idupaul:that wld be cheating fate na. . . . ![]() ikamefa:guessed as much but i needed to be sure. . . took me off guard to find that on here ![]() |
I will meet my man in an elevator, we'll gaze into each others eyes and just know! ![]() ikamefa:what language is that? |
So i was having a conversation with a couple of guys a few days ago, it all started when this one guy complains of a stiff back. his girlfriend just moved in with him and she likes to sleep on his chest. . . all night! He is forced to sleep in the same position all night every night and was not very happy about it. another guys case was the reverse, he cant sleep unless his girl is snuggled up next to him and her head on his chest and felt rejected when a girl didnt want to snuggle up to him. . . . I'm one of those girls who snuggles up for a bit but when i really need to sleep will turn on my stomach and face d wall (preferably). My ex said he used to feel weird about it at first but learnt to not take it personal. different strokes for different folks right? so how do u sleep? |
I dont see the need for her to stay with her in-laws. . . besides being in that situation may breed contempt and cause problems in d marriage |
I'm not really into chic flicks, unless i'm having a girly night in with friends. . . . I agree most of d advise given can be interpreted as BS, but some of them do make valid points like how a simple misunderstandings and pride can cause a beautiful relationship to end. . . Fairy tale happy endings, altho not always as pretty and neat as potrayed in d movies, do happen and not so rarely too. i guess its all about finding the balance. . . realising that life can pleasantly surprise but not sitting around waiting on our fairly tale ending. its about being a realist and not overly cynical |
Everyone has the ability to love but not everyone dares to. . . . People dont have to love, we all need to and when we dont, life eventaully looses its meaning |
First of all u shd be using lotions and not creams (ther is a difference) A friend of mine with vey oily skin skips that entirely, she uses only a moisturising body wash or soap. alternatively use a sheer body oil after a bath (nothing heavy or greasy) this shd keep the moisture locked in without making ur skin feel oily. if u need to use a facial treatment, use gels rather than creams, cleanse and exfoliate daily and avoild oil based make-up |
Why must our people disgrace us all over the world? such a an innocent looking girl. This girl most likely is British born for her to have gotten a bank job at 17. Now she's a criminal and they call her Nigerian. This is annoying. Infact we reject her too. She could be from Benin republic for all we care
LOL thing is Nigerians r always on d news for one crime or d other. . . how many can we reject? ![]() |
Nigerian men dont knw many things but for some strange reason we still luv 'em ![]() |
disgraceful pple! |
topup:True but it cna also be that he just didnt hav d guts without liquid courage. . . it would depend on the individual tho. my ex still has the habit of confessing whenver he gets too drunk. . . lol. his current girlfriend isnt very happy with him at the moment because of his latest confession (he is refusing to tell me what it was) ![]() |
my ex used to be that way. . . he only had d courage to say how he felt after we had both been partying and drinking all night. . . Alcohol tends to loosen our inhibitions so I do pay attention whenver he came around drunk. In due time tho, he got comfortabe enough to speak to me straight, which was a relief becos i got tired of pouring drinks down his throat whenver i wanted to hav a serious conversation with him ![]() |
Where as i dont completely agree with the entire write up, there were some very interesting points. . . I do think religion can be rationalised, I try to anyways, its d only way i am most comfortable, everyone has the right to their own beliefs or lack of |
i think its not a woman thing but an individual thing. . . i've met a few like that and its just pathetic, esp as they r so effing transparent they r either too spineless to admit d truth to themselves, two-faced, insecure or just down-right fu*cked up in d head! |
Only those with some sense of responsibility may feel the need to try do things right in an attempt to cover up their mistake. The jerks def cant be trapped |
Gamine:Quit being a binch. . . ![]() @ Cayon You say Marvin Gaye is one of your favs and u'ver heard his lyrics. . . Blushing? How old are u again? |
suicide is painless. . . love is not! |
iice:was about to ask the same thing. . . and while we're on d subject, what is first class behavior? |
Sisikill:Girl, u're the queen of sarcasm. . . and i'm loving it ![]() |
ajilete:Secret oil is good for all skin types, its not greasy and u only need a drop or 2 for ur face. it is good for blemishes and doesnt cause shine see previous posts on this thread for more info |
daven:LOL heard it on the grapevine babes. . . u don't even want to knw half d things i've hrd |
I also heard they were both members of the church of Satan ![]() |
8ball:quite an apt answer ![]() |
Did it ever occur to u that maybe she's just not interested? |
Or a contract based on a relationship. . . ![]() |
but relationships end too. . . You wont go into a long term contract with someone u dont trust wld u? thats what i mean basically. , both parties sit down and decide what it is they want out of the union, negotiate differences, come to an agreement and have regular reviews of their marriage. |
My mum most def! |
