"By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison;" (1 Peter 3:19-19). Who are these spirit in prison ? These were the unbelieving Jews and gentiles, the bible is not talking about the dead here. If you are an unbeliever your spirit is a prisoner to the devil.

Why do you need those who are in heaven to pray for you, is that what Christ thought us, He said seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all other thing shall be added unto you" He did'nt say seek the souls in heaven.

Christ also made us know He is the vine and we are the branches. Sit back think about a mango tree, the same life that goes to the vine goes to the branches, we really don't need this souls that are dead, they have all fought the good fight of faith like Paul will say. Now fight your own fight for salvation and leave dead to remain in their bossom.

Praying to the dead is strictly forbidden in the Bible. Deuteronomy
18:11 tells us that anyone who “consults with the dead” is “detestable
to the Lord.”

Necromancy is against holiness. Familiar spirits/ occultism involves
necromancy (praying to/for the dead). Salvation is specifically part of
the natural realm. After transitioning to the spirit realm, the decision
is fixed. Either you get saved before you die, or you remain eternally
damned.
We who are supposed to be born again must mature in
understanding this. Our body isn't going to heaven, no matter how
much you want them to.

there is no proof anywhere Onesiphorous died anywhere., remember after death come judgement. Instead of praying for the dead you has already gotten their judgement, pray for those who re still alive and perishing...

If we could all remember vividly, when the first son Belshaba had for David was sick, David prayed and did all he could to resorsitate the child . The bible recorded that he even went without food for days, praying and asking God to save the child's life. But immediately the child died, David got back to his normal life and merried.
In John 3:16 for God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, that who so ever believes in Him shall not die but have eternal life, this is a surety for they that believes in Him will surely have eternal life. But can a dead man still belief in Christ, why do we have to pray for a soul that has already been predestinted. Common sense will tell us where a man while on earth who died without Christ is going.
As Christians we are not meant to remain here on earth after receiving salvation of our Lord Jesus Christ, we are supposed to be raptured immediately we give our life to Him but He gave us a great commission and mandate which is found in Act 1:8, this should be the purpose of every Christian.

I never had much luck with breast pumps. However there are many moms who are excellent at using breast pumps and pumping in between feedings is a way to increase breast milk production. It will take your body a little bit of time to become accustomed to the breast pump and the additional breast milk that is needed to accommodate the frequency of pumping that you add to the nursing schedule, but the woman's body is an amazing thing and will adjust fairly quickly.

Not pissing on the Catholic church, trying to why they practise that. I heard a conversation with a catholic church member asking her to tell me why they do pray for the dead, but she could'nt give a good reason why they pray for the dead.

But the catholic's pray for the dead, i even heard they even book mass for the dead.

I want us to discuss this and make it clear, as Christians are we
suppose to pray for the dead ?

Know that we are not of the law but of the grace of our Lord Jesus.

The answers to our prayers and request all lies in the actions we take towards getting prayers answered..

A boy was in a chapel fervently, asking God for #5000 to purchase a certain examination form. The boy was praying and crying aloud for God to here him out, so a certain walked in to pray, he came to the chapel with a bigger burden far greater and higher #5000.
As the man was trying to pray, he could'nt concentrate, because of the boy praying in the chapel before he walked in. So he decided to move closer to the boy's pleas to listen , he was pondering what could be making this boy cry out this loud. Finally he heard the prayers of the boy, and he got so astonished saying to himself " is it just #5000 that is making this boy cry this loud, while i'm here trying pray for a multi million naira worth of contract". The man deep his hands in his pocket counted some amount of money, so he tapped the boy, stretching the money to the boy for him to accept it. The boy turned around in response to the touch he felt, seeing the money from the stranger , pointing towards his direction. He accepted the money wholeheartedly, jumping up and thanking God and the man, the zoom off with the money happily, leaving the man all alone in the chapel. After the man prayed, he left the chapel. At the long run, he got the contract.
The dreams of others you help fulfill is a pathway in fulfilling yours.

that much he said to his wife. The lady looked in total shock but
couldn't utter a word. Life is so short and it's just like a mirror. You
can only see as much as it reflects. So don't be too arrogant and
proud of yourself by looking down on people because situations
change with time!

