longayink: Nigeria, a country that buys arms and ammunition for the purpose of killing its citizens.
Nigeria, a country not at war with any neighbouring country, but whose current president goes about looking for other countries to sign military pacts with, instead of restructuring the lopsided political structure and dysfunctional unitary government system.
For how many more years before the killings of Boko Haram people shall stop?
Boko Haram says it is fighting for a country to be governed with sharia criminal laws.
Twelve northern Nigeria states adopted the the use of sharia criminal laws since 2001. Just to lesson little kids like you. Before Nigeria got independence, there were clashes between Hausa's and Igbo's. Its not about sharia or your bigoted brain. Its about having a strong military to tame the stuborn people of Nigeria. Ask elders at home if religion ..ethic war is new in Nigeria. Even the colonial masters could not do anything about it. |

But not on this level and frequency.
Question : What is behind their new courage and zeal to kill ?

Dear Nigerians, Peace is an illusion we Nigerians think we can make. However people like myself understand all the intricacies behind international politics and SYSTEMIC control.
The world is a business empire of one person or a group/cabals of some elites. Although. There are school thoughts that tag this as an unprovable conspiracy theory.
Conspiracy theory or not, the signs and body language of our world leaders is a confirmation that the world is controlled by Globalists . Boko Haram, ISIS, Malian Mujaheeden are control mechanism.
But most Nigerians are walking zombies. They see Boko Haram as Northern/Islamic thing. NO. They do not understand the reason for Boko Haram. Boko H is not just here to kill Christians..infact these guys don't care about Islam. They have a primary goal, the same goal that is now accomplished in the middle east. Instability, refugee, diseases, hunger. Syria is a good example. And a good working template.
Now Boko Haram investment is going down. Fulani herdsmen are rising to the occasion. Nigeria think. How will herdsmen butcher a whole village just to feed their cows?
Imagine herdsmen going about with automatic weapons and bombs. Lol...somebody is not seeing what I am seeing.
Boko is going, another similar program is activated. This is how a SYSTEM works. We always have version 2.0 of every software. Herdsmen are an upgrade to Bokohara. Book Haram were operating only in the north, now herdsmen are operating nationwide. That's one strategic upgrade.
Alqeada went down, ISIS a more deadly version took over. Nigerians..think...prepare for what's coming and stop being docile. Its coming...something big... |

thesicilian: You should have been bold enough to point him out. In an IDEAL setting, that is the right thing to do. The driver should assist in taking the victim to the hospital and paying the hospital bills - if the victim survived.
In a situation where the victim died, as is likely the case you have described, then it is better to let the driver escape - chiefly because present day Nigerians are always too quick to order for petrol, tyre & matches. The police if they do their job well can always trace him later from the particulars of the vehicle.
So I guess in conclusion, you did the right thing, especially as you were not even 100% sure... The victim was in pieces. Practically there was no victim except chunks of meat here and there. |
Christianity Etc › Re: I Saw A Truck Driver Crushed A Pedestrian. Now I Live With The Guilt by hotwax(op): 3:10pm On Mar 22, 2016 |
RillJ: I dont think you deserve this self-condemnation considering what might have befell the 'driver' if you had acted in the contrary; it could have ended in two lives instead of one. A motorist killing someone is manslaughter in the worst case with maximum sentence of life imprisonment with possibility of pardon, but who knows if you had pointed to 'him' at that time.
Moreover, the Police has a duty to trace the owner of the vehicle via registration details and eventually get the driver.
God be with you brother! Soothing. Thanks. |
Christianity Etc › I Saw A Truck Driver Crushed A Pedestrian. Now I Live With The Guilt by hotwax(op): 2:55pm On Mar 22, 2016 |
I was on my way from work when I heard people screaming in agony and pointing to a lorry in front of the Maruwa I boarded. In fact it was in front of me. The truck tires were drawing tracks of blood as a result of grinded flesh suspected to be that of a man. It took the driver like 4 minutes before he could realize he has done something grave. When he did, he quickly jammed his brake and jumped off the truck.
I noticed he was in a blue shirt. But I didn’t follow him through. So, people started gathering, and some street guys started asking “where is the driver?” “Where is the driver ?”. To my dismay, I saw the driver pretending to joining them to look for the perpetrator. Nobody recognized the guy except me.
I wanted to point him out, but I was afraid. Different thoughts came to my mind. What if they lynch this man? What if I am not sure he is the one? What if innocent man is accused? I heard to stay action and watch the man escaped.
Ever since then, I feel guilty. I have prayed so many times to God for forgiveness, I don’t know if I am forgiven or not. It hurts to remember that scene and my role in the whole event. |

gboss4sure: I have always known that Nigerian security apparatus is a joke and only functional when faced with armless men and women, they cant even face their fellow armed group.
While all these killings was happening which am sure lasted for hours, from agatu to the other 9 villages, where was this famed security that buhari says biafran protester are joking with?
It's either the security people are conspiring with these invaders and terrorists, if that be the case then the last resort would be for the people to arm themselves and protect themselves. Self defense is not a crime.
Enough of the terrorist fulanis killing people in their land and destroying their livelihood in the name of cow rearing and nobody is doing anything about it.
ARM and DEFEND yourselves. Case Closed. You can't fight the Fulanis. I saw a video of Nigerian Police and the military providing supports to Fulanis in Mile12, Lagos. You can't just fight the fulanis like that. You can only fight them spiritually. I have witness same in Osun state. Those fulanis ran away. Nigerian police will protect them with their Lives. Politics › Breaking News: Three Killed In Mile 12 Market Clash by hotwax(op): 3:08pm On Mar 03, 2016 |
No fewer than three persons are feared dead and several cars set ablaze as Hausa and Yoruba traders clashed at the popular Mile 12 Market in Lagos State. It was gathered that the foundation for the clash was laid on Tuesday after a Hausa commercial bike rider knocked down a woman. The bike rider was told to take the woman to the hospital, but the rider and his colleagues refused. They insisted that the motorbike association, which collects tolls from them, should take care of the woman. There was heated argument, which led to a fight. The fighting continued all through Wednesday till Thursday (today) when some thugs, believed to be of Yoruba origin, invaded the market and started attacking the Hausas. They burnt seven cars and killed three Hausa traders. The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni; the Commander of the Rapid Response Squad, Olatunji Disu; the Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of Operation, Lagos State Police Command; and teams of policemen were still at the scene as at the time of filing the report. alaskido: If it is true that 76 Boko Haram's have surrendered, they should be taken to court, tried and jailed for TREASON and GENOCIDE. They should be tried like Nnamdi Kanu. If they are released for radical rehabilitation, then Nnamdi Kanu should also be released for radical rehabilitation.
These people killed a lot of helpless Nigerians, took over some cities in Borno and pinned their flag claiming an Islamist state. This is treason. Kanu only opened a radio station to make announcement. He did not carry a gun or kill. He did not capture any city to pin a flag.
If these Boko Haram's are not tried, then I know Buhari is tribalistic and he is the leader of Boko Haram. Kanu also tried buying weapons. Although he was a lesser evil until he get his hands on those weapons. |
