PoliticsRe: Lamido Sanusi Is A Sadist! by hercules07: 7:42am On Aug 03, 2012
I just hope and pray that the people who are against SLS on this thread and the other one on Akingbola are not in Nigeria, if this is the general thinking of the average Nigerian, then we are doomed.
We're still on the same page dude. I never said the senate manufactured their documents and am aware that those documents emanated from ngozi's ministry. I also stated that NOI is the ONLY, the most reliable source to defend these documents. Those are my words.
NOI is not the only reliable source to defend these documents, the ministry is not hers, she has people who are professionals who work there, the lower minister should be able to defend it as well, I do not even see any defense here sef, it is obvious that the budget of 2012 has failed, the budget o, the projects o and the money are all gone down the drain.

People like us who defended Sanusi's action should be gloating now, I hope that the haters will have the grace to show up here to publicly apologise to the man.

PoliticsRe: Oteh's Resumption: Okonjo-iweala Meets SEC Staff by hercules07: 12:28pm On Jul 23, 2012
Cherechy: @KokoA point of correction. The market didn't crash under Oteh. Oteh resumed in 2010 after the Market had collapsed under Musa Alfaki d former DG. She's only now trying to stabilise it.
Please get your facts right. Thanks
Thanks for giving the guy correct information, I do not like GEJ or many of his appointed people, but, Oteh has been given a difficult task and as long as she has not stolen money, she should be allowed to do her work, if she is arrogant, no wahala, as long as she can deliver, as per staying in the hotel for 8 months, the excess money should be deducted from her pay and she should be reprimanded.
PoliticsRe: Bigotry And Hardline Posture The Causes Of BH, Plateau Crises - Simon Kolawole by hercules07: 12:25pm On Jul 23, 2012
The article needed to go deeper, the guy just gave us the pre-intimacy without the koko, by the way, is he not the same one that worked for Yar Adua?
PoliticsRe: Oteh's Resumption: Okonjo-iweala Meets SEC Staff by hercules07: 8:12pm On Jul 21, 2012
I believe Okonjo Iweala is indulging these guys, I do not particularly like GEJ or even Okonjo Iweala but, once someone has been appointed to a position of authority, he or she should have all the authority that goes with it, Oteh should go non-linear on the behind of all these protesting workers, who are they to determine if their boss should resume, the appointing executive has made its decision and people who are not ready to work with her can resign, on top of this, she is actually performing, I do not care if she is arrogant, as long as she can back it up with performance, then I am fine with it. The Government should give full authority to those that it appoints (appointment to MDAs should not be taken lightly), appointees should come with their team.
PoliticsRe: Let's Praise Gej by hercules07: 3:22am On Jul 15, 2012
Beaf: Abeg, forget dat side jare!
Nobody will protect votes with their mobile phones if strong, hairy chested men wielding AK's were to descend on their polling booth as used to happen in previous years. In fact, such a situation would only prove that the Nigerian voter is an Olympics 100m gold medalist. Lol!

As for rigging being done at collation centres, that is now impossible (thanks to the new transparency). Each polling station has staff from the parties that sign the results and keep a copy; so that independent verification of figures is now done by all political parties, even before INEC declares. If anybody was to rig successfully, they would have to carry it out at the polling centre; once results have left, it is too late.

Thank GEJ, bro! Lol!
We will have to agree to disagree on this, when people are desperate to protect their votes, forget AK 47 ooo, people will come with their own too, abi you think a fulani who is ready to die will fear guns?
PoliticsRe: Tension In Plateau As STF Orders Fulani Out Of Ancestral Villages by hercules07: 3:20am On Jul 15, 2012
joskid: And who have ever been the aggressors time and time again? I have an uncle who was murdered so many years ago by FULANIS. He had a huge small lake that he uses to pump water and irrigate his farm during the dry season. The fulanis forcefully wanted it for their cows!

We heard they were arrested...but trust the corrupt Nigerian system. The native youths were stopped from retaliation. And this is where most native guilt lies: retaliating an aggression wrongfully meted out to them.

