lacidi: Lol. When a father does not even know the secondary school his own son attended then there is a problem. The secondary school the dad said his son attended is not even the correct school. Anyway, this is just the new Wify fighting for survival. Nnamdi is a multi millionaire and is not interested in the dads assets. Well, I don't know these people or what transpired but as a Lawyer, I think the man is not telling the whole truth. How could it have been possible for just one child to turn the rest 12 against a "good and responsible" father? How was it possible for his son to oppose his candidacy for the kingship and all the people aligned with him, yet this father claim to be responsible? From this story, it's clear that the second wife is a problem to the peace and unity of the family. |

LadyHeaven: This guy said it all, trust me if you go to that company all may not be as your dad envisages, he hopes that the familiarity would boost your chances of moving up the ladder but it may even draw you back and everything you achieve would automatically be seen as Nepotism or Mmamadu as my ppl would say, overfamiliarity breeds contempt you have seen the warning sign early never be afraid to be your own man...All the best I am the CEO of my company but believe me, the moment you override my Manager simply because you know me, you can never work with us. I would rather recommend you to some other organizations. The moment I read that the father called the CEO when he already discussed with the GM, I saw the problem. Serious business owners don't even like employing persons that are closely related, let alone one that is already showing signs of abusing that privilege because of familiarity. I made that mistake in the early years of my company. I employed the younger sister of my friend as the receptionist in one of our branches. My friend would call some days to "inform" me that the lady will be late or won't come at all because of certain emergencies. One day, I asked the branch manager to sack her and get someone else. I referred her to another organization and helped her get a job there. Immediately all the stupidity stopped. |

You seem to have undermined the authority of the GM and the CEO has actually changed his mind from giving you the job. The salary slash was intended to discourage you indirectly.
I think the CEO feels the familiarity will affect the relationship negatively. |

purplejuli: The SUG President of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka and some others identified as cult members on Monday night were said to have invaded the school premises and beat up some university security staff.
This happened late in the night on Monday February 26, 2018.
The SUG President was said to have led some students to demand that the security authorities should stop locking up the school gates at night.
They were said to have approached the security because most of the students living off campus cannot come into the school to study at night.
So in the cause of the argument, the students being in higher number started beating up the security men on duty when they refused see reason for the gate to be opened at night.
One of the victims of the attack, Mr. Nosike of the security unit, is presently receiving treatment at the school medical centre.
There is no official reaction yet from the school authorities on the attack by the SUG President and students on the university security staff.

sinkhole: Even as a layman, I can't see anything against the referee! The police should have been looking for those who wanted to kill him(referee) by setting fire on his refuge and forcing him to commit murder. There are no straight ways to any criminal litigation. Everything is dependent on preponderance of evidence. In this case, there are many factors to establish. You must establish that an unwilling person can be "forced to kill" another human being. Was it impossible for him explore alternatives or there were none? What could have been the consequence of not killing the player? You must explain why that particular person was chosen for the homicide. Then the law will evaluate his actions immediately after the homicide. Was he arrested or he submitted himself? Then we can now look at the autopsy result. |

You had better stop the forgery. If they got a fictitious receipt, signing it shouldn't be difficult for them. Why involve you in the signing when one of them can easily change his/her signature and it's done.
I may not be surprised to discover that they are setting you up for a serious blackmail. |

Victorakats: A lot of theories may suffice about his death.
1. It could be a case of a snake bite or poisonous animal
2. It could be that of shock/fear and ultimately stress emanating from the reaction to the what he saw.
3. It could also be as a result of pre-existing health condition showing up at odd place.
4. It could also be an external attack from a stranger leaving him defenceless.
But then, living is a huge risk... It takes grace to fight life's battles.
Pray that God will comfort his family for this painful loss. But seriously thinking, what can these people do when faced with a dangerous snake up there? |