Aloe Vera, Cucumber mask
(For oily skin)
This very simple cucumber mask hydrates and soothes. The
cooling and cleansing cucumber softens and makes your skin

What do you need:
1/2 Cucumber
2 tablespoons Aloe Vera gel
How to do it:
Peel the cucumber and cut it in pieces. Put the cucumber pieces
together with the aloe vera in a food processor and blend them until
you have a nice smooth paste
Spread the paste gently and equally with your fingertips on your
clean face and neck: keep the eye area clear
Now lie down, relax and leave the mask on for 30 minutes
Finally wash it off with cold water; pat your skin dry with a clean
towel

Time na Money 1
In West Africa Nigeria, there is this popular saying in pigin English"Time na money" meaning time is money, a lot says this casually without sitting back to think about what it truly means.
Now let's access it thoroughly access the saying "Time na Money", ask yourself is time truly money ? The saying is very true, time is money, if people most especially my African brothers can recognise this fact, we won't be living an impoverish life in Africa or elsewhere in the world today.
If we spend our time doing what is beneficial to the public with dignity and your heart attached to it, sell it out for the world to see, i tell you, if it is good for man and in the sight of God, they will buy it or pay you. Don't waste your God given time chasing shadows, because we don't have all the time in the world, don't be a liability to your loved ones or anybody, be the one they run to, and make them a success too. What most people do is put the burden on God and the government, we all know the government have failed in one way or the other, so looking for help from the government is no wise option my brother and my sister, how about the aspect of seeking God's help, He is saying " I will bless the works of thy hands" now if you don't work or make an ends meet, how and what will He bless you with.
My brothers and sister's wake up manner don't longer falls from heaven, you have to go get the manner yourself, they are lying waiting for you. Start something doing no matter how small it is, when you set your priorities right, endure the pain now and reap the gain tomorrow, you can even accumulate a wealth that somebody earning well who is not financially discipline cannot, the difference is Time.
The country that never seizes to amaze me is China, they got busy, filling up most production aspect and even now sports, what a great and amazing country, there population became a blessing to them. And one more thing, there is one thing making the money and there is another thing also, controlling it's flow, i will treat more about money flow, in the next post know It, it is the toughest and hard principle to follow "Time na Money 2" So my people Time na Money ooo.....

A CRY FOR BLESSED CONTINENT (AFRICA)

Africa the land so richly blessed
With human resources and nature.
But with all this blessings, the people of Africa experience great
torment and sufferings, this made Africa a survival of the fittest continent.
The problem with Africa is not corruption, knowledge, education, resources, stealing, power, money, faith, love, ideas, labour. I tell you non of this is the cause of Africa's present predicaments, their is a major factor eating up Africa everyday. It has gone out of control that the outside world have discovered and capitalized on this factor to ruin Africa more. Take for example the first time western people came to Lagos, it was material things like sugar, mirror, guns etc to offered to the leaders of then that made them give out our men and women out for slavery.
Take away greed from Africa then our darling continent would be a better place for us all. Greed is the reason and cause of the problem Africa is facing today, it is greed that will make a man confiscate funds meant for several individuals to his or herself.
Tell me how a man would serve a nation through out his or her life time, get retired, now to get the reward for retirement is a problem. This is due to somebody or a group of people diverting this funds meant for the senior citizens themselves. This is greed at the highest level, check all corrupt acts they are all as a result of greed and self seeking .
Many are not born with greed , but the situation and conditions here in Africa has changed their mind set and belief. Most people no longer do things for the love of It, but they do it for the love of money, patriotism is forgotten tale. It is only we African's that will make Africa better again .

The of pursuit happiness
In today's world most people are now consumed with the passion of chasing the good things of life at the detriment of their soul. They go at any length to get rich not minding if heads would roll, or whose foot they are stepping on, anyone who stands on their way is crushed, because the prince of this world has blinded their eyes and heart to see or accept the truth. They made the word of God invalid and out dated, hereby neglecting the promise made by the most high God to His Children. Remember He said in Matt 6:33 " seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all other things shall be added onto you", note He did'nt say some but all other things ur heart desires shall be added onto you. This scripture has been my watch word and guard, so i won't fall prey of the enemies deceit and fallacies. What joy would a man derive when he gains all the world and has no assurance of eternity, it's a life of waste.
Truly, a man can be wealthy, rich and comfortable still having Christ and hope for eternity, but the problem is a lot are too impatient to wait for God's promise. At the time of waiting on God, the prince of this world comes with illusions and deceits, (his number one tool) to steal away God's glory from man. Don't because of food sell your honor, pride and glory Gen 25:30-32. Remember Christ in you the hope of glory col 1:27.

