1. Apply for provisional licence https://www.gov.uk/apply-first-provisional-driving-licence (you must have lived legally in the uk for atleast 185days)

How much you need depends on your school and city.

You can’t change until you finish your studies

You can but it's better for the company to do it for you. Sometimes the DBS letter might get to you after the deadline to register it on the website.

Just finished my quarantine and ready for work life.

Sent out numerous CV for care worker/assistant role.

Got couples of calls, but they keep asking for at least 1 month UK experience. Some even ask if am moniker and have driving license.

Thats the best actually. Stick to what you can easily afford and refund. CC shouldn't be relied on as it isn't free money. And ensure you payback ASAP. For me I even pay back before my statement comes, although some say its best one pays after to reflect on the Credit report.

Spend what you can afford to clear monthly without accruing interest. That might be your whole food budget plus incidentals. The biggest mistake is seeing it as accessible cash to use nilly willy. Cos it's not. Na finely crafted loan with interest

My updated credit score , to encourage new comers and all the queries about building credit score. Its not an overnight race and requires lots of patience and steps. Took me 4yrs to get here and my advise is everything matters, oldest account on report is for my water provider severn trent and every account for electricity, Internet etc is also reflected, so not just owning and using CC helps.

I found out that the playstore app was stuck on Nigeria because I had made some app purchases in Nija.
What I did was to change app location to UK, this now moved me to the UK playstore..
