That's not true. He has been magnanimous enough to give the OP ample time to look for another house. Do your findings, a quit notice is usually given for 7 days after which law enforcers can take action, especially after the tenant's rent is due and the tenant has refused to either renew agreement or move out.

Ijebu people speak ijebu, and yes, their dialect can be translated, but like you said, some Akokos don't speak pure Yoruba. For example, my dialect has "v" which you can never hear in Yoruba.

There are so many dialects in the Akoko region of Ondo state, the majority are eastern Yoruba dialects.

Most people always mixed up with being Yoruba to speaking Oyo dialects. Oyo dialects is a northern Yoruba language and it's was adopted as a standard Yoruba dialect.

I know this because my father is from Ikare and my mother from Ilorin.
The Ikare dialect which is the largest dialect in Akoko Ondo overlaps with the standard Yoruba with more than 80%, I know this because I speak both languages.

The only influence in much of Akoko apart from the OYO we're the Nupes, Owo and Ibadan. Though, there are groups that speak an Edoid language in Akoko Ondo, but they now have been Yorubanized.

Finally, the Standard Yoruba dialect is being spoken as a second language or first language by all Akoko Ondos.

You are right. Which is why I said majority do not speak Yoruba dialects like you thought. Akoko in itself is a big region that ought to have been made a state, all things being equal.
