The guy thought because we yab ourselves, we will not close ranks when outsiders come to yab us, he has been appropriately schooled, o ga o, Somalian is yabbing Nigerians and other Africans, he should go and watch Black Hawk down. |
Olajide leave them alone, it is because Sanusi is an aboki and has shown that their professor Soludo did not supervise the banks properly that is why they are after him. Soludo that should just sit in one corner without us hearing him. |
@M16 You are shouting and that is disrespectful, go and rewrite your rant in a better form. |
Whatever makes you sleep at night, I just fear for your health sha, this obsession is getting too much, I hope you do not suffer a nervous breakdown o. |
Are you not tired of talking to yourself? Please get more of your people in here so that you can have some company. |
Normally the FG will help facilitate loans such as guaranteeing loans taken by the State Governments, as far as this project is concerned, it is a State Project that is being supported by the FG, it can not be classified as a joint project, the FG support can also be moral sef, such as making sure that imported equipment necessary for the projects are given customs waivers and so on. A minister showing up at the commissioning does not indicate anything, it just shows that the State will like to score some points with the FG aka blow some air up their tibi tibi. |
@Beaf I am sure you are not that naive given that you are a defender of GEJ who as the leader of PDP is BH's leader (according to Azazi), there was a decree promulgated to deal with journalists during Buhari's time for carrying seditious stories, give me an example of a military regime in Nigeria that was not harsh when it comes to human rights, many people have also been killed during GEJ's time abi the protesters that died in Lagos nko, shebi Buhari sent dissenters to jail, your brother killed those who voted him in. |
@Beaf Military regimes rule by decrees, they are not your normal democratic government, there was a decree to deal with journalist then, that is the nature of military regimes, as per being silly, I guess we all know who has displayed silliness on this thread. |
@Beaf Buhari sent many people to jail to teach others a lesson, he might have been aggressive about it, but, he did it with the intention to deter others, the sight of the gallows is meant to focus minds, we need someone to do the same to the looters wasting our commonwealth, infact, compared to the looters we have now, the second republic looters are boy scouts (apologies to Sanusi); if Buhari was a thief, OBJ who does not forgive easily would have buried him immediately he came in, I understand you sha, you need to justify your wages, hopefully when I am in Abuja, we can hook up so I can at least take a bottle of maltina out of the national cake being shared to you. |
The 53 suitcases issue has been done to death on Nairaland and elsewhere, you are just giving yourself headache on that one, as per Fela going to jail, he was made an example, when you want to deter people from doing things, you go after the high profile ones, Buhari and the Judge might have been wrong, but that was a military era when people ruled by decrees. |
You do know that Fela was thrown into jail by Buhari so he had a lot of reasons to hate him, it seems Beaf is trying hard to justify the month's salary, hope the NYSC wahala nefa reach hin side sha. |
The simple answer has been provided by Ufe, the banks that fuelled the capital market were doing illegal and criminal acts, once the bubble burst, the market had to adjust itself, Soludo is culpable and should go and sit down somewhere, in saner climes, he will be answering questions over his role in the whole thing. |
Beaf: Buhari called for violence. Youth corpers died.Azazi and GEJ disagree with this. |
Where is the Video evidence na, if Nigerians do not stand up for their rights, the Dog and the Baboon will be the least of our problems, the tsunami that will come will consume everybody. |
PHIPEX: Provide me a video clip where James Ibori and any other Nigerian politician was seen stealing our money. Please open a thread for that, this is about Buhari, I am sure people of Delta will come up with rolling films for your consumption on Ibori. |
Beaf please answer danjohn now, why are you just posting pictures, it seems your allowances for both May and June were released at the same time so you are on overdrive. |
Thank God for the Ferrari car, hopefully massa will find some pace somewhere. |
Na by force to work for government? They should look for private employment na, let the doctors start their own hospitals and clinics. The ones who are ready to receive the "slave wage" should join government until they are ready to leave as well, they can use government job as a learning curve. The NMA is just blowing hot air, their directive lacks merit, LASG should import doctors from Ghana and other poorer nations jare. How much are doctors that work in private hospitals paid sef, I am sure it is not up to what the government pays and they also see as many patients as are at the hospital and are even more polite that these government doctors. |
State Government project. |
Una nefa tire? Sanusi is the CBN governor whether you guys like it or not, hope the guy will not give you people high blood pressure. |
Again, to those vowing on the authority of the Nigerian Constitution to shield their interest on claims to land ownership in Lagos, I ask you. . . .how much of the promises penned into the constitution to guarantee and safeguard your life and property in the North has so far been delivered free of any breach? Where such guarantees are disregarded and you were sacked from the Northern territory, how much of the UN guarantees of freedom and rights have been invoked on your behalf by ICC? How many of the survivors of your killed brethrens have so far been compensanted for loss and damages to the lives and properties of their loved ones? When in Rome, do as Romans do! When in Croatia and Serbia, do as they do over there. . . .but this is Nigeria and Yugoslav practices of justice and equity will not hold here when it comes to contention over territorial ownership. The Yoruba race almost wiped one another out for just that one reason. . . political boundaries and territorial domain! We will not hesitate to give praise to Ogun with your blood if you push us to that point. There is only two ways for you when Nigeria collapse, get out or become Yoruba!
