president, no matter how much hardworking he might be can never fix this situation in two terms. We as citizens has more to do more than even the leaders we vote for. We should fish out this evil cabals and smoke them out. If you notice, they are joining the masses in protest againt this current regime further confusing us more. But I want you to know that, WHAT YOU WANT IS NOT WHAT THEY REALLY WANT!

Christianity EtcRe: The Mystery Surrounding Creation And Life After Death by hayoholla(m): 11:10am On Sep 09, 2018

Hakeem12:
We have made it into a mystery. It is so difficult for humans to understand and accept nothingness, and we are so imaginative, trying to model absolutely everything, which includes nothing. This makes it into a mystery. And why not, if ideas about death and afterlife are not used to conceive and control people, but make life a little more manageable, meaningful and magical.

Death is NOT a mystery of life, but simply the end of life, just like birth is the start of life.
Life is like a party (or like a box of chocolates as Forrest Gump's mother said) that can be a lot of fun if you let your hair down, unclench your buttocks, and just enjoy it, being as considerate and as decent as you can be.
But, like any good party, it must end. No big deal.
All living things die.
If something didn't die, one could question if it were alive in the first place.
When someone dies, all their memories are erased, the person is gone, irrevocably. Not all the kings horses, not all the kings men can bring back that person. That person abruptly becomes rotting flesh.
Even in the event one could preserve the body, with cryogenics for example, unless all the memories can be preserved (which we have no way yet, not even with cryogenics, to preserve the brain and its neural network that comprises our memories and knowledge), and we revived the heart later, we can at most expect to regain the person in a deep comatose and vegetative state, which for all practical purposes is indistinguishable from death.
Death is not something peculiar to humans but happens to all living things, all animals, plants, fungi, even single-cell bacteria.
Yes, when one examines say E-Coli bacteria jiggling in a petri dish, a casual observer may not think they are so different from just a bunch of "dead" chemicals, but under the microscope those bacteria are as alive as you and me, very busy feeding and reproducing (me, not so much on the latter these days). Yet you will observe that from time to time, one bacterium will stop jiggling (i.e. dies) and soon starts to decay and fall apart and its remains are quickly "eaten" by neighboring bacteria.
Now, what made it die? What exactly happened between T-epsilon and T+epsilon, if T was the moment it stopped jiggling? And why can't we go in there with a tiny probe and give it "CPR" or a tiny jolt of electricity or something to get it going again, we don't know the answer yet. That is a bona fide mystery.
Death is not the end of life bro, but rather a transit. Only if you dont accept the theory of afterlife, then I rest my case.

dont you think at some point there was diffusion in yoruba history, I am starting to think yoruba is a the merging of two culture, one aboriginal and indigenous and the other foreign; which makes me think the aboriginal were kind of connected to the ibos or rightly put were a giant cluster until they split of at some point and the foreigner were the dominant group with little or no difference to the indigenous group, only that they have a superior culture that dominated the indeginous group both in language and way of life in general! I think they kind of reconnected back to the beginning where it all started.

mr olu317, this is for you sire. I read somewhere that the hyskos were infact the isrealite of old, that the various pharoahs that reigned in old egypt did not come from a single bloodline or race, that egypt itself has been invaded many times and many pharoahs of different ancestry and bloodlines has ruled there. the reason why I brought this up was because. you said somewhere in ur post that the early hebrew and the ethiopian nubian lived in egypt. the article also was of the opinion that the hyskos were driven out because of their domineering influence in culture and importantly, because of their numerical strenght. maybe they were driven eastward to present day yoruba nation. just a wide guess.

I am anticipating your contributions from you all. maybe we are "subtlely" agreeing on the same thing afterall!

