it's the weather, raw egg, fish oil or coconut oil will make his coat shinier.
don't bathe too frequently this period, the dog's natural coat oil is important at this point too, bathing will wash it off and leave the coat in worse condition

try what Vincentjk is doing with Augusto it'll help her, as she matures the training will help the instincts kick in.
instead of just frequent walks, engage her in rough play and allow her playfully attack you, sometimes let her chase you around.
within some time, she'll start barking and she'll start showing signs of aggression on her own

exercise and feeding all contribute in the muscular look you want.
males are more muscular than females, feed more of protein for muscle building, exercise frequently and sometimes even if you do all these things, if your dog isn't from a muscular massive bloodline then you won't get exactly the same result

Nah Augusto isn't the playing type at all, in fact he began playing with us some weeks back due to the bonding but never plays with strangers at all.

He'd sniff and try to dodge a stranger's hand if they get too close to him, I so like that and the aggression training/tug of war I practice with him is beginning to create confidence and boldness in him. That has been my priority long before i got him

I lock him up as soon as we've a visitor, people barely visit us btw expect this festive season

this tug of war and play wrestling always works in boosting the confidence and boldness of a dog.
it's a healthier and more effective way of making your dog brave and bringing out the guard instinct than frequent locking and lack of socialisation.
if you continue it you'll be proud of how Augusto will be acting in adulthood

suprisingly, egg is only 35% protein but it is loaded with other vitamins and minerals that contribute in making it basically a balanced diet. the most proteinous part of egg is the egg white( for those who seperate egg yolks and feed pups instead of whole eggs), the yolk is richer in vitamins and minerals so eggs should always be fed whole and it should not be more than 10% of your dog's nutritional intake so eggs shouldn't be your dog's main protein source, it's just a supplement.

chicken is the preferred meat for dogs because it's white meat and it has less fat because the fat is usually on the skin and not in the flesh unlike red meat(cow,pork and goat), also it's easily obtainable plus the bones are easily grinded.
pork and beef can be too fatty so you have to select the "lean" parts of the meat.
but pound for pound chicken is more protein filled than beef or pork
chicken is about 80% protein per piece while beef is 53% protein and 10% fats
fish is 46%-50 something (depends on the type of fish) turkey is 70%
pork is also 53%

if you're the owner of the pups then you should know that people are using the pictures of your litter to probably scam people, I've seen this same pic 3 times today with different people

In terms of intelligence, I would say they're among the top intelligent dogs but don't have the agility of a gsd. Caucasian are security and family dogs....it's all about preference and reason for owning a breed though

true, they are intelligent but people tend to mistake their stubbornness for stupidity.

but he's right that they aren't good house dogs, they shed to much and they are too big to stay around furniture, they are best left outside to guard

there is no Caucasian in that dog lol, not every dog that has hair is a Caucasian Shepherd.
it has no black mask, the paws are not even molosser paws, the ears are nothing like a Caucasian's ears, the body size isn't Caucasian(except it's a puppy), the face doesn't look Caucasian at all.

any breed can live with any breed if you socialize and introduce them well and if you're a good alpha.

a Czechoslovakian Wolfdog is a cross between a working line gsd and a Carpathian grey wolf, it looks very similar to a gsd, it looks kinda like OPs dog