So explain to me where Christians were ever the aggressors?
There has been so many killings that the aggressor and victim issue has been muddled up, the fulanis might be the aggressor, but, the other tribes do not have clean hands too, remember this issue started with the Hausas who were seen to be dominating the economic life of jos and attempting to take political power, I know you feel aggrieved but others feel the same way too, we need the FG to treat everybody equally in meting out justice to the culprits of these mayhem.

jmaine: Was only pointing out his political history for future referencing . . .he was under the ACN stock before cross carpeting to the PDP, the same way PDP politician cross carpet to increase their chances of being a party flag bearer
Yeah you were though the wahala was beaf called him an ACN senator, our politicians will always defect to the winning party, the issue is those that defect to the PDP in the SW become rabid once they get to that party.

jmaine: Your employer will always acknowledge you for a job well done even though he employed you to do it and is expected of you . . .Now let me replay Beaf poser to you . .Why praise your ward for passing an exam, even though he is required to pass his exams to justify the fees paid by you
I will love the kind of employer that praises a staff for doing the minimum, I have not met one sha because you will never progress, as per being praised for passing exams, I once came 7th in my class with an average of about 70% and was feeling good about myself, on getting home and showing my dad my results, he tore me a new one, I never came lower than 1st after that, I do not accept the minimum from those I work with and from my children, i will definitely not accept minimum from my president.

Beaf: We are all pro-good governance, I guess approach is different though (I'm obviously an avid supporter). Like you, I hope GEJ performs creditably; if he doesn't, I'll be the first to join you. But, so far, its been good.
That is where we disagree, so far it has been terrible but for his sake, I hope he can turn it around.

jmaine: Senator Arise was formerly of the AD, and the AC, where he was the gubernatorial candidate before cross carpeting to the PDP

http://www.senatorarise.com/profile.html#politicalhistory
He was a PDP guy when he made the allegations against Asari.
Beaf: As for thuggery being a crime, that is true. But you must agree that it flourished to the extent it did in the past, because all elections were muscle affairs.
Lets not forget that political thuggery gave birth to some wings of the Niger Delta militancy as well as the current deadly boko haram.

Now that we have free and fair elections, thuggery is visibly disappearing. With time, it will die a natural death. No one needs them to snatch ballot boxes and intimidate voters anymore. I praise GEJ for that.
Thuggery disappearing ke, the reasons ballot boxes are not being snatched are because voters are protecting their votes and rigging is being done at the collation centers, why ballot snatch when you can rig cleanly at the collation center.

jmaine: Bros, will you stop dancing unnecessarily grin . . .Your failing the more your trying embarassed . . .

Mr Hercules, you said, it is normal, agreed. Did the conduct of today's poll meets the requisite standard for a credible election . . .Yes/No

If your answer to the above is Yes, isn't it a good yard stick and a good reference point for future election ? Yes/No

Are you not happy with how the poll was conducted Yes/No

If you answer is Yes above, then why are you denying the obvious that someone actually insisted it happened that way . . .

The same mouth you will use in castigating the process if it failed, is the same mouth your using to deny the obvious when it was a huge success . . .guy, your not fooling anyone

I felt this was useless to our exchange . . .No offeinse, cos i don't need a Fela song to know what is the basic human right . . .
Okay I take the last part back but get me right, I want to believe the elections are free and fair (until we get the results and it reflects the will of the people sha o, this is naija), but because someone "insists" that the election should be free and fair is not enough reasons for me to praise him, it is the minimum he should do, do you expect your employer to praise you for doing the minimum required?
PoliticsRe: Tension In Plateau As STF Orders Fulani Out Of Ancestral Villages by hercules07: 3:04am On Jul 15, 2012
joskid: I am Berom so I understand these things. How many times have these terrorists been captured then taken to Abuja only to be freed? Wny? Because their Hausa/Fulani brothers in the Government, Army and Police are backing them a 100 percent. Do you think if Plateau was its own entity or if true Federalism was practiced and Plateau had its own Police system, these guilty 1diots will be set free again and again? The reason why these people are bold to do what they are doing id because the current Nigerian state as it stands provides people and structures that support and enable these types of terrorism. And we all know them...
As far as I am aware, nobody has been prosecuted for the Jos crisis, in a truly federal system, beroms, hausas and fulanis will be languishing in jails not only fulanis. The current Nigerian state is only fair to the elites, every other person is just struggling, the terrorists in Plateau consist of every single tribe in that place.

Beaf: Save your crocodile tears.
Just do not let prejudice force you to drop your morals and start lying like the worst scum.

Is hercules07 not anti-GEJ? Is he lying like you? No, he is maintaining his arguments (even if wrong) without untruths and gaining respect as a result.

