born of water means supernatural washing/cleansing/sanctifying of the sinner's soul by the word of GOD, done only by GOD (Matthew 19:24-26, John 1:13),  which is why we are saved by The Word of GOD (The Lord JESUS CHRIST - John 1:1. John 1:14, Revelation 19:13), who is GOD, who is The Fountain of Living Waters, "For my people have committed two evils; they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water." -Jeremiah 2:13 +++  “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” - Acts 4:12 +++   "I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour." - Isaiah 43:11

through the hearing of The holy word of GOD, which is the living word (Hebrews 4:12)

Being cleansed by the holy word of GOD, when GOD applies it in HIS mercy to the heart of a person, thereby giving him or her eternal life is highlighted by these verses of holy Scripture:

"So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." - Romans 10:17

"For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land. The Lord GOD imputes HIS righteousness to those upon whom HE has had mercy and pardoned through The work of The Lord JESUS CHRIST (undeserved salvation), however, if we know the word of GOD and are enabled by GOD, we will want to obey. Speaking humbly, yet firmly, disobedience is rebellion,

humbly, but assertively,  these things are vain, as they/we all do fade,  we should focus on the holy word of GOD & HIS righteousness.

The Lord GOD made Eve for Adam, seeing as there wasn't a "helper" meet or proper for him. No one know's the mind of GOD - "For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God." - 1 Corinthians 2:11

keeping this in mind, do you think however, that GOD intended for Adam to send Eve away or do away with her at his pleasure after The Lord had blessed him with her to be his partner/helper/companion? - "Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the LORD." - Proverbs 18:22. I believe a safe answer would be no. Most important, in comparing Scripture with Scripture, GOD explicitly states in Mal, that HE hates divorce, so there is no ambiguity. Crises entered in this world and into marriage because mankind rebelled against GOD, thus the curse. man caused his problems, not GOD. GOD mercifully comes to our rescue.

The Lord GOD ALMIGHTY created all things -

dinosaurs perished in the great flood of noah's day, approx 7000 years ago, and this world is approx. over 13,000 years old.

There is no such thing as a "pre adamic world", read Genesis chapter 1 and you will see the order in which GOD made all things in six days, just as HE said, praise GOD!

that's a very unfortunate situation, adding more sin/deceit/treachery to it is not the answer though,  i simply advise,

if a person is truly born again, that is, born of GOD (John 3 & Rom 10:17), by HIS mercy and grace alone (not works), then he or she will no longer continue to walk in sin, but, by the faith of our Lord JESUS CHRIST and by The in-dwelling HOLY SPIRIT, will find sin repulsive and is happiest when being obedient to the holy word of GOD. They are clothed with the righteousness of GOD/our Lord JESUS CHRIST and cannot sin in the eyes of GOD, even though, of himself/herself, the un-redeemed physical body is still capable of sin, but with GOD, we are seen as HIS righteousness (which HE imputes to us) and cannot sin.

"Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God." -1 John 3:9

"Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin." - Romans 4:8

you simply ignored everything i stated, by GOD's grace, re: GOD's wonderful SELF sacrifice in the person of our Lord JESUS CHRIST and gospel of salvation, in order to save many undeserving sinners from wrath. i humbly believe that The Lord JESUS CHRIST was emphasizing that we focus on the 1st commandment - "And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment." - Mark 12:30

that is, "He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me." -Matthew 10:37

so, "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." - Matthew 6:33

"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." - Ephesians 2:8-9

"Watch and pray" for the grace of GOD to show her unconditional love. Would she not eventually marvel at your kindness, by GOD's grace & to HIS glory, toward her in return for the "nagging"? Though, we need only look at ourselves in the mirror to determine if we are contributing to said nagging.

