I did legalization at Poland embassy by proxy Sir, read. The question is for Spain, not Poland. For Spain, no proxy. You must come physically. It's even stated on the appointment confirmation. |

wawa234: good evening everyone. I have a friend in Spain currently working. he travelled on the 8th of December 2024 he got admission to study so he called me today that he needs police certificate and he needs it legalized at the Spanish embassy.
please, has anyone legalized police certificate on behalf of some before in 2024 ?
Do they investigate police certificate ?
will it be a problem if the police certificate carry a current date because i have someone who can help without him being present ?
how long does it take before I get the document ?
is it difficult to get appointment for legalization ?
I am new to the platform please someone should help me out please. You have to come physically to legalise your documents yourself at the embassy. It can not be done by proxy. |

Ramwab94: For the benefit of the newbies like in SA like us, can you kindly give reasons for this, sir? Societal differences and norms. South African women and men are not Same as us. We are Africans but our way our life differs. Take this into context, you can not visit a stranger like that on the premise that she will sponsor your stay. Its upsurd and tricky. Betterstill, you can meet at different scenes and watch the next move. |

I know you are in love, thats ok JerriBerry: lol thanks anyways. She’d have come to Nigeria instead but she’s afraid of the unsafe Nigeria security stereotypes. I’ll figure something out anyways Option 2: Meet her outside SA. Both of you should fly to kenya, Ghana or anywhere for a short meet. In your own interest, follow advise. As una no gree come each other country, another person country go better. Thats how most people do it. And again, i hope you have been reading social media. ok, perfect Omix2: PCC is not part of the visa requirements in most Polish embassies. However, 'certain' embassies may request for additional documents at their discretion. So, it may be necessary to confirm via the visa information webpage or email address of the specific embassy |

Thank you very much. so the police clearance is not needed Omix2: • Visa application form completed via e-konsulat. • Recent passport-sized colour photo. • Valid original passport. • Copy of the passport data page. • Health/Travel medical insurance. • Flight booking/reservation. • Proof of accommodation for duration of stay. • Invitation letter from company/institution. • Work permit from a Voivodeship Office. |

Your appeal must go to nantes, frances walex222: Thanks 🙏 But the address is not stated, and I’d like to know your opinion on their decision. I’m confused because they included the document, and their intention seems to be solely based on tourism, nothing more. Please, I need your advice on this. Thank you! The commission for visa refusals under Ministry of Foreign Affairs. betterstill, read this excerpts; To appeal a visa refusal in France, you can: File an appeal within 30 days: You must file an appeal within 30 days of the visa refusal. Write an appeal letter: Your appeal letter should include: A strong reason why you believe the visa was wrongfully rejected Your personal details, such as your name, date of birth, passport number, and contact information The date of the visa rejection The reason or letter of the visa rejection Documents that prove why you believe the visa was unfairly rejected Appeal to the CRRV: You can appeal to the Commission de Recours contre les Décisions de Refus de Visa d'entrée en France (CRRV). You can appeal in person, through a lawyer, or through a family member with a mandate. In this case, you can send an appeal to the Nantes via DHL, await outcome before you re apply. If i can ask sir, do you work? do you have a travel experience before? Address your short stay visa appeal to : The Deputy Director of Visas at BP 83609 44036 Nantes Cedex 01 Lastly, Do not draft this appeal in english language, ensure it is done in french and handled by your lawyer in Nigeria, then you dispatch to them. All the best |

Appealing means is on your refusal slip. checkit walex222: Good day, everyone. I received my family visa application today along with a refusal letter. Although it was a first time application. My wife applied to travel with my two children, aged 9 and 7. Below is the list of documents I submitted:
Application Letters: Personal, work, leave, children's school, and sponsorship. Financial Documents: Salary bank statement, sponsorship statement, and payslip. Ties to Home Country: Property documents, family photos, car documents, marriage certificate, and marriage photos. Travel History: My own travel history with my wife , and my other travel history. Certificates: Marriage certificate, birth certificates, school certificates, and achievement certificates. The only reason stated for the denial was that there’s doubt about their intentions to return to my home country after the visa expires.
I’d like to appeal, but I don’t know where to send the appeal or if it should go through TLS as a normal application. Please, I need your advice on this and guidance on how to go about the appeal process.
Thank you all! |

So, France issued my visa but I flew brussels airways . On getting to Belgium , they passed us through immigration and my passport was stamped in Belgium .. Is this a problem ? Upon getting to France, they just passed us through to the exit , no immigration. No issues |

You mean they applied for these applications from Spain? Ashirioluwa: Yes, but most of them didn't necessarily get their visas through the Spanish embassy. I hope you all are aware that if you are on a tourist visa for over 30 days or more , you can apply for a study visa directly from spain. All you need do is get a lawyer, who would help you process your documents from the immigration department or if you like, you get it done through a representative. |

davodyguy: Nope.
Application centres are not proxy to consulate Hence, there's no regularisation needed on submitted applications. As regards his/her question, processing time has nothing to do with any of the VAC and the ongoing transfer.
TLS will close down completely on 19th December, after which documents would be formally transferred to VFS. Until then, those that submitted via TLS, would still get contacted by TLS up till 18th December 2024 to come pick up their passports.
If you didn't receive a decision by Midnight 18th December, 2024 you'll be contacted by VFS from 19th via mail
Let's say you did biometrics with TLS in November, 2024 you'll still be contacted by TLS till 18th December, 2024. But if you don't pick up from them, they'll send your passport to VFS office in the same Ikeja, VI or Abuja where VFS operates from David, I wrote in very simple and clear English. Yes or No, is not the issue. Relax The concerned person has picked the info he wants. Notifications on applications comes viz viz Tls/vfs and the UKVI either ways, you will get notified. Simple. You can carefully read the trail of texts again to understand the inquiries. Regards. |
Travel › Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by hunee: 5:04pm On Dec 05, 2024 |
ofcourse, it may take sometime for regularization, however it is not an issue as your emails are very much active for notifications viz-viz the transitioning Makaegbobi: Okay, thank you. I know that they don't have influence on the decision process but I noticed that visa decision news has been a little scarce since the switch. I was wondering if the transition is causing delays with receiving a visa decision. |
