This your assertion that the invitation of Osimhen na arrange is strong o. In fact that's a serious allegation and impugns on the integrity of Rohr.
Do you have any evidence for this allegation?
if rohr was a Nigerian... I think it would have been nepotism

Currently there are players who when they play for us your heart go dey shake if them dey defence
*Ezenwa
*Akpeyi
*Omeruo

While some if dem dey attack you go just d vex
*Ighalo
*Ideye
*Musa(sometimes)

When you see a confident player you will know. Even if you are not in camp once you watch them on television you'd feel their confidence and that puts you at ease. Jay Jay made lots of mistakes, Kanu too but this were generally confident players. Omeruo is good but he gives us jitters.
perfect list....
the mistakes omeruo makes these days makes me scared....
I really Blame him for this...
he has refused to place his career beyond the prestige and value of being a Chelsea player..
players that value their career in his shoes should be thinking of leaving Chelsea permanently go establish yourself somewhere...instead of constant Loans
you can't expect to get used to a team playing pattern, learn and get used to the weather and surrounding environment under one season loan spell...
that has been happening to him...always moving from team to team..
the last time I heard he now plays defensive midfield.....

Omeruo was not a rookie..I beg to disagree..he had been playing youth football and consistently been with d senior team bf afcon 13. Anyway rohr has d final say..nd whatever he decides we will all respect it nd hope it is for the best. I guess I will draw the curtain on my contributions to this discuss here..thanks everybody
please when last did omeruo play a CB role for his club....?

don't worry solanke, seyi ojo, ajagun, thiago ilori will be invited for our next month friendly with biafra

don't mind my brother forgiveness....
I personally will want NFF to employ him or better still he engage in a volunteer job for the NFF helping lure those foreign born players he clamoured for to come play for the SE...
rohr will appreciate him...every here will do also.

You are making it look as if Omeruo will walk into the starting eleven of FC Porto.
I tell you...same omeruo that could not walk into the starting eleven of Middlesbrough'

I am surprised at our conservative approach to football... it took ndidi exploit at Leicester for us to know that the dude is now ripe for SE and now a starting material... if not our Turkish based player...onazi would have still been keeping him on the bench...
Nigerians rarely spot potentials I doubt if many of us here can ever make a good scout......
we just cling to the old way of life and expecting unprecedented change to take place....
the omeruo many clamour for here...is now a defensive midfielder in his club and not a central defender....

whether you are a young player or experienced you only take to the pitch if you are better than the guy you are benching nd/or if the coach trusts you to deliver with regards to tactics and game plan..this is what nacho currently lacks at city ..he is not better than those ahead of him nd doesnt fit in tactically with pep hence no trust..now my question is..is awaziem better than omeruo? Does the coach trust him more than omeruo? Can he deliver tactically nd implement the game plan better than omeruo against sa? If 2 out of those 3 questions gives a yes then he will start else he won't..

correct line-up,
yours is the best and strongest pick,

I don't know y some of us here keep mentioning AKPEYI for a start,
we keep forgetting that its south Africa we are playing, they already k,ow his weakness wich am sure there coach is planning to exploit

hmmm I tink AKPEYI is a trouble waiting to happen, ROHR shud bench him against bafana,

further more I wud put OMEROU in and remove SHEHu the guy is fasting so is MUSA
you nailed it regarding akpeyi
moreover.. some south Africans can be uncivilized.. his career might be on the line should Nigeria win the south Africans and him posing a 5 star performance. ...
from all I have been reading RSA are seriously preparing for these match... so akpeyi should sit on the bench...even at that all the goal keepers are even at the same level none exceptional amongst them

I hope Iwobi keeps his boots sharp. We need those brilliant passes that day and we need the forwards clinical.
confidence tells a lot for that lad
I remember his two goals against awka united prior the Zambia tie...of which he later scored against Zambia, I just pray the MOTM and two assist he made against Togo instill more confidence in him
that's why I will want kayode or moses simon start ahead of musa to utilize those chances
musa can come in the second half to outrun the RSA defense...because musa that I know can miss simple chances to score when you least expect

Awaziem who has started games for Porto and played against Benfica and had a good game is a small pikin.
you answered my question bro
sometimes we all think Africa football is one hell of task....
Spain or Germany will beat any Africa team any day any time....without resorting to physical style of play ..
I prefer fielding in technical and skillful players than physically and strong players wit nothing upstairs...
playing in the Dutch league against the likes of Ajax and PSV and also playing in the Portuguese league is not a child's play.....
I trust that.....

My realistic starting line-up for South Africa.