The Diamond in the city 2(Talent)
Talent is referred to as money by the Hebrews, we all here many people say somebody is talented, have we really sit down and ask ourselves what really is this talent this, what is my talent, how can i use it to the benefit of man and to the glory of God?
First what is talent ? Talent is the special ability to do something, i can also say it's a raw money, why did i call it a raw money, it's because when you develop your raw talent to extent it can solve problems and at the same time be of beneficial to God and humanity, then it will fetch you money and wealth.
To every man God gave a talent, it comes naturally, but it must be discovered and put to use, it must not lie dormant or fallow, because your heavenly Father will ask you what you did with the talent He gave you. No man is born useless,now here is an example of what i'm saying, i will take Joseph as a study case, Joseph has a talent or gift to interprete dreams, he discovered it when he was still a boy, then he developed it over the years till he landed in the prison, while he was still in the prison, he used his talent to solve the problem of two prisoner, though he never got paid not until about 2years later, when that talent announced him and brought him to where he was.
No man or woman can ever impact a talent inside you, they can only help you discover and develop the talent, just like getting a diamond from the earth, the diamond has to go to a refining process in order to be used, this what teachers and professors dose to you. Look for something you can find yourself do conveniently with ease and without too much stress that when Mr B or C tries same thing, they would find it difficult to do or cannot find himself doing it better than you did it . If you can discover your gift, it will take you far beyond those who does'nt have the talent and are trying to compete with you. The next step is for you to develop it, use it to solve other people problems and it will work as a goldmine for you.
Put more attention and intrest in the area or field you are talented in, finding intrest in it, hereby developing that skill, so it will be good enough for sales or marketable.
Our heavenly Father wants us to be productive with every talent His given us, using it to the benefit of man and to His glory, don't lie there fallow, do something my brother and my sisters. Their is never a man born without one or two talents, all you just have to do is to discover it and work on it. Talent without training turns to trash, so make your talent useable and commerciable to the public.

A trip to the psychiatric hospital

A pilot was flying a group
of mad people
He was flying them to a psychiatric hospital, so the mad people on board started making a lot of noise in the plane.
The noise was so intensed that it got to were the pilot was.
All of a sudden one of the mad men
came to meet the pilot saying
" I want you to teach me how to fly a plane"
Then the pilot was exasperated and surprised at the man's request. So he replied saying " really, ok i will teach you, but first go tell your colleagues to be quiet.
So immediately he left the pilot,
10mins later he came back to meet the pilot , now the plane is quiet.
So the pilot asked the mad man "how did you do that ?"
So he replied " i just pushed them all outside to play".

our thoughts and intent are as wide as the ocean view, creativity has no bound or limitations. You re free to express yourself.

Use and Disuse
The term use and disuse is a term that applies to all living things:
This term is particularly related with the usage of organs in all living things.
Use: This is when organs are being used frequently, hereby making the organ develop and adapt properly in order to carry out it's function properly. Here is an example of what i'm talking about, let's take a skinny man as a case study. Now this man now decided he wants to be muscular and not skinny again, he started exercising and lifting weight, though at first it will look very difficult for him. Note the more he keeps exercising his muscles the more he becomes muscular. So what's the secret behind this, since the muscles are put into use more often than before, the muscles has to develop and adapt in order for the man to lift the weight and exercise more efficiently, it was difficult for him at first because his body is not used to such. Here is another example : if a man's hand is tied to his back with rope for 6months to 1 year, without him using that hand, i tell you that hand will be rendered useless or dead because of lack of activities.
Same thing goes with our spiritual life, if we don't keep our spiritual man alive by engaging in spiritual activities. The very time this start happening, you will find it difficult to spend special time fellowshiping with God, like studying your bible, meditation and quiet time and your prayer life. All those spiritual activities you do at ease and happily would now become something you find difficult to do. Watch my brothers and sisters, the law of disuse knocking at your door to strangle your spiritual life, get up and up stair up yourself in the most holy faith. Jesus is still there for you and always will be there.
Even the bible admonished us to renew our mind, the moment we stop seeing or regarding spiritual significance it wares out and we are then left at the mercy of God.
"And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." (Romans 12:2-2). Wishing you a happy sunday, God bless you.

Mr Ade
A company has a problem with a certain device they owned, so they call on their technician to attend to it , but he could'nt fix the problem. So the company called on other technicians to attend to the same issue, they also could'nt fix the problem, finally they called on Mr Ade. Mr Ade came into company, went straight to the device, brought a hammer from his brief case and hit the device with the hammer. The officials representing the company was shocked at this, opening their mouth in amazement and disgust at Mr Ade's action. Finally in less than 5mins the device started working perfectly, all present at the scene started applauding Mr Ade for a job well done. After the company has certified the good working condition of the device, Mr Ade brought out his bill and he handed it over to the company. Lo and behold the bill was amazingly high and outrageous, so they asked Mr Ade why is the bill so high, knowing that it was just an hammer used in carrying out the repair. Then Mr Ade stated :

My Knowledge fee: 6000
For hitting with hammer: 4000.

