Is this not a case of psychosis for some to claim that

"We are in this world, but some of us are not of this world. We operate from a heavenly kingdom."
Same is the case that if you do not pay your tithe GOD will not.......

That because he pays his tithe regularly he is so rich ........?

Stealing by method.

For sure we need psychopathologist to handle some people. They are no longer in this world. They may be suffering from psychosis. Even the Bible they claimed to be the voice  of their own God made it clear
Typewriter:
well this how to tithe

Deut 14:26 (NAS) "And you may spend the money for whatever your heart desires, for oxen, or sheep, or wine, or strong drink, or whatever your heart desires; and there you shall eat in the presence of the Lord your God and rejoice, you and your household."

money is not the only thing to tithe with as Pastors now make us believe mumu go fall mugu
me I know my way
psychosis is the loss of contact with reality: a psychiatric disorder such as schizophrenia or mania that is marked by delusions, hallucinations, incoherence, and distorted perceptions of reality, Only psychologist can explain better.

Tax is good and better than tithe for the public can benefit , they also have a say in case of mis-management.

Today most founders of churches have their wife and children as Director in the registration instrument. is like we are just paying them salary from the little left for us. Double taxation.

HND graduates can now rise above Level 14 as President Olusegun Obasanjo approved a new policy which reversed the existing policy that restricts holders of the Higher National Diploma (HND) from rising above Level 14 in the civil service.

The new policy brings to an end the bitter dichotomy that has pitched HND graduates against their more favoured graduates from the universities and made the HND subjects of discriminations in promotion and job prospects.

President Obasanjo, at a meeting with members of the House of Representatives Committeee on Education and Minister of Education, Mrs. Chinwe Obaji, directed his Chief of Staff (Maj Gen Mohammed Abdullahi) and Head of Service (Alhaji Yayale Ahmed) to immediately prepare a position paper reflecting the new position so that the Executive can put it into effect.

Chairman of the House Committee, Alhaji Ahmad Lawan later told journalists after the meeting that Obasanjo accepted to end the discrimination of HND holders because he was convinced that they could also be more useful to the nation without the Level 14 restriction placed on them.

According to him, "so many HND holders have contributed or are contributing very meaningfully to the development of Nigeria but the discrimination that is put on them that if you reach Level 14, you cannot go any further than that, places some kind of disadvantage not only the holders but on the country as well. Because these people ordinarily should have much more contributed to our development and we feel that the federal government should review this policy and the President accepted. In fact, he said that a position will be presented and he asked the Chief of Staff to look into that issue and to handle the documents that are needed in conjunction with the Head of Service."

NIGERIAN HND HOLDERS TODAY

Nigerian firms demand skilled workers, Nigeria needs skilled manual workers as never before. Some young Nigerians refuse to become bricklayers, Fiona Ledger a BBC reporter in Lagos saw it all, he knew that Communications, electricity and power are crying out for upgrading and better maintenance.
But the idea of a vocational education is looked down upon by many young people just because of discriminations against these group of professionals which was dedicated to putting young Nigerians through vocational courses and preparing them for jobs in the office and on the building site. Today polytechnic and Technical graduates feel discriminated against, the Higher National Diploma (HND), will not be enough if they are to compete effectively in the market place for jobs.

The polytechnic created was a Middle-level disaster no wonder parent do not want their children in there "Parents will come and tell you they just want their children to be there for one year because they missed university admission for that year and don't want their children sitting around at home." Says a Rector of a Polytechnic.

In the public service despite all efforts to ensure pay parity and equal recognition to HND and B.sc graduates, the situation still remains the same.
For instance HND holders are employed on GL 07 (except HND in Engineering with the entry point of 08) the limit to an HND accountancy holder in the bursary or accounts department of an organization is level 13. Whereas a University degree can rise far above that, the Grade Level bar placed on the HND holders who are Civil Servants needs urgent attention.
The division of labour was not to make one cadre superior to the other but discrimination in labor market continues, can this be justified?
It is bad.
Many holders of HND today took Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB) exams. Some in fact have eight credits at a single sitting but resorted to the Polytechnic for known reasons, besides each HND program is a five years program at the polytechnic against the 4 years of the University which is now preferred and promoted above level 14 bar placed on the HND.
The bar was removed on papers only yesterday by Chief Obasanjo.