If the time seems to drag on to men, it is because we are just that, men - dust and grass that rises and withers away, but for the gift of eternal life which The Lord JESUS CHRIST gives those upon whom HE has mercy, bestowing grace and faith, and The Holy Spirit. The Lord GOD inspired / authored the Holy Bible through HIS prophets - "For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost." - 2 Peter 1:21 (also 2 Timothy 3:16-17),  so, "the time" with The Eternal GOD, and as HE inspired in the men through whom HE penned the holy Scriptures, is near (for us, nearer and nearer and now, imminent).  None of GOD's prophecies fail.  HE is Alpha and Omega (Rev 1:7-

"For he will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth." - Romans 9:28 (i.e. approx 13,000 years of this worlds existence)

"For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night." - Psalm 90:4

GOD's final judgment, HIS sentence passed on this world was passed on May 21, 2011 (like in a court of law),  the execution thereof (following shortly thereafter -like in a court of law), will be accomplished before the end of this year, very mercifully.  i am not joking, neither am i crazy, nor fear mongering, by GOD's grace and mercy alone.  i am merely delivering a serious message, and the good gospel of hope, pursuant to the word of GOD, which is truth.  The Lord JESUS CHRIST's return is imminent, so "watch and pray".

this world is, and has been under the curse of sin since the fall of man. Adam, in whose loins all humanity was, rebelled against GOD (the sin of disobedience is as rebellion is as witchcraft in the eyes of Holy GOD - 1 Samuel 15:23) - "For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now." - Romans 8:22

we are all born in sin and go on sinning -"Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:" -Romans 5:12 and GOD's perfect law declares - "Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die." - Ezekiel 18:4 & “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of GOD;” - Rom 3:23. "See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand." - Deuteronomy 32:39

mankind is inherently wicked, but for the grace and mercy of The Lord JESUS CHRIST, and continues inhumanity to man, greatly increasing sorrow and misery in this world - "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?" - Jeremiah 17:9. "For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:" - Matthew 15:19. "Lo, this only have I found, that God hath made man upright; but they have sought out many inventions." -  Ecclesiastes 7:29

we must bear in mind, with our very finite minds, when considering The infinite, all-powerful, omniscient GOD that "The LORD is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works." - Psalm 145:17

"He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he." - Deuteronomy 32:4

GOD is a good, great GOD who takes no pleasure in wickedness or in the death of the wicked - "For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord GOD: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye." -  Ezekiel 18:32, "For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee." - Psalm 5:4

We have no idea, though some, of the sort of sin against GOD that goes on daily in this world, yet, GOD is patient and long suffering - "But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, long suffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth." - Psalm 86:1.  "But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust." - Matthew 5:44-46

Considering that all human beings and this world have been under the curse of sin, "As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:" - Romans 3:10
"But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away." - Isaiah 64:6

we should thank GOD earnestly, fearing before HIM, that HE offers many, many a way of escape from HIS righteous wrath for sin and death through HIMSELF, in the person of our Lord JESUS CHRIST - "For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of GOD [is] eternal life through JESUS CHRIST our Lord.”  - Rom 6:23 ,  and you see what The Lord JESUS CHRIST (actually, we cannot fully appreciate) had to endure in order to release anyone from the curse / righteous wrath of GOD - "He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed." -Isaiah 53:3-5

'I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels." -Psalm 22:14

So, The Lord GOD, who did not have to save the souls of any, is kind and wonderful beyond our comprehension. 
“The Lord [is] gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, And of great mercy.” - Psalm 145:8 - "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." - Romans 5:8

"Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you." - John 15:13-14

But/and HE is the GOD of justice and must punish sin.
"Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne." - Psalm 97:2

Re: the wicked nations that were practicing wicked works which GOD commanded the nation of Israel not to follow (e.g., idol worship, homosexuality, beastiality, etc), HE drove out / removed, as is HIS sovereign right and good pleasure to do via whatever means that HE decrees.

"Speak not thou in thine heart, after that the LORD thy God hath cast them out from before thee, saying, For my righteousness the LORD hath brought me in to possess this land: but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD doth drive them out from before thee." - Deuteronomy 9:4

This hurricane, in addition to many other recent "natural disasters" (earthquakes, tsunamis, etc) are signs of the Lord JESUS CHRIST's return,  it is imminent. 

"And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;" - Luke 21:25