So they finally paid Mr Ade for the service he rendered.
I want you to kindly state the major lesson you have learnt from this story.

One faithful day, a rat was running around a certain neighborhood, trying to find her daily bread, then suddenly the rat saw a boy opening a door to a living home, and rat said to herself " wow this is a great opportunity, a free shelter, free food, wow let me rush in". So the rat ran speedily into the humble home of Mr Akpan, the rat went in unnoticed. Immediately the rat got, a river of satisfaction and joy went through her, wagging her tail from left to right, so she headed straight to the kitchen sensing the family have just finished dinner, thinking there will be left overs, but to the greatest shock of the rat, all the dishes, were all clean, if not for some oil stains on It, you will think they are all washed dishes, so she searched all the rooms in the house, even the fridge but no food . The rat said to herself "what kind of a poor and hungry family is this that i can't even find a droplet of food to eat anywhere in the house" so the rat felt so bad mixed with hunger went on searching everywhere in the kitchen and in the rooms trying to find food but to no avail. The rat said herself, "well tomorrow is another day" and rat slept with an empty stomach. So the next day samething happened and it went on over seven days, the rat has been going on without food for over good seven days.
Now the rat drew a conclusion that she has to escape out of the house before she dies of starvation, each time they open the door before the rat will run out, the door will be closed back, the rat felt really bad with a great urge to leave the house said "now i'm trapped with no food and water, what kind of a life is this". This went on for thirteen days, but the fourteenth day, the rat now saw the door widely open, "she said thank God" and she ran with a great speed and determination, as she was trying to escape, here comes Akpan with a stick in his hand trying to hit the rat. But the rat screamed aloud , " Akpan you are a very wicked man , i'm in your house now for over two weeks now, hoping i will find food and shelter, but to my surprise no food, i have'nt gotten anything to eat for over two good weeks now, so i decided to leave your house but each time i try to leave, the door is shot at me, but today i found out that i have got an opportunity to escape, now you came to hit me with a stick, why Akpan ! pls let me go ! Akpan felt bad and pity for the poor rat, so he released the rat to go, and the rat fled .
But just as the rat was trying to come out of the house, another rat was trying to come in, so the rat coming out stopped the one trying to come in saying "don't ever try to come into this house, except you want to commit a suicide" .

The Diamond in the City (1)

In most cities we live in today, there is this an amazing blessing, a diamond most people don't recognise, and it is present in every working city, it is The population.
In the city where i live Lagos Nigeria, the estimated figure of the population is about 15 000 000 people living in Lagos. These people labours daily for their daily survival, these same people have enormous needs and wants they will need each day for their survival, identify a problem (needs and wants), then strategies a plan to solve them. Now this is how the population can be a blessing to you, large population calls for a larger production...
These is a practical example, observe and learn carefully. Now among this 15 000 000 people, it is very necessary that at least an average person will spend 500naira ($5) for food in a day, now let's multiply $5 multiplied by 15 000 000 people the answer is $75 000 000.
That is averagely $75 000 000 goes out for food in that city everyday, share among those who solved the problem "hunger", this same population will want to move from one place to the other (transportation), wear clothes and shoes, own or rent a shelter etc this calls for another spending again, no matter how poor a man can be he or she would at least buy something, now who will tell me there is no money, if $75 000 000 goes only to food everyday to those people who are ready to serve i.e provide the solution to hunger, by providing food to these population.
Population is a blessing to every nation only if they recognise these fact, now apart from food and transportation, there also so many necessities, wants and needs that these population will need everyday for daily survival. Have you thought about providing clean and portable water, shelter, clothings, transportation, education, entertainment, travels and tour, medications, house and properties etc. The question is which of these areas mentioned above do you find yourself in (i'm also talking to myself), stop chasing shadows, get committed in serving God and humanity.
There are vast services you can render to these people out there, hereby getting yourself paid and therefore smiling to the bank, stop this vague thinking "if only we have lesser people the resources will just be enough for us all".
I always use China, and the United states of America as a perfect example, (though India is getting a glimpse of it) these nations recognised that population is a blessing and a gold mine, so they took proper advantage of It, most especially the Chinese, i wish one day my darling country Nigeria would rise up to these cautioness .
When we have this relentless and vast opportunities, then why do some people steal, in all of these services it is stealing they choose to take part in, that's not a service but a course. Anything that those not benefits God and man is a course and any man who planning or engaging in corruption is preparing a gateway straight to jail, the bible tells us, stealing and corruption leads to absolute destruction in here on earth and afterwards. If you have been stealing in the past " stop it" "Let him that stole, steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth." (Ephesians 4:28-28) watch out for The Diamond in the city (2).
