AnonyNymous:One of the clog in wheel of the black race reluctance to move forward is the act of wallowing in self pity. When slave trade abolition anniversary is being celebrated, thats when we see orators and speakers painting pictures about how the blacks are being brutalised and tortured during the slave era, most of this is done to evoke self pity which in fact is a drwaback, thats a mental slavery on its own. We celebrate the abolition of slave trade and forgetting the objective and responsibilities of being free. Its good to know and understand history, the moment we keep on getting emotional about it, we will only be kept in inertia. Mental slavery is even worse because of the psychological effect it manisfested on the black race. |
to some extent I agree with kanye west. we just too quick to crucify him without scrutinising the statement. if I am on right track with his statement. it means for traditional african leaders to be brainwashed into selling their own to whites just for a shade of mirror and gunpowder or for being a social miscreant is "mentally wrong". Although it was not the choice of the enslaved to be put in chains and shackles and bundled of the coast, but it was the choice of their rulers to choose to be inferior to their white counterpart, it was the choice of the then traditional rulers to not let common reasoning prevail by throwing away our traditional identity and let our history be written for us. it was the choice of our traditional rulers to choose mediocrity even with our superiority in numbers as kanye west claims. they chose to be second class human even selling their own kinsmen. tell me whose to be blame here? |
Wow, My question is, is it possible to revisit your dreams, I mean dreams youve had for years, but yoh still want to revisit those dreams again, maybe because you are gradually forgetting every piece of it or because the meaning you attached to those dreams and be so religiously doctored. and you want to know what really happened, every details without missing a part. If it possible, please fill me with your knowledge of it. I will be forever grateful. I have reasons for asking this question. VERY PERSONAL AND AT THE SAME TIME OPEN REASON FOR ASKING.ONE OF THE REASON HAS TO TO DO WITH THE FUTURE OF MANKIND AND FATE OF THIS PLANET. THANK YOU |

Billyonaire:I sincerely feel something VERY NEW about you when reading this piece, welcome home brother. I still on the WAY!!! |
I will blame the well to do black elite, for dumping the black struggle movement, yoh see them on media praising the effort of martin Luther King, malcolm x, heuy and other black liberationist for paving way for them when they get high up the ladder, but either they quickly forget those srruggles or they are self centered. There are lot of hypocrisy in the struggle for the emancipation of black race, not only in America, but all over the world. Even the recent proponents if the black movement are either doing it for personal gains or half heartedly! we tend to forget our brothers down the ladder. There are lot of infighting amongst us, the divison and cracks are what the whites are using to buy the few blacks on top of the food chain, they are what I call "bots" they have been deluded, but sadly and unfortunately they want to be deluded. they are the real impedance to the black movement. that's why the jewish race cant be compare to the black race, they are more of a a cohesive group and they choose not to indulge in self pity, thats one of the unforseen hand holding blacks back. We indulge in self pity a lot. we need to stand up and act. we should forget about the slavery and inhuman treatments and learn to build a black civilisation!!! |
stinggy:if "copyright theft" should apply to religious publications and the bible preaches the spreading of the gospel without any string attached, and churches in nigeria still goes ahead and make gains on religious publications, I wonder whats stopping them from paying tax then! |

Before we start shouting "Nigeria, see your life" we should first consider the kind of conspiracy going on around that is privy to those orchestrating it themselves. arrest or no arrest, i dont take this kind of roundup by the crown prince on corruption as something worthy to cheer about, rather i consider this as part of a in house royal fighting or lets look at the possibilities of tagging the unfortunate suspect as expendables. you know of the saying "keep your gloves dirty, but your hands clean". i consider them factions of the same party. even the crown prince is a puppet, but a powerful one. |
Mr Sarassin, I know how David icke was ridiculed and all that, but what I believe is the man has been intentionally quoted out of quoted out of context, and albeit intentionally by his detractors, and who are not patient enough to understand what message he was trying to convey, and I don't hold his view as absolute truth though, the but beings he referred to as reptiles In his numerous books and interviews are literary manipulative and shape shifters alike. I want to ask you sir, do you believe all humans are actually human only in flesh? The unfortunate truth is, many a large number of the population finds it hard to reconcile this scaring truth like david icke exposes In his numerous books with their perceived reality. Thats human nature for you sire. "cognitive dissonance" I believe he shouldn't be persecuted out rightly for his works. They called him names and because, he veered off from the "accepted norm of reality" |
mr sarassin, as much as i understand your stance on the topic raised by mr billyonaire, i dont know if it will be sufficient of me to say, when it comes to some aspects of pseudo science, logic and reasoning falls like a pack of cards, i dont know if you can understand; but i am trying to relay it the best way i can. I understand mr billyonaire's prerogative very well, but telling him to dissect his research or rightly put his experiences in this less chartered territory to the insufficiency of english langauge, is a great unjust and a herculean task. i dont know the right term or word to use for something you know but it is difficult to put in words, let just settle with "indescribable". theres a book i will like you to download and read, its a book by david icke. it explains how what we perceive as reality, logic and reasoning fails to explain the astonishing engineering of the human consciousness, this explains why science has been shying away from the unknown and rather pitch her tent under the cozy atmosphere of empirical and observable data. the name of the book is "human race; get off your knees" |

