Health › Re: Nigerian Doctors To Begin Nationwide Strike June 15 Amid COVID-19 by heykims(m):
Blame ur govt not the doctors
And nobody should talk nonsense about doctors not putting patients first, they should work with empty stomach?
27 billion naira was just approved to renovate the legislators house in Abuja.
Meanwhile hazard allowance for all doctors in Nigeria is a meagre 5000naira.

Maybe a King but any political post like governors, the lawmakers and so on, they are all criminals either directly or indirectly, forget their Pastor or Alhaji titles.

This is a delicate period for Obaseki.
If Oshiomole loses this fight, life continues but if Obaseki loses, this might just6be the end of his political career.
Politics › Re: Edo Primaries: INEC Backs Oshiomhole by heykims(m):
Obaseki knew what he was doing by dishing out Covid-19 figures for Edo. All of a sudden, Edo is number 4 of NCDC Covid-19 table.
But Oshobaba still no go gree.
This is a delicate period for Obaseki.
If Oshiomole loses this fight, life continues but if Obaseki loses, this might just be the end of his political reign.

Jokers
I'd rather donate the money to someone alive and not a celebrity. Celebrities would blow money to ur face when things are rosy and start crying for help after squandering the cash.

Though I don't support godfargerism but I'm with Oshiomole here. That man was almost humiliated, he almost lost the party chairman seat thank God for his doggedness.

100level with one carryover? I thought it would be a repeat. Which school if i may ask?
As an 100 level medical student in Lautech, u must not have an F in any subject, else u get withdrawn outrightly from the department, nothing like resit. U only resit when u fail just a course in the first MBBS.
My advice to op, please inform ur parents, then port to another department.
U can still write UTME and try over again next year.

Health › Re: 241 New COVID-19 Cases, 117 Discharged And 15 Deaths On June 2 - (3916 Tested) by heykims(m): 11:58pm On Jun 02, 2020
Confirmedzombie:
I still maintain that the federal govt should lockdown the country for at least Two months.

The cases keep increasing day by day. I totally condemn the easing of the lockdown and lifting of restrictions.

COVID-19 is real and only a total lockdown of the country will save us.

We are in big trouble and the FG is easing lockdown.

I call on all Nigerians to reject the eading of the lockdown and call for a total lockdown of the country for Two months or more.

May God heal our land.
Oga, locking us up the more won't bring down the figures because the true figures are actually more than what they are releasing but for undertesting, we just thank God most ain't symptomatic. It is only the symptomatic people the NCDC tests which isn't a bad approach anyway, else we would have been counting tens of thousands.

This op don turn NCDC PRO for nairaland.
Buhari don settle matter, so Edo is relaxing its figures.
The guys in charge should understand that human and corona don sabi one another, so let's both of us live peacefully together as we do with other microbes.
Abeg, these guys should release us fully.

Christianity Etc › Re: Reopening: Church Service Must Not Exceed An Hour – FG by heykims(m): 7:54pm On Jun 02, 2020
Proper jum'ah service never lasts more than an hour any, so the message is mainly for churches.
But rather than rolling out this complicated schedule, why not not let these worship centres still remain under lock?
After all, schools never open.
Health › Re: 5k Each For 20 People With Health / Medical Issues by heykims(m): 7:31pm On Jun 02, 2020
This naughty op just created thread since yesterday and didn't show again to fill bank accounts.
Anyway from all stories I've read, I'll advise whoever is trying to help to
1. Disregard all those claiming to have ulcers, malaria and typhoid. They obviously don't really know what's wrong with them if truly they are sick.
And the FTC guy claiming he has to be on vitamins and folic acid to remain well is a hell of a joker.
2. That guy claiming to have health problem after sex with his girlfriend is just likely suffering from somatization disorder, nothing is really wrong with him.
3. Please take serious those claiming to have diabetes and that lady with queried goitre, I could see thyroid function test in the investigation form she posted.
4. Consider those seeking financial help to present in the hospital for their health issues.
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Worst Interview Experience? What Happened? by heykims(m): 6:31pm On Jun 02, 2020
I was a fresh graduate from medical school and it was a written exam for house job, first stage before the oral interview.
Only God knows why on earth I took suya a night before and I was purging. I was very pressed with runny stomach during the exam but was just forcing myself to continue, to make matter worse, the paper5was tough.
I eventually succumbed to that call of nature and quickly took permission and dashed to the toilet.
I returned to the hall to see the exam was over and my script was over. I knew in my mind that I had to forget the job.
That was in Lautech Teaching hospital Ogbomoso.
Thank God it was a blessing in disguise as I eventually did my house job in a Federal medical center.
