Romans 11 Vs 6 - "His choice is based on his grace, not on what they have done. For if God's choice were based on what people do, then his grace would not be real grace".
This chapter always reminds me that God's relations with me are not based on who I was, who I am or what I have become but rather on who He is. He is gracious God. |

Nice analysis here. bobbiiee: Some drivers claim they make between 20k & 30k daily. Factors to be considered are cost of fueling, proper maintenance, car security, and wear and tear.
Some prefer late night driving because they make more money, though it comes with high risk. I have observed those that I know who are into the business, they seem to live from hand to mouth despite owing their cars. Could it be because of the state of their cars?
I discovered that some bolt drivers in Ibadan won't turn on the air conditioner. The one I boarded from Oluyole Estate to Bashorun told me that the weather is good. Not until when I told him the 3rd time before he turned it on.
Honestly, I can't say that I have enjoyed more than half of the ride-hailing service engaged in Lagos. Within a week, I boarded two with terrible shock absorbers.
There is no harm in trying. At least, you will have first-hand information. |

If you are financially gallant and wants to travel through study route, why not go for UK. Odunayokusa01: Nobody is your Satan, who has your time? You see why people at times don’t like to contribute because of rude people like you. Maybe I wasn’t clear enough, I am not looking to go and work, I am just looking for a way out to leave Nigeria as everywhere is hot now. I don’t need whatever salary they have to offer lol. I went through study route to Ukraine not work this time. You are absolutely right that there is no much jobs especially if you do not speak Russian in Ukraine, this is why it’s good to leaden the language the first year. My advice was for those looking to leave Nigeria as soon as possible and are financially gallant as we see the way things are going. |

Unemployment rate in Ukraine in 2020 is 8.9% while that of Poland the same year is 3.9%. I still can't fathom how there are jobs in Ukraine but no jobs in Poland. Even before convid 19 Nigerians in Ukraine are mostly jobless except for call center jobs and other illegal stuffs. Please let us be mindful of the kind of claims we make here. Yes, it is truth that persently there is high visa denial rate in Poland embassy in Abuja, but still some are still getting there visas. If you are an aspiring Ukrainian agent you better locate their thread. Odunayokusa01: Be careful about the person asking people to borrow him Money for flight. Flight fare is about 350 to 400k. If someone is able to bear the cost of work permit and visa fees, why is he not prepared since to be able to get a plane ticket? You didn’t even show anyone the evidence of your visa but you are claiming you got visa. I’m just looking at people you are giving hope falsely, as far as I’m concerned, polish embassy is not issuing work visa for menial jobs at the moment, if at all only high skilled workers and that’s even 1 out of 20 people, even student visa denial rate is terribly high!! No jobs in Poland because of Covid and those who were successful to get the visa last year before the consular was changed to a strict lady are presently sitting at home because factories are closed, so the embassy has stopped issuing menial job visas for now, I advise anyone who hasn’t started with the permit, my 2 cents advise is that you leave it and try Ukraine, the visa is almost sure if your documents are complete. I was denied same polish work visa and also everyone present that day was denied, I tried Ukraine and I got my 1 year visa. Please guys if you wish to assist the guy looking for flight ticket money, talk with him privately and request to SEE HIS VISA! |

Oga what facts do you have about your own claims? demefa: That's the problem with some of you!!
When someone is trying to alert people of a situation, you will try to speak without facts.
You said someone was given visa, but here you are saying you saw the visa on an agent's page.
That Paradise of a guy did he show you his visa? How are you sure he was given visa? Cause he said so without any other prove!!
No one is blocking you of collecting visa, my comment wasn't from you. If you didn't like it, you would have just moved.
I don't blame you, you don't know what you're talking of.

I advise you to stick with your Federal govt job. If you are going to Dubai to look for a job you will go with three months tourist visa. If you don't find a job within the period... you have to return to Nigeria unless you renew again till you click a job offer. Moreover, jobs over there aren't paying much...if you consider the cost of your traveling and then the FG offer you have already. |

