Icon4s: That guy just does not cease to amaze. Very funny. it is so pathetic sir if there be anything that i hate most is tribalism . it rendered Nigeria into these present state... where square pegs are put in round holes and such many resort to stealing public wealth all because they were not supposed to be there in the first place |

Besides, Iheanacho is not a striker. hope tribalism is not the reason for these argument of yours.... because if it is count me out I foresee the reason you debunking nachos relevance probably he is not from same place where your favorites hail from |

forgiveness: Why should I forget about Obafemi?
Because of Iheanacho who has underperformed in that role?
If Obafemi is banging in goals in China, why not? please we have good young strikers... kayode is there too nacho has never failed to deliver...just that the boy is not a lone striker ....but a Supportive striker I will recommend we play him and kayode in one of our friendly match and watch the outcome |

Ideye and Obafemi to be precise. Mikel Obi is only on the team. forget about obafemi Martins please ideye is replaceable just Mikel in our midfield we will be just fine balogun, and Victor moses in the team too |

Joebie: Agu, Ogu and Ndidi would have been a better combo. don't mind rohr. .he so swift not to alter the defense but did otherwise in the midfield we need to stop all these experience players thing... the best should start and that's it if Agu proves better let him start likewise in the goal keeping options |

zicky: When the coach was bringing in Oshimen, I told the guy by my side that even if Nigeria bring in a Lewandoski that Nigeria will not score cos I saw that Nacho or Kayode was not the problem but the midfieldn they were very poor. God bless you my brother... the midfield was the problem I read somewhere the shameless onazi blaming the loss on inexperienced players the SE parades .. rather than speak the truth...that his ineptitude cost us the match....he has refused to up his game all this while... still can't make good passes expected of a midfielder... he has been wit the team for a very long time and still could not stand in to deliver.... |

I could not find him on the bench but I believe he was there. I will do my research too if true...he was there it means he is damn skull two things could play out...either rohr never asked for his input or he had no input to make into SE preparation prior yesterday's match from all we saw yesterday there was no difference in RSA style of play from their previous meeting..same style of play the truth is..the football world need to start sacking coach assistants along wit the coaches now...many assistants are clueless |

komekn: GBAM !!! Or not even played at all. Nigeria coaches really have a role to play in iwobi's development... we shouldn't expect arsene Wenger to start fielding him as a 10 before we start playing him in the middle.... in fact him playing that role in the SE should spur arsenal trust him in that role....few years from now that lad is an attacking midfielder and not a winger |

goldfish80: Please the Nigerian assistants wouldn't have done anything. Rohr was the man in charge, the buck stops at his office, he makes all the decision. Why not mention Rohr's foreign assistants? something tells me....these indigenous coaches flaws will better be exposed during CHAN tourney let's keep fingers crossed....that awka united coach... seems the best for the now.. though I will want him as one of our next age grade team coach |

goldfish80: I think Rohr wanted a little bit of power and muscle in midfield that was why Etebor was preferred in the middle. I hope this will be the last Kelechi is seen playing the lone striker role. I have always said he's a liability up front on his own. Yesterday was one of such nights again. from the previous match played in uyo prior the one of yesterday.....a good coach need no one to tell him that it takes a midfielders who read games and a creative midfield to outsmart the RSA defense...that's why aluko could Savage the day in our last meeting... I was expecting the assistants like Yusuf who have been very much around to proffer the needed advice and also...rohr watch of past clips.... the play pattern wasn't different from our last outing you wanna beat the South Africans....then score them first |