I really hate liars, thieves and people in that mould.
I personally do not like GEJ as I believe he has nothing to offer, if he is able to prove me wrong, I will not mind supporting him but he has a long way to go, so I am not anti-GEJ, I am pro good governance.
PoliticsRe: Let's Praise Gej by hercules07: 2:58am On Jul 15, 2012
Beaf: But he was there as an ACN thug. That election was an outright thug vs thug war and ACN reached for the best and most dreaded.
The fact that Asari supports GEJ does not change the capacity in which he was present in Ekiti.
I am sure he thugged for the ACN in that election though the Ekiti People are totally for the ACN, he just came as an insurance, elections in Nigeria will always involve thugs because of the violence and the desperation attached to wining elections (I do not support thuggery o and I believe it should be dealt with), so, Asari thugged for ACN in that election and thugged for GEJ in the April elections, the guy na freelancer.

joskid: And you think the Fulanis did not burn to death 50 people or more in a Pastor's home in Riyom. Just ONE dead body of a believer in Christ is more than enough reason to move for the absolute dissolution of this nonsense called Nigeria. And believe me, keep on being the silly aggressors, it will all be a testament against you come judgement day...which is a day I whole heartedly welcome!

http://www.canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/48010
I have blamed the Fulanis, they are also culpable, what I will not stand for is this one that it is all fulani and that the other tribes are whiter than white, dissolving Nigeria will not solve the Plateau problem as the people will still live there (are you sure you are from that area?) and by the way, I am not fulani but yoruba.
PoliticsRe: Let's Praise Gej by hercules07: 2:50am On Jul 15, 2012
Beaf: You are a bastard.
The fact that the man is a PDP person does not make Asari any less of an ACN member who was in Ekiti as a thug. Or bastard, is there any other connection you can think up between Asari and Ekiti? Is Asari a governor or ACN top shot? Why would an ND ex-miltant attend elections in the SW?
Haba listen to yourself, Asari being an ACN member can be anywhere in Nigeria nau, afterall, PDP usually sends people from other states to help mobilize during elections. As per Asari being a thug, of course he was and is still is, hope you are aware that he is also a staunch supporter of GEJ, so, GEJ is working hand in hand with thugs.
PoliticsRe: Let's Praise Gej by hercules07: 2:48am On Jul 15, 2012
jmaine: Okay, accepted

But you won't waste time to bash him if it went wrong . . .Would You Mr Hercules ? undecided

Cos if you will, then you are equally compelled to acknowledge he did something right yesterday cool
I will bash him if he attempts to rig whether he is successful or not is immaterial, the minimum he is expected to do is guarantee free and fair elections, doing otherwise is criminal, why should I praise someone from not stealing my votes, is our morality that messed up that we will thank someone for not denying us our rights? Did you listen to Fela's Beast of No Nation? Please do again so that you can hear where he says human rights is his property, I think Fela's music should be compulsory for youths of today, too much of all these new artists is not making them think straight.

Please reread my post, I have not ascribed anything of that nature to GEJ.
PoliticsRe: Tension In Plateau As STF Orders Fulani Out Of Ancestral Villages by hercules07: 2:41am On Jul 15, 2012
joskid: Pity yourself first. You think all the blood that has been shed from Church bombings and massacres will go in vain? If you actually mean to pity us because the areas you mentioned are largely Christian and cherish the sanctity of life, then sure, what has light got to do with darkness? No Christian went up North to claim lands and massacre people! And mark my words friend, the Jesus these people worship is not dead and blind...but will bring about Justice! I indeed pity those who still think they can hold onto parochial mentalities and attitudes using the machinery of the Nigerian state to expand a Jihadist agenda. As Christ himself said "On this rock I will build my Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail"....Jesus has built His Church on the Rocks of the Plateau...and no gates of hell in whatever form shall prevail against it. Nigeria may cease to exist for that reason!
You sound like the Christian version of Boko Haram, what concerns fulani with Church bombings, they are more concerned about their cattle than any BH that is bombing churches. The killings in Plateau leaves no one blameless except you want to deceive yourself, Jesus that you are quoting treated everybody equally, he did not force his religion on others. Justice in the Plateau will have a lot of Fulanis, Beroms, Hausas and other tribes being sent to jail or even executed for murder, even the Governor's hands are not clean.

