Trump just needs to find a way of reconciling with the media before he can make a headway...unfortunately, he seems not willing to do this. |
pocohantas:Common.... Anyone with a fairly good sense of humour would know i only said that jokingly...!!! But next time, don't drag people's parents/ families into your tirades. |
OP, You forgot the most important 'QUALITY'- being RICH! .Good points though...try and arrange them properly. That will make it easier for others to read. |
Does ASUU have the legal right to impose those sanctions?. I think NUC as a regulatory body is in a better position to do that. Besides, Unilorin still has a choice-they can make use of Academics in private universities |
Glamour Girls, the first sexually explicit Nigerian movie... ![]() |
shurlermoz:As far as this MMM issue is concerned, you can say anything about Nigerians being greedy and I might agree with u. But, don't ever attribute their involvement in MMM or any other ponzi scheme to Laziness. Quite a number of people I know who joined are VERY hardworking Nigerians who despite their long years of struggles, could barely make ends meet. Their gullibility is a sign of loss of confidence in the system and a sign of frustration borne out of years of fruitless hardwork- the system that talks about entrepreneurship but fails to create an enabling environment...the system that tells you the importance of education with good grades, yet many First and second class graduates roam the streets for years without any gainful employment. Yes! these people saw MMM as a means of making quick money without doing much,..but it doesn't make them lazy. Nigerians are naturally hardworking...Go and see them excel with ease in other countries with functional systems!. |
curvilicious:That's the primary reason for uploading these screenshots...u and I now know her!!! ![]() |
Is Ogbonna kanu's older brother or younger brother? |
Ajiswaggs:In as much as I hate the undue and irrational publicity given to MMM ( especially the negativities) on Nairaland , I think your starry-eyed optimism is an insult to the sensibility of participants. |
toluvibe:But why would he photoshop something like this?. If this is true, then it is a shame on him...is it a must to attend the event? ![]() |
..Jona is in USA nah....United States of ABEOKUTA!! ![]() |
She must've been rich to have this in her possession then... ![]() |
The CEO is showing us knowing full well that after the marriage they will separate them by transfering one to another branch while leaving the other behind...abi no be the rule be dat? ![]() |
What a loss!. His most popular track remains a masterpiece till date... 'when the going is smooth and good, many many people will be your friend........But when the going becomes tough, many of them will run away......HAYA! HAYA!!HAYA!!! HAYA!!!! HAYA.......!!!!!' RIP! |
greggng:Lawrence Anini, the late notorious armed robber, was from Edo state, (your state)....does that mean every man from that state is an armed robber or a potential armed robber?.... |
greggng:Can't you people just leave tribe out of this?. Ini Edo married a Yoruba man?, Stephanie Okereke's ex husband is Yoruba? Kate Henshaw divorced a Yoruba man?, Oge Okoye left her marriage to a Yoruba man?, Chiege Alisigwe, Muma Gee, Uche ogbodo, Eucheria Anuobi, Chika Ike etc all divorced Yoruba men?...All these Ladies married and divorced non-Yorubas. There are many good, decent and disciplined Yoruba men just as there are bad ones...same applies to the Igbos and Hausas!!! |
Sunnews should go back to the 'reliable but anonymous' source who gave them the 'hearsay' and ask him to listen again or better still, let the Oba confirm the apologies...then I will believe the story...because the OBJ I know does not apologize!!! |
dangotesmummy:In this case, the Governor should have been the one to exhibit humility regardless of his age.He should have been the one to provide 'soft answer' regardless of the provocations by the students. Do u know what it means to be at home doing nothing for 8months?. Does he have a child there? ...Where's his empathy? The truth is Ajimobi is arrogant and too pompous to occupy such a position. He feels everyone owes it a duty to always 'beg' him whenever there is a squabble of any kind...He does not deserve the respect he is seeking... |
luckyehis:Ok noted... |
Lautechgossip:Why are people still asking when they would recruit?. The first paragraph already says recruitment exercise has been completed....The question should be when did they place adverts for vacancies?....how come most Nigerians were not aware?...It was CBN,FIRS,IMMIGRATION, now this...ambiguous recruitment exercise...it's unfortunate! |
I am sure it is Law he is studying... ![]() Nice pose...and good luck.. |
KingOfThePay:Spot on. I was listening to some of Eminem's songs done over a decade ago,you can not but appreciate the powerful lyrics...and that's why his songs will outlive him. But same can't be said of these rappers in Nigeria...their whack lyrics trend for a while and then go into oblivion so soon...For me, Only MI comes close to being a unique rapper in Nigeria.. |
You can always Google it. There are many of such books online. I don't have any particular one in mind. However, I must commend u for deeming it fit to do this; parenting is becoming more and more challenging everyday .. ![]() |
mmb:Can u just stop this already?. What's the meaning of that?. Is that how to propagate Islam?. What's the rationale behind having millions of adherents who are not contributing anything meaningful to humanity?. Same goes for Christians of today too-everyone is just in a rush to 'win more souls' to their side just to claim they are 'more in number' and are flourishing. This is the root cause of the senseless wars and most violence we now experience in the world today-the two major religions trying to outdo eachother in a senseless competition....little wonder atheism is now gaining grounds globally. ......and dont think I am saying this because I am not a believer, I AM a Muslim...but I hate that attitude among Muslims and non Muslims....live and let live... |
If there's a celebrity who should keep her private life away from the public,it is Funke Akindele. Unfortunately, she is doing the opposite!. I wish her the best sha... |
....and these two people got married in their late thirties, still couldn't sustain it beyond four years....and some who married in their early twenties are celebrating two decades of marriage....Truly, age is just a number!! |
bakynes:Spot on. Added to this, some ladies are not just lucky with men. It has little to do with waywardness. In fact, I observed that the tendency of a wayward lady getting married is higher than that of a disciplined and focused lady... However, I didn't know Kemi was ALSO a music director..I thought she was solely into movies. She directed the much celebrated movie 'the wedding party'. |
I think the organisation has outlived its usefulness. To get back on track, the UN structure needs to be revamped. Without this, no matter how good-intentioned the UN leader is, little would be achieved. This was the case with Ban-ki moon...he did his best...but it didn't reflect much... |
Joavid:You are quite right about the psychology behind hyping: 'A trip to Jamaica' readily comes to mind-I see this particular movie and 'Brother jekwu' as the worst movies of the year. However, the movie 'wedding party' which I saw just yesterday, is not that bad. It is a relatively good movie especially when u compare with most Rom-Com movies churned out lately in Nigeria. It is not excellent, but, for me it was a good way to end the year 2016 movie-wise....it gave a glimmer of hope that things would get better in the Nigerian movie industry... |
bejeria101:Yes Jumobi was quite unique then. But,Mee, RMD's first wife died of complications from fibroid not cancer. |
