I'm quite generous by nature, I routinely, almost pathologically give tips here and there to waiters/bar men, artisans and these categories of people who attend to me. I guess that's a good starting point for understanding why they seemingly have a higher accident rate. It may boil down to a simple matter of probability arithmetics.