. . . . . . . Akpeyi. . . .
Omeruo. . . . . Awaziem. . . . . Ekong. . . Elder
. . . . . Onazi. . . . . . Ndidi. . .
. . . . . . . . . . Etebor. . .
Musa/Simon. . . . Iheanacho. . . . Iwobi

.............
I see Omeruo starting at Rb. Rohr seems not to trust Shehu enough and he wouldn't want to make so many changes in the defence that played the last qualifiers.
I see just one change in Awaziem who is more or less a like for like replacement of Balogun. I read sometime ago in an interview Awaziem granted which he attested that Balogun have been a big influence on his game.

Etebor will likely play behind Iheanacho because he is more of a goal threat in such areas while Iwobi works from the flanks.

Impact subs could be Kayode Olarenwaju and Muzam. While Ogu subs in for to secure the match from the middle if we have a lead going into the last 10-5mins
simon should start ahead of musa
musa is more dangerous when used as sub...
he can mess up RSA defense in such manner

My preferred starting eleven.
perfect line up
unfortunately rohr will not start alampasu in goal on the 10th of June.
likewise onazi will start ahead of agu...he will likely be the captain that day.

That's the logic here. They have the capital to get made for life!
some later become coaches and stay longer in football business... like conte and pep

Most girls cant let go of their exes. Even when married, i wonder why. Its probably the D cheesy

But on a serious note, it seems youre enjoying this attention you're getting. All you need to do is cut off all connections you have with her and your problem will be solved. You're typing paragraphs here for what? You continue to talk to her, you will eventually fuckkk her and it will become more serious. Feelings and emotions will rekindle. It's even worse if her husband finds out. My cousins neighbour lost his life because he was having an affair with somebody's wife. Better be careful.
you're right. many who cheat do so wit their exs and colleagues at work.

Mitchell Paul who watched the Super Eagles of Nigeria against Togo in their 3-0 win have given his view on the ten Nigerian players who made their debut in the friendly game.
The French journalists who has been covering African football for close to two decades said the future of the Super Eagles is assured judging by the rate at which young players are been given a chance by coach Gernot Rohr.
A total of ten players made their debut in yesterday’s game which is officially recognised by FIFA unlike the game against Corsica, which has no bearing on the caps of a player as Corsica isn’t an affiliate of FIFA.
” Ten promising players made their debut for Nigeria yesterday, and I saw a glimpse of what the future looks like for Nigerian football. Very bright if you ask me. Rohr has gotten a near perfect match of young but widely experienced players in the team”, he told Owngoalnigeria.com.
” I was particularly impressed with the FC Porto defender Chidozie Awaziem who played in central defence alongside William Troost-Ekong. He was very confident on the ball and assured in duels. He is my top pick among the ten players who made their debut.
” Osimhen didn’t do badly after coming on, so too Mikel Agu, but Awaziem had a display to remember in defence for Nigeria. Porto have a real gem on their hands “.

they can start and subed in the second half. Between 60-65 mins.
u talking as if you don't know
that the second half tends to be more intense and demanding
musa should be used as a sub...he is better that way
while Abdullahi shehu should also be drafted in depending on the tempo of the game

Shehu and Musa will be fasting, that might reduce the number of minutes the coach will give them. I do not expect either to start.
ebuehi can start don't really see the boy as one who has a problem playing in front of crowd ..he play week in week out in the dutch league even against team like ajax....
so what's there...even the south Africans have light skin players in their squad too.
the boy will really have no problem..

Why didn't the players just fly directly to Uyo and commence training there ?
Why Abuja?? the training pitch at Abuja is in a sorry state (last time I saw pics of their training session there)

This NFF people self undecided undecided
I heard...the hotel base at uyo is very large and as such with some other factors it makes it difficult to monitor the players and some of the players endeavors inimical to good football...like partying etc
so the need for abuja camping where they will flew directly to uyo...

Rashidi Yekini's 37th goal for Nigeria was scored outside the official FIFA window in a makeshift friendly... On February 22nd... during the period of the 1998 Afcon being held between Feb. 7 and 28.... smiley

The Afcon is always never on FIFA calendars but it is rated and considered an official tournament.

Now during the period it was held.... a Friendly game outside the official window for "Official matches or international friendlies" was also held and the teams obviously had their predetermined arrangement... and this is classified under "Other friendlies" in the FIFA rule book where any number of subs can be utilised between 3 and 12.... *if the teams involved wish so*

Bottomline: Yekini scored that day and that was his last goal for Nigeria. His record 37th strike.... two better than Italy's record scorer sef in Luigi Riva... wink

And till date Fifa and Caf and the NFF have that on record.... smiley

Why are a few so pained that this Nigeria-Togo game will be recorded/documented as part of the association football records? why do a few love to twist truth and the rules? why do we like to argue nonsense sometimes??

It is such a pity really.
brother please relax..yourself
you've nothing to prove to anyone
the most important thing is that the game improved the eagles and help rohr and his team test run their tactics....