Mehn, am losing sleep since then. Idabakanta: Still on Agents, Genuine Agents must be able to Send you confirmation when they successfully apply for you. you should ask for Application Papers. This is what an application confirmation should look like. with the application number, you can track yourself and dont waste months waiting for an Agent. Please i'm not an Agent o.. Boss, sorry you don't need a help purchase...you simply need to buy your own car. Buying 07 Corolla and 05-07 Sienna models are very easy. jixasi: Pls all this drivers coming here to say rubbish about how much u make and bragging u hit 150 a week, when we know it’s Loki and Saka u are using to defraud ur riders... pls stop that nonsense....
And partners pls before you think all drivers are wasting your time and investment because u have seen Jesusson2020 and co weekly income so u think your driver is lazy pls I will advice u enter road for one week drive by urself if u can make profit of 50k with ease without Loki then come here and brag...
This work is getting tougher and tougher cus everyone is on it... Uber and taxify are fighting to get customers so they are reducing their fares everyday... roads are bad, traffic is crazy, rain and all sort affecting the business, drivers are getting robbed and even killed by thief’s, fatigue killing drivers too.... all sort is happening... how can u buy car 2001 - 2004 and expect ur driver to give u no stories...

So many drivers mess up we know... but soo many partners are greedy.
Give me 2007 and above Corolla direct tokunbo for rent or hp and tell me to give u 30k I will deliver.. no stories

Don’t just invest based on what u see on internet... do visibility studies look the risk and take calculated risk.... |

Daddyboy21: Hello house, am a serving corps member about passing out on the 25th of July (this month) I don't have that " Finish school, get a Job Mentality". Please where ( which financial institution) can I access a loan of #1,500,000 or #2,000,000 with minimal interest rate to go into Bus transport business. I have no collateral. Am in abuja and I understand that transportation business will be a bit nice here. Better still where can I get an 18 seater bus on hire purchase. Thanks |
Investment › Re: Please Where Can I Access 1.5m Loan by henrybirthright(m): 8:43am On Aug 04, 2019 |
I acknowledge the truths in your advice. But, transportation business is not only for those that have arrived as you pointed out. It depends on the capacity the intending transporter wants to operate. The OP even said he is willing to take on a hire purchase for a start...which further indicates he is willing to ride the vehicle himself. From empirical observations, transportation business is always a good business when managed by self. Kenni700: @ Daddy Boy...
sorry to burst your hopes but no financial institution will give you a dime, not even 200k. You don't seem to understand Nigerian business terrain yet and your inexperience is a huge risk for investors.
No.1-Before you ask anyone for money or investments, you would have been doing that particular kind of business personally for @ least one year with successful track record. Then asking investors to come in will be phase 2.
No bank in Nigeria lends money to start ups. Your business must have shown a good statement of account for one year before anybody can give you a loan. Also, you cannot access bank loans without a collateral.
The truth is that you can't handle 1.5m/2m yet with the challenges that comes with it as well as its responsibilities and pressures. You will just grow old in few months.
We had 3 Sienna on the road from Lagos to Ph. No be my clear eye I take run sell all of them so I can live longer.
I like your mentality of not looking for a job after Nysc but my take is this; Start something small in the tune of 300k,give it 6 months growth tenure and you will be glad you did.
I ve been operating a limited liability company since 2008 so my experience and advice can help you.
Transportation business is for those who have arrived or those who have some big financial leverage and other businesses.
You may want to look @ mini productions and repackaging. Look away from transportation for now.Remove your eyes from 1.5m/2m.
I hope this post will not be as an insult to you but more of an advice.
Best regards. |

So sorry for your loses. A solution is already birth on it. But then, I will like to seek some information from you and if possible partner with you. You can send me a message on Whatsapp +971589163790 ultron12345: Good day nairalander. Please, I need advice.
I'm into trading of agricultural produce. I buy produce from states where they are abundant and sell in states where they're scarce. Every week, I send out trucks of produce to various markets around the country with 3 staff on board to sell the goods. The value of these goods are about 1.7 to 2 million naira per truck. The staff are to go with the truck to the market (another state), sell the goods in the market, pay the money (usually around 1.7 to 2Million) into the company bank account and come back to base.
I'm having problems monitoring them. It's easy to know how much they sell because the goods are in units, but how do I ensure they don't run away with the money. A month ago, 3 staff disappeared with 1.8 million naira after selling the produce. Their phones are not going through, their family and friends havent heard from or seen them. I reported to the police but all efforts to get them have proved abortive. I recently saw a social media update from one of them, and from the surroundings, it seems he has left the country. It's not the first time, last December, a team also disappeared with 2 million naira. All this theft is straining my business, we're already finding things difficult.
Please, what measures can I put in place to ensure they stop disappearing with my money. Is there a way to restructure the business to stop this theft. I cant be at all markets at the same time. How do I stop this. This theft is killing my business. I'll be very grateful for any advice I can get here. |