Billyonaire:Mr billyonaire, how I wish xtians stop being xtians, just for once and give logical reasoning a fair judgement. Hell is what you are programmed to believe by the " big brothers" " the Babylonian brotherhood " for consciousness enslavement! "They don't want you to know the truth. I tell you, knowledge is power " corruptible" and they are using it to get at you through religion, economics, political ideology and all other corruptible method for control and enslavement. This is psychological fascism! To achieve centralised control. Please, do not be part of the sheep/herd mentality. Free yourself! Mr billy, please how can I get through to you? |
Another guillible one! Fear of hell - religion most powerful tool. I wish the scales comes off your eyes, and you see through the veil. |
If you follow the recent happenings in the cultural and traditional atmosphere of ibadan, you will find just of recent the installation of 32 new obas as against the wish of the olubadan. Before I proceed, this view of mine is NOT in support of the persona of the olubadan, no his view, attitude and ego as some people claims my argument is NOT favour of the olubadan as a person. I want to state categorically that my argument against the decision of the oyo state government spans across all ethnic and cultural divide of what is obtainable in all other part (state) of the federation, where the sitting monarch has been reduced to nothing more than a puppet or stooge to the government, thereby further eroding our cultural value and image as a Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa. My argument against some people that praised the Oyo state government for the authority of confirmation of oba is subject to government ratification. How can you claim that the authority of conformation is subject to government ratification, this is absurd and uncalled for the tradition of a community, town or city is totally independent of a government, forget about the fact that is written in the constitution of Nigeria, it is we as nigerians and yorubas that place more emphasis on westernization over traditional values and culture. This is very unfair to the traditional and cultural values of Yoruba and other tribes of the country We have been blinded and fooled by a written constitution which we take as sacrosanct and valid for all situations and of human behaviour. Let me tell you in plain terms, our cultural value and identity is gradually being eroded because we tend to place more value on "organised" (sic) government and we believe this is a panacea for a stable and peaceful society, of which it has done more harm than good. Forget about the oba's ego, from a traditional and unbiased point of view. A government has no right whatsoever to dabble, meddle to traditional matters involving appointments of chiefs, enthronement of kings and so on. This is purely political and which is not even obtainable in western countries we copy , where their monarchies are highly revered. If care is not taken, tribes in Nigeria will gradually loose their cultural and traditional identity all in the name of westernization and a self centered constitution. I once told a friend that the true history of Africans might never be known, because we allowed "them" to write it for us. Before any written code or constitution was put in place, the oba, as the highest symbol of authority has his stance as final and sealed. Don't get me wrong, I am not anti government. I am saying under no circumstances is it traditionally ethical for government to install oba. Their function whether similar in being to uphold peace and tranquility are independent of each other, tell me when it won't get to a time when we will have to seek the governor's approval before any traditional activities must be performed or the governor will be the one to conduct such activities! The oba as he his, is to uphold the traditional values and culture of his domain and the government duty is to discharge her " executive" function. The reason while this argument still persist with people I raise this issues with is because, they say it has been enshrined in the constitution, which to me has been the greatest ploy to incapacitate the the throne of the olubadan and other monarchial system that exist around the country. If it is logical to say the government is right on installing oba, it is also logical to say the olubadan has every right to throw cautions to the wind and dablle into politics by contesting for governorship position while still on throne. Please think about that! |

flyca:There is much to it than meet the eyes, i suspected something foul from the headline, might probably be one of the thousands of unlucky child's being abducted all over the world all in the guise of taking up this parents responsibilities, the UK and The USA are guilty of this, but its a pity only few knows what's being done underground. That is the reason while third world countries are being exploited the more. They will tell you the govt adopt children to cater for them, when intact it is abduction! That's why I doubt the visa lottery scheme of the USA then. I am telling you the fact, this is no conspiracy theory. Thousands upon thousands of children are being abducted covertly and overtly all around the world by paedophile and satanic leaders and this case are usually swept under carpet or suppressed from reaching the public/media. Have you read about Cathy O'Brien case of being mindcontrolled and being raped by top USA politicians, I bet you don't know. Please read Nigerians , reaaaaaaaaaad! Theres a lot going underg that millions of people around the world know not of, especially the third world countries! Reality is now a deception! Don't believe and fall for any scheme or program or news you see on media, its a trap and tool for mind control. I wish you people can understand that it's not about travelling to america and the UK for greener pasture, you still meet the same evil and malevolent set of people over there, even worse! Its a very powerful network of evil men and reptilian race that controls the world, they have representatives in every political office and government in all countries of the world. I can't stress it enough.pls all you people reading this post, pls endeavour to read David ickes " the biggest secret". " and the truth shall set you free", Cathy o' Brien " trance formation of america" The problem with Nigeria, cum african youth is we fail to read and researxh, we are used to being spoonfed all the time. Thank you and stay safe |

Bibors:we all know this nigeria we live in is not working, truth be told! I completely support the nation of biafra, as much as I support decentralisation pf power, which brings me to the conclusion that we should direct our grieviances to those behind the. scene scuttling the ambition of true federalism and restructuing, not the transfer of aggression I witness here on nairaland on daily basis against each others tribe. I will tell you the truth, it is really disheartning seeing all these afonjas and ipob battering themselves with insult and throwing banters unneccesarily. although I am pained and angry why yoruba leaders are taking eternity to raise up their voice for restructuring and join leagues with ibo leaders, atleast that will bend the stiff arms of the FG to comply and revert back to the old regional system of governance. God help us all. |
I wish both the yorubas and ibos beating the secession drums should learn from history. more than half of those that owns the monikers on nairaland and are involved in these useless tribal e-wars were born after the civil war, they are only EMOTIONAL supporters of secession which is based on 'hearsays' and the little history they learnt in school about the war. if ojukwu should come out and boldly says he regrets the civil war, then I think he knows best and knows what he is saying. most of the stories we hear or read about the war are actually miniscule of what really transpired. any tribe talking about history will always magnify his own tribe either for glory or for emotional support, thats why those fighting needless EWar on nairaland should just sheathe their sword. |
