To answer your questions

1. This is very relative and depends on a host of factors.
In my experience with local companies, its largely based on nationality while most multinationals have a pay scale regardless of where you come from and/or studied.
You can look here https://www.thenational.ae/business/money/uae-salary-guide-2020-how-much-should-you-be-earning-1.952299#13
although this is a guide and in reality things don't work like this for a lot of folks.

2. This is strictly based on your lifestyle. There are people who earn 2k or less that are able to save and people who earn 15k plus that are in debt.
Can you have a life on a 4k salary? Short answer is yes.
Would there be enough savings from the 4k? Entirely up to you.

3. See 1 above

Hi everyone, please permit to ask this question unbehalf of someone.

1) PLease in dubai what is the acceptable minimum salary per month for a bsc business admin or human resources graduate with a 1 yr job experience.

2) is a salary of 4, 000 enough for a single person to survive in Dubai for a month and would there be enough to save up considering the cost of living in Dubai (Accommodation etc already provided by the employer)

3) Do foreign degrees still pay more in Dubai

Thanks a lot support

thanks for the information. How much minimum can person have to have the account open and what's the minimum salary account for account opening
I just checked their website and didn't see anything about minimum salary for savings account.
Try to do it, provided you have all the required documents.
You won't know the outcome until you try.

Thanks everyone. Has anyone opened an account recently? What’s your experience.

It’s so sad we have to face this kind of discrimination
I experienced the same thing when I came as well.
I went to 8 banks and they all said something related to compliance. 1 even said we can try but it can take up to 2 months and compliance may reject it. I was shocked.

Anyways, sometimes It also depends on your company. Some of the banks said if my company was listed with them it would be easier to open the account. Like some have advised you, speak to your company's PRO they may be able to assist you. It's difficult but not impossible.

See please use Skyscanner, farecompare even wakanow. All this how much is flight ticket question people ask here like we own airlines huh
Ticket prices are not constant and change according to time of day, traffic to the website, how close your flight date is and a host of other things.
Use the internet please you'll get updated information than what we can give you here

chikasin4:
You are welcomed bro, but which airline do you flay with and how much?
TravelRe: QATAR AND UAE GENERAL VISA ENQUIRIES Part 3 by HenryCavill: 4:40am On Jun 22, 2018
This is currently not possible. Qatar airways can't fly to Dubai due to the blockade against Qatar.
If this friend truly wants to visit Dubai, they should use another airline.
They can transit from Qatar to Kuwait then Kuwait to UAE...but imo that's long journey

oduzbaba89:
good evening a friend if mine is going to Dubai and e is flying via Qatar airways e wants to spend two days in Qatar bfr connecting his flight to Dubai, please who knows how to get qatar transit visa, do they have embassy in Nigeria?

Almost accurate. I don't want to give any more private information grin. I guess some people have already started figuring who I am, I don't want that grin. Thank you.
Lol..see ehn, nobody is asking you for personal details. So no need to keep hinting at how you want to remain anonymous. Perhaps the best way to start wasn't about coming here to tell everyone "my company will pay me 23K" ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
If you truly want to remain anonymous stop jumping upandan replying every Tom Dick and Harry. Focus on what you're here for..to get information, not to let us all your business.
My 2cents tho.

giftdavid112:
okay, I was asking if you know how long it will take to get the visa?. Thanks
Your job offer is very good and if your company is legit usually your entry visa can be out in under a week.
When you get here, they'll convert it to an employment visa which will enable them to apply for your Residence visa, the whole process can be concluded from 2weeks to 2 months depending on how your company handles your application.

With your kind of salary offer, I'll assume you wouldn't want to stay in a bed space. I'm assuming the 4000 USD is also meant for your flight ticket and your accommodation whilst they process your visa (verify with your HR). If it does, then you have to take into account the first expenses for renting a studio which can easily go northwards of 20k AED depending on area and the number of cheques you'll pay your rent in.

Keep in mind to find accommodation close to your company as you will not be able to drive with your Nigerian driver's license and public transport (taxi inclusive) will be your only mode of transportation till you get a UAE license.

It's very easy to get carried away here especially if you make a good sum of money regardless if you party or not so your priorities will determine how much you end up saving monthly.

After getting your visa sorted out, please make sure you have a clear picture of how you'll settle down and how/if your company will help you as it's the next important thing.

Everybody here will be help you with answers to questions that you may have so please make sure you understand what you're in for before you make the leap.

Good luck and congratulations!!!

Check on dubizzle or bayut. 60k for a studio in Deira, I think, is way too much. If you are willing to spend such an amount on a studio you can check other areas towards business bay, marina and JLT.

obonujoker:
Please is it possible to get a room self con in deira area??

Coz I am hearing I can get at 60,000 AED per annum??

Can you please share your experience. I've heard a lot of horror stories grin grin
TravelRe: QATAR AND UAE GENERAL VISA ENQUIRIES Part 3 by HenryCavill: 2:30am On Mar 14, 2018
Yes, you can. You should go to the Embassy first to get a stamp on the doc (attestation). In Dubai it's 100Dhs per doc, I don't know about Abu Dhabi. After that, you can proceed to UAE MOFA and it will be attested for you.

I am not yet sure on that. I actually need the 100% info for a friend as well but have not gone around to get to UAE MOFA. I will update when I get it. Or if someone with the 100% info should please kindly state it.
TravelRe: QATAR AND UAE GENERAL VISA ENQUIRIES Part 3 by HenryCavill: 9:37am On Mar 12, 2018
If you read the parts from the last thread I believe you'll find that you can do this without paying them 200Dhs at the Embassy. Just try to read it if you haven't

Sicilyjoe:
Just coming from the embassy now, the requirements they ask are two photocopy of ur int'l passports data coloured and two photocopy of ur visa, two passport photography and cash payment of 200 DHs, equivalent of 20k and after u send it to naija for processing maybe through courier service or by email

Sometimes, I'm amazed at the kind of questions people ask here. Just enter Google and search. Use wakanow, Skyscanner, eDreams etc. You'll get the real-time figures. I don't believe anyone here owns an airline

Canterbury:
Please people, which airline is best to use and what is the price of the ticket (need cheap one abeg)
