Online analysis is inconsequential in Anambra Governoship election. Spend the last two weeks before the election to have a first hand experience of what APGA is in Anambra. Zenithh: The next four years will determine if APGA will continue in Anambra. I learnt Anambra gave the last administration 45/100. The last straw will be in four years time |

Politics › Re: Anambra2021: Did The Governorship Debates Affect The Decision Of The Voters? by Humulity: 2:03pm On Nov 07, 2021 |
Fact number one; there was no light in Anambra State on the day of the debate. Fact number two; most of the people that votes do not watch nor listen to the debate. Truth is that over 95% of the actual voters are not aware what you're talking about. An APGA candidate especially in Anambra State is already Miles ahead of others. Before Obiano became Governor, he is not known in Anambra State. Even as Governor he is not popular with the people, APGA is the Legacy that sustained him. |

Looking at how Rwanda is speedily transforming holisticaly, I was hoping that one day Nigeria will be better. But this article provoked a thought which took my mind to the holy book where a verse goes thus; "when the foundation is weak, what will the righteous do". Nigerian foundation was designed and layed with instrument of 'devide and rule'. Unless the Citizen decide to boldly make fairner, honesty, merit , equity and selflessness the cardinal focus for Nation building. Until then "there was a country". |

I was among.
I didn't cheat or involve in malpractice but i was accused, charged and dismissed.
I am a son of nobody but God knows the best cus he is the only evidence i have.
My offense was that my sister called me that my mom fainted and her left leg and left hand paralyzed.
I asked for permission in school just to go see her since she only have me and her sister but i was denied the permission.
My mind was not at peace knowing the way my younger sister was crying on phone and she has no one to stay with her.
I left without the permission and was close arrest after a week of being abs in sch.
I was charged for awol and was surprised to see the outcome as dismissed.
I have accepted my faith
. I look forward to seeing myself in a better place again.
Please pray for my mom, don't want to loose school and my mum.

While watching a Television program yesrerday evening,my 5 years plus son came crying from the bedroom. Surprised and alarmed, I asked him what is the cause of the cry. Then he gave me the unexpected response; while still crying, he informed me that his younger sister, who us 2 years plus gave him COVID-19, that she coughed on his face. I smiled, got up and pet him on the head, gave him hand Sanitizer after that face mask. And that was when he became calm, and his mum took over to do the counselling. My mind keep recalling the incident and I cannot stop being amazed on how at his age he is inforned about the Corona Virus. He also knows about all Safety Protocos of the Pansemics. Guys share your COVID-19 experience or incident with your children or younger sibling. |

megacity: Yes Achebe was indeed a great man. In Things Fall Apart, he told a very important story: the African Man's own side of the story. In Part 1, he showed clearly that Africans lived in well organized societies before they had any contact whatsoever with the White Man - they had their religion, they had their culture, they had morals, and they had sports!
The Europeans' account was that Africans lived like semi-animals prior to their entry into Africa. This was a lie. It was so important to tell our own side of the story and this is what Achebe did for us in Things Fall Apart You nailed it. |

Goalnaldo: Nice article but I have a question. Those people who casted lot for the clothes of Jesus Christ, is it not for quick gains? The Mod answered this already. It was to take a decision who takes that cloth not who gets a bigger or smaller size. Remember they have already shared one eqaully, but this second cloth could not be shared so lot was cast to decide who take it. Bretheren seek ye FIRST the kingdom of God and His righteousness and EVERY OTHER THING INCLUDING WEALTH shall be added unto you. The blessing of the Lord MAKETH RICH and added NO SORROW to it. It's your life and decision, but we shall all give account. Happy Sunday. |
