I live in Germany and I have vast experience with their legal and immigration law. PLEASE DONT BLAME THE GERMAN GOVERNMENT. ASK YOURSELF THE FOLLOWING QUESTION: 1)Where is the father of the children? (80% chances that the fathers are still in Europe). Alot of Nigerian women prefer single mother lifestyle here, to get single mother benefit (alleinerziehende Mütter geld ) thats why you would see one woman, 4 kids from different father....after having the number of kids they want, they call POLICE on the man and chase him out...even if the man is Jesus christ performing his fatherly role, they would still chase him out.....for them...children is meal ticket to get money from government. In fact some women would pack their kids from ITALY and to Germany just to get children benefit(kindergeld) and single mother money without or with the fathers consent........IT IS ALL ABOUT FREE MONEY FOR THEM.....Go to ticktock or ask people in Europe. 2)The woman, has she ever worked or pay tax in Germany? (75% of Nigerian single mothers in Germany have never worked, they only milked the system). Go to ticktok and see how lousy and dramatic Nigerian women are...they talk and proud about being single mothers and cashing out. German government pays around 200 euros on each child and pay their mothers averagely 650 euros....so this woman is collecting 800+650=1450 euro monthly...do the maths..averagely 15,000 euros yearly...if you add accommodation and insurance and education cost, it would be upto 30k euros yearly....multiply by 10 years...around 300k euros...........AND SHE HAS NEVER PAID 1KOBO as TAX into the system (BLAME THE MOTHER, NOT GERMAN GOVERNMENT). 3) Are there legal remedy for long asylum seekers in Germany? Many....I dont support illegal migration, but there is several legal ways to regularize your stay in Germany.....During those process, YOU CAN NEVER BE DEPORTED..for example during your ausbildung, or university study( https://dejure.org/gesetze/AufenthG/25b.html) and ( https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/aufenthg_2004/__19d.html) etc....the problem is you need to work to get a stay in Germany.....so you can pay tax or your husband pay it....NO COUNTRY WANT LIABILITY IMMIGRANT. The mother is the causes of the problem, I only pitied those innocent children. |

I live in Germany and we have many lazy guys here who are into fraud....but the issue is most of them end up in prison here. One bro in Essen just came out from 5 months prison sentence. I know of another guy under 25 who collected 60k euros, flew to Nigeria and waste all the money....immediately he came back to Germany he was arrested and serve 1 year imprisonment. In western world, once you have been convicted of financial crime, forget it...you cant do much in life....because your record would always be there. Most of the yahoo boys here cant work, they have several baby mama, owing child support and are into drugs. Even if they make the money, spending or flaunting it here is difficult because all eyes are on you...and you cannot use Mercedes benz or iphone to oppress anyone...even a cleaner here can afford Iphone and MB is used for taxi...so its not a big....and no peace of mind. Honestly, legit pays in western world. Learn a skill, get a job and look for good partner and ball harder.....within 6 months you can do some courses that would give you atleast 3k euro monthly and cost of living here is cheap. So if anyone decided to do fraud here, they know what they sign up for and deserve no mercy.

If you are illegal or low income earner with no potentials, over 45+ ..take the 40k and go back home.
I love in Germany and save more than 2k monthly as a tech guy, 40k is too small for me cos I can save it less than 2 years here. Although I plan to switch to Finance and make more money....but 40k is too small for an established person here.
So it depends on your status here. |

donfortune48: Apart from Nov/Dec, there have never been a time drivers were grossing over 200k a week. But there were times drivers were remitting 40k a week on e-hailing.
This year seem to be the highest earnings year on Uber/bolt. And this year is also the yr with least rental fee for partners. (covid period exclusive).
Even Jesusson that was an ant driver here 2yrs ago never made 100k net a week and he was on rental 35k/week. He never made over 20k net per day, yet he was paying 35k/week rent judiciously.
He narrated his earnings here that time. He pays car owner 5k/day and saves 3k/day for himself.
Mind you, a toks corolla was less than 1.5m that time and car parts were far cheaper then to compare with now.
So I really don't know why the hate over car owners now and the inconsiderate attack we're metting on them now.
This is what I wanted to confirm from veteran Gazzuzz. But seems he doesn't want to get involved.
Below is some of Jesusson's posts 2yrs ago. And he was the president of Ants drivers association. Felicity and other greedy, entitled driver come and comment on this. Two years ago he was paying 35k conveniently to owners. Unlike arrogant, lazy and greedy drivers here. |

But people will say why am doing 25k rental.... Everyone can't source for their cars they way I do..i do believe partners will have to find to strategize for their own benefits.......
For new investors coming in 30k to 35k is very ok.. Make sure you handle all ur repairs and the car is 100% in good shape........ How much do you clear cars in Nigeria? Thinking of shipping a ride to Naij. Thanks |

dru23: But it is not easy at all .... Having good drivers plays a major part.. So this is why my rental is 25k ... Am not saying that my method will work for EVERYONE...... With your 25k weekly in tokunbo cars, they will still insult you...Good driver or not 25k weekly is Not a recommendable business model. Kindly increase your weekly charges. |

