Doctors need to sit down and look at things strategically, nobody is being paid what he or his job is worth by LASG because the state can not afford such a thing, they can clamor for lower pay for political office holders in the state not higher pay for themselves, the state has many responsibilities, there are some that are one off and others that are recurrent, one off payments should not be used to compare recurrent ones (giving navy boats is one off), in our economy, doctors are fairly well paid. The solution to all of these is to give them fixed term contracts, take them out of the civil service and enforce discipline. |
Can they please add rail to the fourth mainland bridge as well, trains are true mass transit vehicles and will help to decongest the roads, I believe the LASG should actually spend more building rail roads than motor roads, infact, the rail component of the fourth mainland bridge should be done before the motor road. |
The question was should they be paid teaching allowances and not if they should be paid at all, our doctors want to earn what US doctors earn without the commitment that those ones give, please tune in to radios to hear tales of woes from patients due to the ineptitude of the doctors and their supporting staff. |
This should not be a priority, if it can be accomplished by private money sha, then it is okay. |
dmainboss: Did you actually read the text of Azazi's statement or like demdem, you just read the headline. lolOf course I read it and made my comments as appropriate on the first page, it is trolls who are trying to deflect criticisms from PDP that I targeted with my response. El-Rufai is a politician who has seen a weakness in the armor of his enemies, he is going to take advantage just as any other person in his shoes should. Azazi is telling us what we all knew, he should have just been more circumspect, he needs to learn from the real politicians. |
Azazi blew the whistle because he is feeling the heat from the Khaki boys, they are probably letting him know that he needs to take a stand on this issue. I am sure he is doing this to save his own skin. |
@Demdem Why are you responding to these guys, they are PDP goons whose job is to deflect all criticisms from the party, they always look for someone else to blame, if Buhari had been involved in BH, OBJ will be the one pushing for his arrest, not even GEJ, they all know that BH is PDP and PDP is BH, the mistake Azazi made was to openly say it, they could have just leaked one of the memos to the President on BH issues and same effect would have been achieved, he needs to learn from the Pentagon and the CIA, whenever POTUS does anything they do not like, leaks will start flowing everywhere to let people know who should be blamed. |
If Lagos state is going to embark on a tolled fourth mainland bridge, they might as well add a rail system to it jare, what is worth doing is worth doing well. |
@Pastor AIO You must continue o, some of your thoughts I do not agree with but this is quite interesting, now will Logic allow Pastor to finish what he has started? We all stand to gain a lot from this thread. |
naijaking1: Good points, nobody will disagree with you on this one.Even God and Satan have been known to agree (remember job?), problem is if Azazi resigns, then Jonathan's behind is truly opened in the military and the bad boys might have the upper hand, GEJ needs OBJ more than ever now to tame the khaki boys. |
Seems I am finding your posts interesting, El-rufai is just being a politician and Azazi is being played, hope he learns from this sha. |
The judge should have recused himself once the SANs accused him of bias, that is the way it is usually done, even in court martial. The EFCC are appealing sha. |
In a sane society, Azazi would be fired and Jonathan would have resigned, this being Nigeria, Azazi should have leaked out the statement instead of saying it by himself, the man obviously is not a politician, just a former soldier. I am sure he is frustrated at what is happening and just had to blurt it out, as the NSA, he wields enormous powers and should have a showdown with GEJ on the issue of BH. |
naijaking1: ^^^I do not know where you got that your statistics from o, the man is not only qualified but very honest, you think you can face politicians with skeletons in your cupboard? Your Erastus has not even accused him of being dishonest, as per Erastus, he is a hero to his own pockets, you should go and investigate Erastus links with Adenuga and IBB when he was just coming up, as per the acquittal, hope you listened to the judgement, the judge was more concerned about the SANs prosecuting than the case, also he was acquitted on the money laundering charges not for running his bank down, those ones are still pending. |
naijaking1: Whao, na wa-o. It's just wonderful to see an old Sanusi die-hard. Anyway, good to see you sha. Long time!I have been around and man must wack now, Sanusi no dey pay for free defense (do you know a good consultant who can get me some money off this? ). CBN governors can be cozy with MDs of banks, just not cozy enough to condone blatant stealing, there is no evidence on this one linking Sanusi, if there is and he is found culpable, then he should be investigated and prosecuted, what we need is the ability to root out those who do evil in both public and private enterprises and this is what is happening, those who know Sanusi will tell you that he will not sanction such as a write off if it was ever presented to him, the evil people are still Erastus for giving out that loan in the first place, Saraki for obvious reasons and Lai Alabi for the write off (he is the biggest culprit followed by Erastus). |
