@bolded, your school will clearly state out which type of document is required of you.
Some ask for plain photocopies, most require that you certify the documents, some do not need offline applications. Just upload the documents on their portal. So if your school didn't ask for certified docs, then you're okay.

As for FAU, you'll need to certify. I applied there

[God bless you bro........danke]

[quote author=chimax1 post=75480486] welcome on board bro.sorry about your denial I can relate to your experience as well. Those Pretoria VOs are something else. Don't worry, you will soon get over it.
Yes you have to certify copies of your credentials. Most schools request for this unless otherwise stated which is mostly for online applications.

Thanks for d info bro......

I just pray it doesn't happen d second time. D case officer was so unfair to me. I gave dem everything and after hoping for a long time. They finally gave me a uppercaut!!!

Hello gurus in the house. Oga justwise i salute u. May God bless your good work sir.
I have benefitted a lot from your travel sections....

Now to the point.

I was greeted this month with an australian student visa denial...am just recovering frm it. I have read frm page 1 of this thread and i gained alot. I applied to a school ruhr university bochum for masters of material and simulation as my first degree is metallurgical and material engineering....but on reading peoples proceeures am confused because i applied without certifying my docs. Does it mean i wont be considered?
because am about applying to FAU to. I want to hurridely get something out before june. So i ask is it compulsory to certify your docs? Cos on d sch website i didnt see dat?
Thank you

[quote author=Stardamsel post=75177780]Maybe you shouldn't give up yet. You can either.

*enquire if the change to distance learning is as a result of visa delay or it has changed for everyone.
If it's cos of visa delay: tell them you will wait for July entry that apart from getting d MSC certificate, the international (first world) experience is crucial for you.

*if d mode of delivery has changed to distance learning for everyone, you can get a refund and apply to another school for July entry. (Write in ur sop to immi, that d international experience is very important for you and your career).

Sincerely, I'm just a novice also waiting for my visa.....you may speak with an expert on how to approach this.

You shall rejoice.

Thanks. I have sent a message to the school informing dem of my visa lodgement..they are yet to give a reply.
My bp is just increasing more by d day.
Yours shall end in praise too.......thank you

[quote author=Stardamsel post=75148203]This is amazing.
There was a signed agreement/offer letter na. So y would they suddenly change the mode of delivery.

So have they notified dipb that the mode of delivery is now cloud?
Would u have to come to school for exams or seminars maybe once a month or so.?

If the above factors are involved then u would have to be in Aussie for d course.

Pls Guru's in the house, your advice is needed.

Thanks for d concern.
1. I still have a copy of d offer letter dey sent to me dec last year. I was suprised to receive another one on jan25.
And no i dnt think d course involved my presence there at all.....so they might have notified dipb.....am thinking of applying for a refund am almost giving up on dis aussie dream.

[quote author=osidec post=74480997]Please house I need a help here, Am in my early forties with a wife and two kids. I work in a private company but the salary is too poor that I even deep my hand on my savings every month to sustain. I don't want to continue bcus I will go broke in a short time.
I want to know how possible I can migrate to Australia, though am not a graduate.,am an OND holder.
What options do I hv and the amount involve to do so. Am ready to further my education if possibly over there and I may leave my family behind if they will be an obstacle.
I need advice on the process and how to go about it.

I want to advice u based on my thought and findings.
From your age, your chances are slim...so u need to work really hard by first looking for a university and study a course that will lead to PR. check sol list australia( i have assumed u ve written pte or ielts and have about 5m or more for everything...plus a sponsorship account let say 15-16m ). With that being said.....all u need to do is to write a strong sop...let d reason why u want a degree be strong.....if u can do that i think there wont be a problem

Anyways, all you can do now is PRAY and HOPE.

Thanks....the company i work for pay tax and its been deducted from our salary, i said i get paid by cheques.
And bro we are all nigerians, how has u paying tax helped the country.

[quote author=WestAfrican post=73854616]Someone has responded with the docs you need to present to your CO to carve their indulgence on your genuineness.

Does your company have documents used in applying for the change of business name back then or any form of communications with the registering body concerned?

Your best bet will be bank statements from your first pay day, middle pay periods and last pay. Also include payslips as well. Get them certified by Australian High Commission if you are in Abuja or a qualified Lawyer.

Again make sure your documents are from the original sources otherwise you face a 3-10yrs (if the 10yrs has been implemented) for providing bogus documents.

I already submitted my payslip, however the company pays by cheques. D only time d companys account reflected on my bank statement was in 2017 were i managed a project..so most of d money was transferred to my account then.
Yes the company has evidence to back up the name change.
My employer has already written a letter with affidavit to back it up..
But am still scared because i cant proof much

I lodged for visa on 25th of oct, 2018. I got a mail from correspondence that i did not meet (pic)4020. Stating that my work document...that is letter of appointment and letter of promotion in advance were bogus documents. And i av been given 28 days to prepare my defence...
I av later seen the fault, the company letter head on one of d letters has a missing alphabet....but this was due to the companys change of business name which was not successful then, but it has already reflected on my appointment letter...

Pls gurus in d house what is d way forward,

[quote author=edkai post=72522397]Good morning house. Please who has processed University of Wollongong admission recently. Help me attend to the following questions.

1. Apart from the two options stated on the admission offer letter, by what other means can I make payment of the tuition deposit.

2. Do I need to send any financial evidence to the school in order to get a coe?

3. For visa application, can I use a bank comfort letter from my sponsor showing the closing balance in place of statement of account?

4. My sponsor is not willing to provide business registration documents or tax documents due the legislations in the country where he resides. Can I do without these when applying for visa?

I anxiously look forward to your responses fam. I need them urgently.
[Be prepared bro. D letter from d bank is not enof, if u cant provide his business docs atleast u will need an evidence to show how he earns his income. Maybe an invoice of his company showing buying and selling if he deals in dat line.]

Based on my personal opinion and what have seen, it will be hard for you to get a visa for graduate nursing entry level due to your initial degree but not impossible. Have meet two people with similar case like yours but they came in with the intention of studying Masters relating to their fields and after their first semester, they switch to graduate nursing thereby forfeiting the first semester fees, you may consider that if you have enough money to throw around and secondly YES you can travel with your family if you include them while applying for visa.

You will be eligible for post study work visa upon completing your studies but sincerely you have to plan very well, coming here with kids won't give you the opportunity to combine studies, working and taking care of your kids together unless you have an external strong financial backing that is the only way you have it easy.

focus on leaving the country first and follow the path in the Sol list....I.e make sure your career or occupation is enlisted

if it not...still move ahead, but have a mind set of changing on reaching there

I hope this helps
