I also captured on 19th November at Alausa.

64 pages with 10 years duration.

Is yours a renewal or fresh application and how many page?

Also did you receive SMS for pick up?

I got mine yesterday 20th of December, 2021 less than 4 weeks after biometric capture, 16th November, 2021. Strictly DIY!

My Advice
Stop patronizing touts to expedite the process of passport application. Start your application on time either fresh or renewal. Most of the information posted on this thread about non availability of booklet is false, especially at Alausa NIS office. The officers will approach you with offer to help, but do not patronize them. Stop indulging them. Stand your ground!

Have you checked your passport application status using Application Id and Reference No on: https://portal.immigration.gov.ng/passport/passportPaymentStatus ?

I have observed on this thread of some people application status showing "expired" is
often ready for collection

My is showing "approved"

Also did you apply for 34 or 64 pages?

I did 10 years 64 pages at Alausa. Captured on Nov. 19.

I opted for this 64 pages with the 10 years duration because
i read on this thread where some people claim they got it
within 1 and 2 weeks as the booklet is always available

Though i have Jan. 24, 2022 as collection day on my capturing slip
but i was thinking it will ready at most in 3 week based on the claims
here but it is not happening as i went there on the Dec 10th to try
my luck.

I asked an officer if it is likely to be available before Jan. 24th the
due date and his response was that NOT likely because
the 64 pages booklet is not available (not sounding good because
i squeezed over 72,000 naira the official price from my bank account
hoping to get it fast) .

My submission is contrary to the claims that 64 page (both 5 and 10
years booklets) are readily available and that you if you apply
for them you will get your passport in 1 or 3 weeks after capturing
are NOT true.

Anyone here who did 64pages passport in Alausa office? My husband captured on the 12th of October yet his passport is still not ready. My agent keeps saying no booklet.

I used international passport. Maybe try international passport. There should be an extra fee for express ID or so. Fiverr don cast jare. Plenty rules.

I really appreciate your response and concern.

Yes I have gotten someone with iPhone and did what you advised still without any success.

I think the problem is with the driver licence. It has this tiny triangle on my face which is making Fiverr verification algorithm rejecting it. The driver licence was poorly done by the road safety corp.

I have spent over 200,000 naira on this issue and the account still remains restricted.

What ID did you use to verify please?

For date of birth (DOB), just go to court to do age declaration affidavit while residential letter from the local government you are currently residing will suffice for local government/state of origin document.

These were the documents i used in my own case.

Just get a great clear ID document handy (preferably international passport)
with a great smartphone with good camera ( at least with 16 megapixel rear camera, 2000 pixels and f1.8 sensor)

No, I am using a Nigeria account.

The driver license ID is poorly done by FRSC, i mean not sharp enough (i just did a week ago o) and the camera spec i am using seems to be low (Samsung Galaxy A12)

The painful part is the account has been temporarily restricted for 2 month now and i am losing huge amount of money as i do get constant orders with the account.

All the Fiverr customer supports guide is not helping at all.

Anyway i am preparing to get a new ID

How do you intend to verify it.

I am asking because i have done everything in the book to verify including following the tips from numerous Fiverr customer
support correspondences.

I think the problem is with the drivers license ID that i am using and phone camera.

Your profile (picture, profile and gig descriptions e.t.c) is great.

As per getting orders, let me share my humble divine revelation (yes it is divine) and experience.

I have been into online marketing space for 18 years and i have knew about Fiverr since 2011 but never took it serious.
Because then the maximum amount you can charge was $5 per gig.

In 2016 i opened an account and was rendering some services here and there (jumping from one niche to others, mainly in competitive categories).

Early in 2020 i had a divine urge to create a service in local SEO category that nobody is rendering.

One mind was telling me not to create it since nobody is rendering the service and no DIRECT keywords are being search about it.

Thank God i took the step and BOOM it was then i know Fiverr is more than oil company.

You know a kind of breakthrough one begin to experience that make family members and friends to "say no wonder you 've been on this online business for all these years"

So the take home point is one, don't be discourage because people are making a whole lot of money on Fiverr.

You just need to pray and think outside the box.

Find a niche within your niche or any niche that not many sellers are offering gigs but somehow you know buyers will be interested.

In my own case, many sellers in my niche are focusing on "google map citations, GMB optimization and directory listing" but i created a gig that no one was selling but the buyers in the niche are in need of.

Fiverr after about 2 weeks ranked me on first page for related and competitive keywords in my niche that i did not even optimize my gig for.

It was then i knew that Fiverr algorithm understand that a buyer who is interested in this service will also be interested in this other service.

PS: Though i am currently having ID verification challenge with the account now. I have spent over N120,000 on the verification issue without success.

Nothing happen ti it . The verification is automated and their system is rejecting it.

The verification must be completed on mobile phone.

After taking the picture of the ID , selfie, and uploading it.

If the disable notification banner is still showing as in my case, then it mean the verification is not successful

The challenge is about ID verification. I tried several time to verify using my
old national ID card which I first used to verified the account in 2018 all
to no avail until the account is restricted

The email simply say I can still verify but I must use permanent national ID card,
obviously the new one but I only have the NIN slip, international passport, driving
license or voter card.

Unfortunately I only have old national ID cared and the NIN slip. I even converted the NIN
slip to improved plastic card still not accepted.

As it stand now I will have to wait for 2 month after which I would have got either
passport or driving license to get the account unrestricted .

Lesson learnt.

People should just have any of the IDs at hand in case Fiverr came calling. Especially
if one is getting consistent and returning buyers

Well my Fiverr account is finally temporarily disabled.

Losing thousands in potential income right now as new and old customers can't place order and message me.

I will have to wait for 2 month to get either international passport or driving license..

Guys ensure you have one or two government issue Identification (especially if you have become power seller with hundred of reviews ) documents in case Fiverr demand verification.

Though I never thought Fiverr will request of for another round of verification as I have done one in 2018.