Although, I dont agree sometimes with olu317 assertion in yoruba history. but I must say he is doing a fantastic and great job at unravelling our history bit by bit and sharing it here in this platform. That he qouted a scholar research paper does not means he is wrong and that does not makes you right either. we all have our divergent opinions on various issues based on the angles we sees it. I must say yoruba history is a very complex and knotty one due to a lot of dispersion, intermingling, migration and emigration, which makes it very difficult to agree at a consensus. no matter how right both of you are in your view, I still hold to my assertion that no scholastic view of the yoruba race is so sacrosanct that it should be taken as final. if you ask me, just take a look at the bickering between the olugbo and the oni different view of history of yoruba. The qulams is yoruba leaders and Kings has done little for the yoruba race to even reach an agreement on our origin largely due to the influence of religion and western influence. Please obalufonlll and olu317, call a truce. table your opinions like respectable yoruba men, else we become a laughing stock to others. thank you. omode gbon agba gbo li afi da ile ife.

2. what evidence would prove god's existence. (purpose of this thread)

3. accept proposed evidence would prove god's existence if found.

4. start search for this evidence.

5. if this evidence is found, then god exists hence theism.
or

5. evidence is not found, then god does not exist hence atheism.

the process is followed by those who don't know.(agnostic)

this thread is stage two of the process where we still don't know the outcome.

I see your point where this is meaningless to atheists as they would have passed through the process before they get to atheism, so they would have searched and not found.

for atheists the question should have been what were the evidences you searched for and did not find before you became atheists.
On point bro!. just the way gravity existed before it was made revealed by newton. what parameters did he use. he started by applying proposition of an apple falling from a tree, even without no empirical evidence "at first" to prove it beyond the natural cause of a fruit falling down from a tree. if newton were to tell it to someone then that theres a force behind the falling of an apple from the tree, he will be considered insane same way a theist to an atheist. so the burden of proof lies with newton to vindicate himself not to prove them wrong, since they believed the occurrence is just a natural phenomenon. meanwhile @butterflyleo. gravity has been existing for eons of years until newton found out the principles behind it. he didnt discover gravity, neither did you theist discovered your god. but he showed them why an apple will fall down from a tree. atheist are not asking for you to prove them wrong, they are only asking, what do I need to convince me of your "belief" in god, with or without believing in it myself. thank you

The only thing that's funny is you wanting us to believe that atheists don't believe in Satan. Lol.

Actions speak louder than your lies. A SATANIST eagerly insult and mock innocent people and their HOLY Doctrines.

Actions speak louder than words.
most if not all athiest were once theist of various religion bro, I have never met any evangelical atheist, only it is funny how you people still believe an atheist trying to point out disprecancies in your religion is luring you to atheism or prolly a fiery burning fire. emancipate yourself from COGNITIVE DISSONANCE. be fluid and dynamic. life does start and will not end in religion as must of you claim. there are many ways to spirituality bro!
relgion has little to do with spirituality. open your mind!

Memory is just a collection of data. Past and Present. You can access memory from the Mind. Soul is the Sub Conscious driver of the physical body. The body is just a vehicle for the Soul, the body's temporal daily programming called Canal mind is what controls our day to day activities. The Super Conscious aspect is the Spirit, which connects us to the Divine and infact an aspect of Divinity. This is a very confusing topic to many but we can create a blog to study the architecture of the Soul which is even more complex than the physiology of the physical vehicle and has it's neural system with it's basic characteristics.
Still on the same page the soul is the link between rhe body and spirit. Just like a software that execute a set of task the mechanism might be studied but the background process is always hidden from the operator. How each lines of codes are intepreted by the computer and the resulting actions displayed on the computer screen. Sometimes wgen people says a broken spirit, they are dead wrong! Theres never such thing as a broken spirit, just the soul malfunctioning, same as a software will if a bug is detected In line of code. It is a very complex and tedious process to explain. My explanation might not even ring a meaning to you.

Soul Yes. Soul is a Photon of Light of the Prime Creator, that it what we call it with the Human language, Soul. While our Sun is called Sol. Other ETs have their own Sun with different names.

We are Souls, sparks and fractals of the Prime Creator, experiencing its creation on 3D Plane of existence. Life is beautiful here a lot, but we made it complex due to ignorance.

It is what I have been trying to remind humans.
Our soul, actually is the accumulation of life experiences. A memory bank of previous lifes in guise of different personalities. Our soul is abstract, like you laying down a template for a computer program all from your head, your template is entirely your property but you can use it to build other programs that perfrom in similitude of the template youve laid down. Our spirit is the spark of light formless. Like the speed of spirit.
