Things you can do to help prevent the development of varicose veins include:

-Avoid crossing your legs when sitting
-Exercise regularly
-Maintain a healthy body weight
-Avoid tight clothing that constricts the legs, groin or waist, eg: knee-high pantyhose
-Avoid constipation
When standing for long periods, shift your weight from one leg to the other every few minute..

In the field of my work, I was opportuned to come across a woman whose husband always complain same thing you're complaining. The woman actually had infection caused by the Sanitary Pad she use monthly. I know this will surprise you and some may not believe it. The husband almost sent her parking thinking she was having extra marital affairs. She got to know when she went for test and it was confirmed. So sir, if you actually contract it from ur woman, its does not translate to extra marital affairs o. Pls get that.

Remember its my privacy, I just want to let people know its real and its not a joking matter. The unending itching is termed to be "sweetee" cos whenever one scratches it, it sweets a lot. Mine normally itches me at night or during hot period. Initially it started on my private part, it later extended to knees, elbow buttocks and even on my feet. Its very disturbing I must confess. Ive tried to know what its all about from a hospital and they told me its an infection. Though its easing gradually now compare few weeks back.
Look for C24/7 and use. That's all I used. Then maintain hygiene.
