I have resubmitted a valid yellow card. I didn’t do evisa. I submitted at Lagos VFS. I was just asking the time frame for an outcome giving they requested a yellow card resubmission within 5 days of my visa application submission.

No one has been talking about evisa lately

I submitted my SA (study) visa application on 2 January. On 8 January, I was asked to resubmit my a valid yellow card within 3 working days.

Does this request means my application outcome is almost decided on and I should a receive positive outcome (my visa) soon? Thanks

Just an update after a very long time. I was denied the visa they stamped denied on it. E pain me make I no lie that’s why I didn’t come back here to give an update ASAP I forgot about naira land 🤣 it was the least of my worries, but I was also doing Canada way reluctantly because to me Poland was the easy one way and Canada was the difficult alternative

Think of it like aiming for the stars and missing the stars and landing on the moon, I thought I would aim for Canada and if Canada fails I will surely get poland.

Brothers and sisters guess what? I was denied for Poland, Poland that I had all the money, all the documents, accommodation, all the requested documents and letters so when it got denied I thought my own has finished. There’s no hope of traveling out of Naija then Canada asked me for my passport I reluctantly sent it thinking they also wanted to deny me I didn’t want to think too much about it.
I sent it and Canada gave me visa lol 🤣 so since I have been in Canada

I like your strategy. I tell people always have a Plan B, this travel thing is very technical.

You have to come physically to legalise your documents yourself at the embassy. It can not be done by proxy.

Good day, everyone. I received my family visa application today along with a refusal letter. Although it was a first time application. My wife applied to travel with my two children, aged 9 and 7. Below is the list of documents I submitted:

Application Letters: Personal, work, leave, children's school, and sponsorship.
Financial Documents: Salary bank statement, sponsorship statement, and payslip.
Ties to Home Country: Property documents, family photos, car documents, marriage certificate, and marriage photos.
Travel History: My own travel history with my wife , and my other travel history.
Certificates: Marriage certificate, birth certificates, school certificates, and achievement certificates.
The only reason stated for the denial was that there’s doubt about their intentions to return to my home country after the visa expires.

I’d like to appeal, but I don’t know where to send the appeal or if it should go through TLS as a normal application. Please, I need your advice on this and guidance on how to go about the appeal process.

So, France issued my visa but I flew brussels airways . On getting to Belgium , they passed us through immigration and my passport was stamped in Belgium .. Is this a problem ? Upon getting to France, they just passed us through to the exit , no immigration.