The problem with our eastern brothers on here is not to learn from the history of the yorubas, they see the easy going accommodating side of yorubas and mistake it for weakness, if they were to witness the horrors of the yoruba civil war or even the ife modakeke skirmish, they will know that you do not indulge in foolishness such as claiming other people's lands. There are villages that have been decreed empty for over 100 years and nobody is allowed to settle there till now, imagine outsiders now laying claim to someone's lands. The prayer of those who have heavy investments outside their areas is for Nigeria to get better and to remain one, and as good people respect your host, it will make your life better in the long run. |
You guys are just incredible, Fashola guaranteed the right of people to protest, you could see it in his body language that he supported the subsidy removal, where GEJ lost him was to send soldiers to Lagos without his consent, GEJ needs to learn how to play politics and stay on the side of those who give him tacit support. GEJ also needs to have some grey matter, he left leprosy and was curing ring worm. |
Twelve million naira is 1m per month in a nation as poor as Nigeria, that is over 6000 dollars for a public servant where people live on less than a dollar a day, 37 million naira is criminal haba, na only them? |
Funkymallam: How much tax do they pay in Ondo state and can u compare the cost of living in ondo state to Lagos? What is the wage bill of Ondo state and the number of people the Ondo state government has to cater for. |
solomon111: Which would you prefer,Please be more specific and name names, if Fashola is the spineless governor, then you do not know what it takes to govern Lagos, can he do better of course he can, but is he spineless, far from it. As per Akpabio, he is building infrastructure no doubt (he did not start from scratch) but a lot of his development is sterile and his people are not empowered, infact, they live in fear of the guy, as long as his people like him sha, then I have no wahala, I am more concerned about the south west. |
@Okija 12 Million is slave wage, where can I sign up for the slave wage. |
Alusi Okija: Obscene?!40% of that, it is called public service for a reason, if they are not satisfied, they should go to the private sector. |
@ekt You and I know that this thread is being used as payback time, he does not need to address these issues because they have been addressed to the same set of people on other threads, I am sure you will get tired of explaining the same thing to the same set of people all the time. |
@Okija You are wrong on this, I know investment bankers who earn 2.5m per month in nigeria, should they earn the same in the public sector? That amount is obscene, those guys should not earn more than 30 percent of that, if they are not satisfied, let them go to the private sector. |
Jarus, they seem to be raising some legitimate points. By "they", I mean the writer of the article and also posters here. And you for whatever reason are not addressing them.
I do not think Jarus should respond or address any of those points, they have been addressed several times on nairaland, by the way, the guys asking the questions are known haters of Sanusi, nothing he says will change their minds. |
No mind them jare Jarus, they have had bad belle all along because an Aboki is the CBN governor, was Soludo the best hand when he was picked? |
Sagamite asked a question about the strategy, the airport from conception was not meant to be an international airport, the government of Attah saw that airlines were spending a lot of money on taking their planes out for repairs, so he decided to build an airport where those planes can be repaired, when Akpabio came in, he decided to do away with all the legacies of Attah by first of all converting it to an international airport (waste of money) before doing what it was really meant to be. The praise Akpabio is getting might be deserved but what I see in that state is sterile development (good roads that do not enhance productivity, cult filled government and intolerant attitude to opposition). I do not pray or wish Akpabio on Nigerians, he can be Governor of his state but no one should even try making the guy the president of Nigeria. |