Take a uber job and see how far it is. To your quesrion, yes I can drive and I am also a Stakeholder in the industry. If you cannot drive it for 40k others will do it. Its dru that spoil people like u...25k weekly for a 2.5m car. @dru23: how many years does it take you to break-even on a car with 25k? |
Business › Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by hopefullight: 11:20am On Jul 18, 2021 |
XGhost: Actually the reason it's a debate is because its a partnership and NOT employment. In the other analogy the workers are employees, in e-hailing the driver is not, same way car owner does not work for the e-hailing company. The agreement is supposed to guarantee income for the landlord, unlike in the employer employee scenario where income is not guaranteed. The reason you must negotiate terms is because all parties in the e-hailing chain feed off one another With weekly remittance of 40k, I dont see how the income is threaten because a driver make these within 2 days conveniently. Only selfishness and entitlement mentality of drivers is the reason why someone will be suggesting 25k weekly for a tokunbo car. |
Business › Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by hopefullight: 11:08am On Jul 18, 2021 |
Oluwabengz: Lol...even the owner sef is married. So married man don cancel. Married man be that. driver and owner both get bills to pay.
Generally, i still think 30k weekly rental is fair. 30k weekly transcends to 120k monthly. So it will take owner averagely 2 years to recover for an average corolla cost( lets say 2.4m) While the drivers can make the same 2.4m within a year if he keep 70k to himself weekly( net 100k, 30k for owners, 70k for drivers).. this is a very dickes and selfish business model. Yet owners of the car will spend on repairs and damage, pay insurance telc while the drivers flex and pay nothing on repairs. ANY OWNER/PARTNER COLLECTING LESS THAN 40K IS A slowpoke. EXPECIALLY ON TOKUNBO CARS. |

kanuisagoat: Does this also apply to regular businesses? I mean, if I open a shawarma spot and employ marketers, bike riders, and someone who makes the shawarma. Do they deserve to earn more than me who invested my money since they do all the work and bear all the risk. God bless you with these analogy. It is only on uber business they are debating while drivers should earn more than the Partners. 40k or nothing should be the Standard with the rate at which car part and repairs is increasing. |

Pearl1910: Are u kidding me right now. So a full human being should drive under the rain and in the sun and pack all d money and come and give u abi. With your write up, its obvious you are a driver and you want to Remain a driver for the rest of your life paying Partners 25k weekly. You are talking as if the car owner contribute nothing to the business. Let even assume the business generate 80k net income every week( "assumption) is 25k payment Not shameful and heartless to you? With the Dashboard we are All seeing( thanks to dru, weekly remittance must be 40k expecially for corolla and other tokunbo Brands. @DonnyE, do you have a car Doing uber? donfortune48: My brother follow me ask oh!
Someone will gross 200k a week with 30k fuel. Remove Bolts 40k commission and it will be remaining 130k. Driver will now pay car owner 25k and pocket 105k for himself.
And na car owner go still fix motor if E spoil from that 25k oh!
Wicked Ants. Honestly its insultive for owners to be paid 25k weekly with a car of 2m upward. I am Not surprised drivers here are Not commenting on this topic. I am interested in sending a car with Öl and tire to Nigeria for uber , but seeing drivers making above 150k weekly then asking owners to accept 25k( 50 euro) weekly is repugnant. |

David8083: I have been a silent follower of this forum years ago. Please I do not need a general opinion about my request, to whom it may concern or someone with similar experience on this platform is the opinion that I seek. I have a ban from Lithuania migration about 3 years ago, 2018, that expire this month. the reason for the ban wasn't stated at first until I appeal with a lawyer over there due to language is. First of all, I studied in that country for 3 years and I do not have any criminal record, my order started when I left Lithuania for England on my third visit to England to get married here. The UK gave me and my then spouse 3 months to wait for an interview, during that period, my 6 months renew visa expired while waiting, anyway, they declined our marriage and ask me to go back to my home country to conduct the marriage. My lawyer in the UK put in an application for me to stay, it was on waiting, I am asked to visit the home office once every month. to cut the story short, I see no reason waiting in the UK, I opt out, ask the lawyer to cancel my HR application, I told them I want to leave voluntarily. i was sent a document to sign and I bought a ticket and I leave, all of this happens 3 months overstay my visa. Since I have the option to go back to Lithuania where I study, that was what influence my decision. by then my Lithuania residence expired in the UK. i got to Nigeria to reapply to Lithuania through my university, got the necessary document, went to Lithuania nearest embassy in South Africa. The VO was unwelcome and kind of racist( i concluded that due to a number of Nigerians that got denied or ban through him). I was denied a visa even though I submitted both my passport to show travel history and also to show him I have been in Lithuania for 3 years. to cut the story short. i got a letter that I am ban, reason? I was rude or violent to the VO and that I was previously deported from UK. the deport is a lie, also I was never rude to him. Anyway, I gain admission to Finland for my Master program now and I planned to visit an embassy in the coming month. Ban just expired, is it too soon to apply for a study visa? I know I will be open and honest if asked questions about my prohibition, in fact, I plan to write a separate letter detailing all that truly happen and the letter that I requested from the UK about voluntarily leaving...is this advisable to do or am I rushing too much on detailed if not asked?? I am an honest person and never had a criminal record all my life, I need someone with similar experience who has been ban from the schenghen and after the ban expired, reapply to another member state and got a visa. There was a lady in Germany that got ban from same Lithuania during the same period, she was even a first-time applicant and the guy concluded that she is going to do runs and human trafficking, she was ban 3 years didn't even appeal, she applied to Germany and was granted. I have been looking for her contact to hear truly from her but I couldn't get it. Anyway, I need advice on this, applying for a visa to Finland soon for a masters degree program, i need someone with such experience or something closer. I sent you pm...check your email. |