Tewonde should go and sit down jare, when people of sound minds are talking a criminal like him too is showing face. |
If indeed Jonathan is discussing 2015 with Tinubu then he is a jobless president and should resign, Nigeria is boiling and the only thing on his mind is 2015? |
Vanguard should go and sit down jare, they have always had it in for Sanusi from day one, he stopped them from making money off their bogus awards, if Sanusi sanctions banks, there is wahala, if he fails to do so, there is wahala, money does not have legs, it can be traced if the FG is serious about tackling corruption, one of the ways of tracing money is with this cashless policy, yet, people are kicking against it. |
@naijaking Couple of corrections, Saraki did not recommend Sanusi, it was Abdul Muttalab that did so, please get your facts right. Saraki is a criminal no doubt, the only thing he did in Kwara state was to beautify Ilorin and steal money, Lai Alabi is not better if he indeed wrote off the debt, the two of them should be prosecuted to the maximum letter, but, what concerns Sanusi with this, he appointed Lai Alabi to Intercontinental to stop the mess that Erastus started and the man has been found wanting and is being prosecuted by the police, has any evidence been uncovered that links Sanusi to the write off? No. Lets look at Erastus himself, what the heck was he thinking when he gave a loan of 29.1 billion naira to a politician and for what purpose, if it was for Songhai farm then he himself is a criminal as every man and his dog knows that the agric sector is a sink hole for such loans, I am very sure the loan was a paddy paddy arrangement that went bad, they should all be prosecuted, by the way, why will Erastus give just one company or person a loan of 29 billion naira, what percentage of their assets is that (after you take out liabilities o)? Abeg leave Sanusi alone and let the police deal with the man who took the loan, the one who wrote it off and the one who gave a whopping 29 billion naira loan to a politician, if Sanusi is culpable let him also be investigated, but, as far as we know, the triangle of deceit is Erastus, Saraki and Lai Alabi. |
Eko Ile play nice, every investment is nice. |
If this is being driven by LASG then there is hope, if it is FG, wahala go dey o. Why Siemens sef, were they not indicted recently. |
GEJ in his wildest dreams can not bring in Buhari for questioning, GEJ knows who the sponsors of BH are, if he had any evidence linking Buhari to it, he would have prosecuted him a long time ago. |
Ilaje is just a superstar, I hope he is not somebody reincarnated, I will definitely bookmark this page. |
PhysicsQED: I don't know why some people think one has to be an ethnic bigot or "jingoist" to dislike Sanusi. Some people do not like him because of his policies, that I can respect, afterall we cant all agree on the same things, but, some posters here just hate the guy because he is a mallam or because he sacked their favorite MDs, that my friend is not nice. |
@Jarus So the guy is an Arsenal fan, how is he handling the stress because I am going grey because of those guys o, imagine Chelsea winning the Champions league, kai, impossicant. On topic, that Sanusi is a big big bigot, why did he not write his own speech himself, afterall, we pay him to know everything ![]() |
@ the bolded, LOL. If I were in the same position, I probably would dislike Nigeria more. @Jarus, I think you should stop bothering yourself about defending Sanusi. If you understand the man well, you will notice he has gotten to a stage of self-assurance in life. People like that don't need to prove anything to anybody.
Actually the little bit of dislike was meant to be for Sanusi not Nigeria, working and posting do not go hand in hand. |
Dede1 has come with his tribal wahala o, the Orizu guy should have handed over to a civilian jare. |
We are now splitting hairs on time spent on delivering speeches abi, ordinary MDs of banks are asked almost every time to deliver one speech or the other talk less of the CBN governor, apparently, ekt is looking at Nigeria through his American goggles and with a little bit of dislike. I am sure the courts will throw out this one, they have cases far weightier than this pending determination, anyway, lawyers must chop sha. |
Buhari will not serve under GEJ, he does not respect him enough for him to do that, also, BH is a PDP thing, how do you think GEJ will react when Buhari starts clamping those who supported him to jail? |
We will wait for his defence, I still remain an ardent supporter of the guy sha. |
Sure-P was killed by the myopic protest organized OCCUPY NIGERIA. ELECTRICITY takes time. . If you watched NTA over the weekend, you would have heard and seen the details of the contract signed with Seimens on that. . . You are a cronic critic with nothing nice to say.
Kai Okija has been rail roaded into the GEJ team o, is it the same Siemens that we all know about? |
Omisore can not try that and he knows, if he does, he will probably not live to tell the tale, I hope he knows that the Governor and his aides are allowed to use any means possible to protect themselves. |