HND graduates can now rise above Level 14
From: Madu Onuorah

President Olusegun Obasanjo yesterday approved a new policy which reversed the existing policy that restricts holders of the Higher National Diploma (HND) from rising above Level 14 in the civil service.

The President also called for enhanced support by all Nigerians for the post-JAMB screening by the universities as a way of enhancing the standard of education.

The committee, Lawan stated, also urged the President to fight examination malpractices in the education sector in the same manner he is tackling widespread corruption in the country as it was the root issue at the dispute surrounding the post-UME screening exercise in tertiary institutions.

He suggested that that high profile individuals involved in examination malpractices be prosecuted and convicted in line with the 1999 Examination Malpractices Act, in order to send the right signals. "We feel that if we have high profile persons tried, jailed, or fired the incidences of will reduce or become very minimal."

In line with this, President Obasanjo called for greater support for the post UME admission screening policy as it would help reduce rampant cases of examination malpractices which he attributed to wrong perception of the aim of education.

This was in contrast to the position of the lawmakers who want the screening stopped and have invited the Attorney General and Minister Justice, Chief Bayo Ojo to explain to them the legality of the exercise.

The President said of the perpetrators of examination malpractice: "they see education as a means of meal ticket, getting a job and so must acquire the paper qualification by hook or crook. We must change that perception or orientation so that they will appreciate the intrinsic value of education which is the total development of the individual to be able to make meaningful contribution to the family, community and nation."

The President also approved a 100 per cent increase in the funds earmarked for the monitoring of the implementation of the Universal Basic Education (UBE) programme. The amount was increased from two per cent to four per cent of UBE funds.

Christianity EtcRe: Is There Life After Death? by Hndholder(op): 11:08am On Jan 03, 2006
From STEPHEN LAMPE's Book "The Christian and Reincarnation  claimed to have drawn his knowledge from     "In the Light of Truth: The Grail Message" by Abd-ru-shin said in

[b]CHAPTER 9
BIBLE ACCOUNTS THAT SUGGEST REINCARNATION

What is of great relevance to reincarnation is a statement provided by Matthew in the account of this incident:

And if you are willing to accept it, he is Elijah who is to come. He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. (Matthew 11:14-15).

And if you are willing to understand what I, mean, he is Elijah, the one the prophets said would come. And if ever you were willing to listen, listen now! (Matthew 11:14-15, The Living New Testament).

Here in a clear language, the writer of Matthew says that John the Baptist is the reincarnation of Elijah. As we have already discussed, the Jewish people were expecting Elijah to reincarnate "before the coming of the great and terrible day of the Lord." It is clear from his Gospel that Matthew firmly believed that the time of Jesus Christ was the "great and terrible day of the Lord." For this reason he could state, without any hesitation, that John the Baptist was the reincarnation of Elijah.

Please note that John the Baptist was conceived and born as a baby by Elizabeth, the wife of Zechariah. He did not appear on the scene as an adult, as would be expected if a mere return of the physical body of Elijah was what happened.

By this statement, the author of the Gospel according to Matthew makes two points: first, reincarnation is a fact; second, Elijah reincarnated as John the Baptist.

But they also remembered the teaching of the Scribes (presumably based on the prophecy recorded in Malachi 4:5) that Elijah must come before the Messiah. Hence, they, sought clarification from Jesus. They asked "Why do the scribes say that first Elijah must come?" In answer, Jesus is reported to have said:

But I tell you that Elijah has already come, and they did not know him, but did to him whatever they pleased (Matthew 17:12).

But I tell you that Elijah has come, and they did to him whatever they pleased, as it is written of him (Mark 9:13).

The two statements are substantially the same. And they show Jesus as confirming the truth of the prophecy

that Elijah would reincarnate, and stating that Elijah had, in fact, already reincarnated. But Jesus does not reveal the identity of the reincarnated Elijah.

Matthew goes on to add a statement that is not in Mark: 'Then the disciples understood that he was speaking to them of John the Baptist" (Matthew 17:13). This is a repetition of the view of the author of this Gospel that John the Baptist was a reincarnation of Elijah (Matthew 11: 14 15). Matthew gives the impression here that this view was also held by the three disciples - Peter, James, and John - who were in the company of Jesus on the occasion of the Transfiguration.

Is it  right to think that he speak of the Life after this life?