dayokanu: And where did anyone claim GEJ was president during Ekiti or Osunbors annulment pull out the quote that claimed Retardeen Jonathan was president by anyone on this thread
GEJ was not President but he did what Dayo said he did, Anenih has been rigging elections for how long? Adedibu was a master rigger as well, were they Presidents?
PoliticsRe: Let's Praise Gej by hercules07: 2:26am On Jul 15, 2012
jmaine: GEJ appoints someone :-

The Appointee messes up =======> Blame GEJ, every bulks ends at his table . .The failure is under his jurisdiction constitutionally, When the head is rotten, the whole body is bad . . .GEJ cluless, bad leadership, the worst President we have ever had

Appointee Delivers =========> It's not GEJ, It's the integrity of the appointee, GEJ should not take credit for someone else effort . . .

Can we for once be consistent in . . . .

I do not have a problem with praising GEJ when he does something extra ordinary, say he fixes the power problem without bankrupting the nation, we can praise him for that, say he solves the BH problem without doing palliatives, yes we can say he has tried, but for GEJ to be praised for not engaging in criminal activities? That one does not make sense o, in any civilized nation, praising yourself for conducting a free and fair elections will make you look like a fool and not worthy of the position you have found yourself.
PoliticsRe: Let's Praise Gej by hercules07: 2:23am On Jul 15, 2012
Beaf: I'm quoting this lie before the id!ot edits it and claims never to have said it.
Quite clearly, anti-GEJ people are very morally unhealthy.
There is no lie in it nau, that was what happened, it was the tribunal that saved Ekiti people.
PoliticsRe: Let's Praise Gej by hercules07: 2:21am On Jul 15, 2012
I do not get the reason of this post o, are we meant to praise GEJ for not being a criminal? We are expected to prostrate before him for doing his job? Free and fair elections are the minimum requirements and in the case of Edo state, they have been guaranteed by the people not the President, if Oshiomole had marginal popularity, the elections would have been massively and comprehensively rigged, the 2011 elections were only "free and fair" in the SW, other regions had enough Ojoro, SS and SE did not make noise about rigging as the rigging was done for their candidates, the NW and NE boiled because the rigging was done against their candidates.
PoliticsRe: Tension In Plateau As STF Orders Fulani Out Of Ancestral Villages by hercules07: 2:06am On Jul 15, 2012
I am not surprised by the comments of people on this, the bigotry that will kill Nigeria is being displayed here, honeric and ileke are doing a good job of standing up for humanity. The war in Plateau has no innocent tribe, the fulanis and the beroms are both guilty, the beroms just have southern press sympathies that is all, the way to settle the issue is not by blanket military operation, especially an operation that looks like it is favoring one side. The STF are ordering out the beroms from their villages in order to kill those who are responsible for the last mayhem, but, as we all know, they are just going to kill innocent fulani villagers who have nowhere to go, those responsible for the mayhem have probably left the area. I pity the whole of the Middle belt sha and even Anambra and Enugu and some SW states, when you chase those people from their ancestral homes, they will migrate southwards and the war will soon be brought to our doorsteps.

PoliticsRe: If Boko Haram Continues... Discuss by hercules07: 4:21am On Jul 12, 2012
@Beaf

The US/UK will do none of that, the UK has got excellent relationships with the core North and knows where its bread is buttered, what happens to Christians in the North when Nigeria splits or will they leave the land they have known for centuries? We need to solve our problems as a nation, a strong leader who means well and works will have the support of the people to face BH, the GEJ government has not got the support of the locals, there is a need to win their minds.
PoliticsRe: Cassava Bread Policy: Jonathan Pushes Ahead by hercules07: 4:08am On Jul 12, 2012
I think the Government is just trying to raise more money from wheat importation, the proper policy would have been to help local farmers to produce more wheat if our soil can support it (Musiwa is more intelligent than he sounds). Nigerian market is an exploitative one, the cost of everything having to do with cassava is going to shoot through the roof, anybody who is familiar with the onipanu markets on sunday will know that Garri is one of the items sold there, I once bought a bag at a high price, on asking the woman why it was so expensive, she said dollars had gone up, so dollars going up was affecting a locally produced item's price geometrically. The government also has to think of quality of life, if you want to give Nigerians better quality of life, forcing cassava bread down our throats is not the way to go.
A poster mentioned something important, GEJ is behaving like the typical Nigeria Police, fierce with defenseless civilians chicken with BH and MEND.
