Vanwhizyy:don't breed a cauc inside your house try smaller dogs |
gsd Caucasian mix |
Eveezy:someone advised him to breed the dog that's who we were talking to..... |
BoboKush:human females can also have kids at the age of 13 but is it wise to let a girl to have kids at the age of 13? ![]() human males also start sperm production at the age of 14 so will you also start letting your son "breed" at that age? |
BoboKush:he should act fast and breed a 7 month old dog? |
don't breed the dog on the first heat |
franky156:updates? |
bansotosin:that answers the issue here, he's sleeping because he's bored. puppies sleep a lot and it's normal, a bored puppy will sleep more if put in that situation. |
asalimpo:what ever you want to believe it's your choice. just don't feel like you're "above secular reasoning" trusting your entire life and lifestyle based on what someone told you even when you know it defies the basic principles of reality doesn't mean you've risen above reasoning....it's a step backwards if you ask me. believe whatever you want to believe, it still doesn't change the fact that it doesn't make sense. don't try to bend reality to match what you want to believe....at least you admitted that some parts of it don't make sense no matter how much you want them to...that's a start. |
asalimpo:this one got me laughing ![]() |
asalimpo:did this sentence you typed help to boost your self esteem? ![]() |
asalimpo:let me guess, you haven't actually read any of these things you just heard this from people (other Christians) and you just say it every time to convince yourself that the bible is infallible. next thing you're going to want to say is " only a fool will say that there is no god" ![]() |
adisabarber:this guy is actually right, op let's hear how long the dog sleeps |
harryportter:that doesn't make sense on so many levels.... |
asalimpo:how would you know if the "critics" have pointed it out since? do you read and research? that has been settled a long time ago dude, I have known that since I was 16 and for a random person's logic to actually battle a book that has been said to be "inspired by god" then questions should be asked. and besides I'm more educated than all those men that wrote the bible so my logic should be superior. if you'd rather follow the logic of tax collectors, fishermen and carpenters than follow the logic of educated 21st century scholars then who am I to question you ![]() |
this is just the most ignorant thing I've seen today, keep on blabbing rubbish as facts since you can't understand evolution. |
it makes sense that people don't live older than 120 years because the human body cannot survive that long most of the time. it's has a logical explanation it's not some amazing miracle it's just like me predicting that dogs won't live up to 30years....we all know that dogs cannot survive up to that extent so obviously it's going to happen. besides, those people that lived for 900or 800 and something years lived in a time where dates weren't properly recorded and our way of calculating years is different from that period. the human body will literally degrade and fall apart even if the person is alive long before it's 300 years old not to talk of 900 before you assume that everything is a miracle, try to apply logic and reasoning, "I don't understand and can't be bothered to think and research" doesn't translate to miracle. |
raoniclectronic:so you're always busy and you decided to go into dog breeding? |
bansotosin:allow the dog to sleep as much as it wants, puppies tire out fast especially if you exercise them(like you said you do). they grow in their sleep so they need lots of sleep. as the dog grows older the nap time will reduce naturally, my cauc was also sleeping like that when he was at that age... trust me it's fine ![]() |
harryportter:speak for yourself....my dog and I feed very well |
your dog's weight is normal and puppies sleep a lot, it's normal. |

Gprince19:cod liver oil also helps bone formation |
Gprince19:I think you need to buy multivitamins too and if possible cod liver oil |
Gprince19:hope you don't lock this cutie up all day too, let her not start developing bone issues ooh ![]() I know you're thinking that CO's come with plenty problems just have it in mind that they grow faster than most breeds so they require more nutrients, I suggest you start supplementing her diet too to keep her healthy. if you're mixing her food then you'll need to supplement it. it'll be worth it at the end trust me, you'll see how fast She'll grow up ![]() just follow the rules about their feeding and training and you won't have any problems. my dog has never fallen sick before because I make sure he feeds well and his diet is rich, he's active, growing well and healthy. I supplement his food with vitamins, cod liver oil and calcium and give him regular exercise and it works well. I have this feeling that it's better to spend money on proper feeding than to treat sickness and malnutrition. it cost me more than 2 months feeding money(for him) to get him walking again after that incident with his leg so since then I promised myself I won't take any chances. Good luck bro if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask,I've been through this faze with my own dog too and I won't mind giving out some pointers ![]() |
Gprince19:I give my dog "bionical calcium tablets" everyday, it costs 3000 and it contains 100tabs coupled with daily exercise (don't over do the exercise since the dog is still young, some minutes of running around is okay at this age, it'll help keep the dog sharp and active) increase the exercise time as the dog grows older and try to give the puppy several exercise times instead of 1 long play time. puppies tire out fast so keep it short and regular daily. I haven't had another bone issue since then and I hope the puppy recovers fast ![]() |
Gprince19:you see where the problem came from now? their isn't any calcium in the dog's diet, rice beans and egg cannot give a cauc enough of it's daily calcium needs. tell him to buy calcium tablets and give the dog daily, and also tell him to stop locking up that puppy all day, puppies need to play and exercise daily it helps their mental, physical and social development. the puppy is still young and growing so the issue will reverse easily but please take note. allow your puppies to play, it may look like nothing to you but it helps them a lot. now isn't the time to start locking or chaining them up, you'll just stunt your dog's development. |
Gprince19:that's adding to the bone issues, you shouldn't lock a growing dog all day like that, they need to exercise their legs and stretch regularly. keeping growing dogs locked up like that is very wrong and bad for them. the pain will come during the treatment.. the injections will hurt the dog for some days. I recommended exercise on a sandy place so the pressure on the leg won't be much, if you don't have sand or mud around you then it's okay you can still do it on regular ground. when my dog was healing I used to take him out to a sandy field to dig and walk around, with time the weaker leg will strengthen. |
1000angstroms:it happens, try introducing the food slowly and also try to make it similar to what the dog was eating before |
Gprince19:the cause of this thing is malnutrition, CO's grow very fast so they need a lot of nutrients to grow steadily, if their food is lacking anything at this stage it'll affect them. that's why processed food or at least a balanced home cooked meal is best. my dog is on puppy food at 7months and we haven't had any issues since then, tell him to buy calcium supplements for the dog and give 2 daily (depends on the dog's age tho, if the dog is above 4months then give 2). it'll help prevent bone problems during the dog's growth |
Gprince19:I took the dog to a vet and the vet administered injections on the dogs limbs and back(I can't really remember the name of the drug he gave him). I also moved the dog back to processed food and administered calcium supplements everyday(even till now). the injections were given twice(3 days spacing) and also I made the dog exercise it's legs on sand (don't let the dog walk on tiles or strong surfaces during this period, also don't let the dog jump, the dog should rest it's legs during the healing phase because it's very painful...my dog was crying for some days). the leg got corrected within 2 weeks+...I hope it works for you too ![]() |
how did they know the dogs were buried alive? it's not a new thing to bury dead dogs I don't know why people have started claiming that it's spiritual ![]() |
