Career / Re: How Do I Save And Invest From My Salary? by Humulity: 8:37am On Jun 22, 2016
You have done yourself good for seeking finiancial advice and am glad most comments here had been positive.
My advice like somebody already said here; you save first before you start spending. You can save a certain amount once the salary comes and have a mind set of living on what is left after savings.

You have to be financial disciplined and always have a budget. Even your office operates on a budget so why woun't you? Sentiment should not arise here. Before you got the job family and friends had been surviving. Don't get me wrong am not saying you should abondon them, but have a budget.

Many banks has savings plan that suits lots of customers. Have you heard of Union Bank UNIONGOAL SAVINGS Plan where you can N15k monthly for 5 years, N20k for 4 years, N28k for 3years, N40K 2 years and N85k for year. The beauty of this is that whichever plan you choose by the end of the period you are a million. Your savings and interest is available to you.

Another on called UNIONKORRECT where you can save N5k monthly for four years.

You can visit any UNION BANK branch for more details.

Meanwhile, I believe you are in the part of financial prudence for you to be bothere with savings. And is good you are starting early.

Good luck.

Anambra host oil and gas companies like orient...

Mr hater. Anambra remains an oil producing state wether you like it or not...

There are many gas plant in Anambra state...

Like the Chicason gas plant that was reported about an explosion scene in December last year in Nnewi Anambra state.

There many gas plant in Nnewi, the one that got burnt last December is not Chicason gas plant. Chicason do not operate gas plant but a fuel station close to traffic light. Sure the burnt gas plant and Chicason Industrial area are poles in the same village. Swanak gas plant which is closer to Chicason group do not belong to him.
Car Talk / Re: What You Should Do If You Suspect A Car Is Following You by Humulity: 9:40am On Jun 16, 2016
Good one.

My expereince in Enugu - 2013.

Was coming back from work around betwen 6pm and 7pm. Already on the street after passing thru a bat spot where cars had to pass turn by turn; I noticed a yellow mistbushi L300 bus (two men inside) behind me which i did not take as anything. However, after taking a turn the bus was still behind me ; moving fast when I do and slowing down when I do. I was I bit curious beause commercial buses don't ply this route. On getting to four road junction. I decided to take left turn against going straight, as I took left they also took left. Immediatly I confirmed am being followed.
I decided to shake them off or seek for help, cos I was alarmed. I increased speed and created a a good gap between us. As I get to the T junction, I slowed down and waited as if waiting for traffic to clear, immediatly I sighted them from my side mirror and making sure they saw me, I took left turn very fast and switch to slow movement again, within 20 seeconds they are taking same left turn on a fast move. Simutaneously on another fast move I took another closeby left turn and stopped abruptly at the middle of the road. As they made to take same turn they saw me not moving and instantly they stopped. Now it was obvious to them that I know they were following me. I saw their faces from my mirror though I cannot recognise them.
As I started moving again they now kept going straight I moved very fast as take another left turn and with 1.5 mins I have parked in my compound. I quickly changed putting on short as I was walking up to the junction I saw same vehicle moving on faster pace. i just smiled and went back relieved that atleast they don't know my house.

Interesting story. Yout service for me was fun. Served in Bauchi. Why not just relax and enjoy the next eleven months of your life. Another chapter of your life begins immediately after service. This opportunity to have some expereicne that may never come your way again. You loose nothing, you rather have a lot to gain. You may not have this opportunity gain; rmemeber there are two sides to a coin.
When going back to Benie, why not take a straight bus from Lagos to Benue?
Business / Re: I Have 20 To 25 Million To Invest, Looking For Good Investment Opportunity. by Humulity: 11:11am On May 19, 2016
There are a lot of business opportunity you can do in the country with little or no basic idea. All you need is good sense of judgement, wisdom and seek information.
Am a public servant but still earn income without direct running my business. This is what I do and advice if you invest four times of what I did, you will double that your figure in 24months. I registered a vehicle with a transport company and am making 80k to 100k on the average monthly.
This does not require your presence, only phone calls for monitoring. However, a lot of planning and research need to be done to protect your interest. Once you get it right your money starts coming in.
For full details and strategis measures for success, drop your number or email.
Best of luck.

Business / Re: Best Nigerian Bank For Business Account by Humulity: 5:37pm On Apr 03, 2016
The purpose of every business is to make profit. So I will makke my recommendations based on facts and not sentminets.