TheGoodJoe: That also crossed my mind during the game. Switch Iwobi and Etebo. Also instruct Onazi and Ndidi to get the ball to Iwobi.
So many wrongs yesterday but as expect the coaching crew to learn from it. to be honest....wit you wit no offence I think those indigenous assistants working wit rohr are empty skulls especially that agu and Yusuf u see RSA had to go call rantie to come play because of his past precedent playing Nigeria... Yusuf claim to have been around for so long and still inexperienced |

zicky: . For the 2nd goal, we had cornerkick which our defenders went to contest which is normal, whose responsibility it is the stand with the SA player, Onazi, he's the shortest of our defenders had no business in the SA 18yard and as the most experienced player on thhe field, he couild not coordinate his team. to be honest....rohr really need to save his Job and reputation... many of so called experience players like onazi need to start sitting on the bench....even the musa upon his introduction yesterday still played rubbish... likewise elderson echiejie |

I truly blame rohr...for iwobi lapses he should have use the boy on the 10 role and let etebo play frm the flanks watching Algeria match should have taught him that... where iwobi disappeared into tin air |

TheGoodJoe: I will also agree on a 4-4-2 direct formation. With Iheanacho and Kayode/Osimhen upfront. The team is shaping up that way.
Mikel and Ndidi in the center. Onyekuru and Victor Moses.
___________________Ikeme __________Ekong____________Balogun Shehu__________________________________Echiejile __________________Ndidi ____________________________Mikel V. Moses______________________________Onyekuru _______________Nacho __________________________Kayode/Osimhen what really happened yesterday... was that there was no link between the midfield and the attack I expect rohr to have played iwobi in that position and not on the flanks....etebo should have played iwobi role |

Mickael2: only God knows what would have happened if we played a 4-3-3 with Onazi as the main dmf. I won't watch that match Lol...abeg nor make me laugh... I am seriously tired...I just don't know who to blame... the truth is rohr is really not technical wise at all if he was....he would have played...nacho or iwobi in the middle and kayode or oshimen upfront that would have been better as chances would have been created... etebo can stay on the wings |

edi287: Starting a midfield 3 of Ndidi - Onazi - Etebo wasn't a wise idea. Iwobi should've played as a 10 with someone like say Onyekuru on the wing. We missed Mikel and Vic Moses no question. No need to panic. 5 more games left. We have to get a result at SA. yeah hopefully we beat Seychelles in our next match Libya beat RSA... next then we can take off from there.... I am still hopeful |

He did his best to influence the game but it did not work out today. please sir goodjoe don't start what did onazi do? same player I watched.. that could not make one connective pass upfront |

eterisan: Where are those shouting awaziem up and down...come out now! The kid looked lost in that defence today and was clearly culpable for the first goal..how can he let his man get a free header? Rohr must be regretting starting him now..the occasion was just too big for him..our defence was all over the place after we conceded.. please leave awaziem alone how about your midfield that could not make one connective pass to the striker.... midfielders wit no shot on Target Nigeria had over 5 corner kicks today and could not convert any |

EEGA: Onazi-Ndidi wrong.Ogu-Ndidi Right. We lost this match because of our midfield pairing not CBs.We made the same mistake in the match against Senegal but some said u can't conclude about Onazi with just 26 mins.In the first 26 mins in the Senegal game. The Senegalese were controlling our midfield before the introduction of Ogu. they just ruin my evening... so painful one just have to bring out his calculator and begin to do the needful (permutations and calculations) as usual... hopefully Libya wallop RSA...and we win Seychelles... that will be fair on us...a little we can start from there |

S-hit happens, make una calm down. The team is a work in progress and they will not always get it right, you people have been spoilt the past few games, so this should restart both the players and fans
They have not failed and they will not fail, a little faith would go a long way.

Mickael2: but how can a grown man even say something like this na? Solanke better than Iheanacho? When his speed is zero, dribbling abilities zero, technicality zero, how is he better than Iheanacho? Because he scored 4 goals at the U20? An italian guy has 5 goals in that same competition playing as their number 7 i think.
The rest of the comparisons you made are just.....shocking I tell you...his basis for such lopsided rating is on the brim of where they hail from in Nigeria not necessarily on their skills he is one moniker here...one can easily tell where he hails from...considering his players selection though he sometimes add one or two players from other parts of the country to make it look as if he is being fare...in his quest. I learnt to always overlook his biased comparism |