Most banks have withhold information on cost of running a current account which we all refer to as charges. I will not mention names of these banks but it's well known to everybody. You will get recommendations based on personal experiences and interest. However, the way you are in business to make profit so are banks to make profit. However, my recommendation is you go for an institution with integrity and openes. there is no free meal anywhere; even in Freetown nothing is free. So I recommend you go for Union Bank, get to any branch and meet with a Relationship Manager, have a business discussion with him/her and you will get a suitable solution to your line of business.

Experience they say is the best teacher, you will hear some comments for or against one bank or the other. The fact of the matter is that the pecularity of our business environment has presented all banks in Nigeria with serious challenges. And because they must make profits and pay bills, some of them are devicing means to remain relevant. No bank is the best , but transparency is key which most of them are lacking; hence I Union. It's your call anyway.

Romance / Re: My Younger Sister Threatens To Link My Secret by Humulity: 3:32pm On Mar 18, 2016
Your sister already had a broken marriage and has no right to brake your's. You took her in as a good sister, though not the best you could have done at that time.

You need to save your marriage, she has to move out as soon as possible. Blackmailing you with your past you have to deal with, she has to take refuge elsewhere and not subject you to fear. If your husband eventually, it all depends on the relationship between you. It's now in the past and that was and he also has his own past. You cross the bridge when you get there, I tell you the roof will not fall, all you need is wisdom.

Education / Re: 6 ways Nigerian Lecturers, frustrate their student. by Humulity: 3:01pm On Mar 17, 2016
Most of them are just bluffing. had lot's of them during my time, but only encountered them in year one. Had to read and still find a way around it. No money to buy handout not to talk of sorting.

I made sure I don't miss lectures (signs the attendance shit) do all the quiz and assignment and made sure I attempt three questions to the best of my ability. The once who insist we pass assignment directly to them with a copy of their text book. I deviced a way of coming over it (I collect a friends textbook - without name written- carefully tore of the front page, make a clean photocopy of it and write my name on the photocopied page and carefully paste it on the book. Go pass my assignment looking as innocent as ever)

From second year no such boasting. For third year one senior lecturer dey boast but him never fail any person that did not sort. Both guys and babes we no write anyt thing dey fail o/

Jude should be a big brother and let the twins be, he musn't work with them. But be a big brother and advise when need be, rather than taken advantage of them using family.

Let them work with somebody else, make their mistakes and move forward. While he himself will also explore with other artiste.

This is what you get when you we have misplaced priority in our national polity. In every decision making in our country meritocracy is always sacrificed at the altar of mediocrity. This is supposed to be a classified facility for national security, going viral on social media. What are the all the top government functionaries (Minister, Controller Generals, DG's) doing with full entourage as well as Guard of Honor? Why won’t cost of governance be high? Just imagine the cost of fuelling all the vehicles that conveyed each batch. Sure they are all stake holders, it could have been a private and quiet visit strictly for unit heads working directly with the Centre. All these top functionaries should be occupied with decision making and facilitating things smooth operations for the boys.
Let me not talk of the facility been compromised from day one.
Are these big guys Vet Doctors, Scientist and Trainers? When are we going to get it right for once?

Politics / Re: Buhari Copied Jonathan’s Budget – Soludo by Humulity: 9:41am On Jan 15, 2016
......................Soludo just leaked the whereabout of the 2016 budget. MB just retrieved the original copy fron National Assembly and returned it to the owner - GEJ without making copy, hence they -NASS - has nothing to work with. That is what NASS is trying so hard to explain to us, but using wrong word "Missing". Not to worry once the former President is back from seeing his grand child in USA he will make another copy for the present government.
Nigeria we hail thee!!!
Politics / Re: Anambra Governor, Obiano Increases Salary Of State Workers By 15% by Humulity: 5:31pm On Jul 31, 2015
This is what you get when you have a Technocrat as a leader and not greedy Politicians. Very realistic increment 15% and not saying 50% or 100% and will start owing salary. The noble thing about this is that it did not come with pressure from labour union. More noble when most state who even receive higher allocation with less workforce than Anambra are owing salary. This show’s that the Obiano has really consolidated on the gains legacy of Peter Obi.
Any sincere state governor can equally achieve same, till then let Governor Willie Obiano continue receiving all the accolade.
Long live Anambra State!
Long live Nigeria!!
God bless us all!!!
