willzy0909:You are hereby corrected. ![]() Lagos State still has a lot of arable land in several places in Epe, Ikorodu, and Badagry. In my side of Badagry, a lot of farming (crop farming and animal husbandry) is still going on. And yes, some of us will continue to encourage agriculture, especially mechanized farming. Despite having an MSc and being chartered in my field, I still have my eyes on farming. If you know, you know! |
thorpido:Crocs don't swallow their prey whole. They devour, biting and chewing the flesh in a ravenous manner. |
Pure honey. Data analysis. Research consulting. Content writing. |
I sell pure honey, and I agree with the analysis provided by itanola. The most funny and erroneous idea about pure honey is that it doesn't attract ants. A customer still told me this today! Had to educate her though |
Professorcplus:Do this: Tell her: "Please oo, Nice, set, voice notes artiste, chat leader, intelligent, cool, set and lively girl, I don't want to sound offensive, but you're choking me!" Dazzall, problem solved! Next case! |
I had guessed digital marketing, so I was close enough. I was wondering how you are able to get much attention from outside the country, but I now understand. I'm looking at learning digital marketing, and my aim is to be able to get remote jobs from outside the country. Any advice you could give?
|
This is Erekiti town in Badagry. This is not a farm. That is seaweed taking over the water completely! And this is the major means of livelihood of many people there. Took this picture just last Saturday while on a trip there. When will Lagos State remember people living in Badagry?
|
I can do this. Not an English graduate though. |
anochuko01:Content Writing, Research/Data Analysis, Lecturing/Public Speaking, etc If you mean education: Bsc Marketing, MSc. Business Administration |
anochuko01:That's true. LinkedIn is my most utilized social/business networking site. I have gotten several opportunities for jobs, gigs, trainings, and professional development there. I have been contacted for opportunities from as far as Poland, Germany, Phillipines, etc. The first step is optimization of your profile. Then constant engagement and creating meaningful content in your chosen field. Unfortunately, LinkedIn is not for the intellectually or professionally lazy, the get-rich-quick, the entitled (I have first class, I made strong 2:1, bla bla bla), those who can't improve on themselves, and it's definitely not for slaying (whatever that means). I have made friends and met great people (both online and in person) through engagement on LinkedIn. I can go on and on. The conclusion: Be ready to take things one step at a time and to really add value to get noticed on LinkedIn. |
Gender: Female Equal opportunity employment is our goal. We do not discriminate... How interesting! |
That is a Ray fish very delicious I tell you, very delicious! The dried ones dey full Badagry on Fish Market days. Still saw them this week Monday. Of a truth, this fish makes sense! |
Donjazzy12:There are several ways to get money from your account without your ATM PIN. |
mariahAngel:I was about to ask similar questions, especially the one about water intake. |
DaddyRochie1642:The Bible never said that, bro! ![]() |
I can authoritatively tell you that most public schools in Lagos are not observing the COVID-19 guidelines. Everything is just window dressing and media hype. My contacts who are teachers in public secondary schools are complaining that they are tired of the situation. Even the students are not complying, and the schools are overcrowded! |
Wow! If you need MSc. (Business Administration) and BSc. (Marketing), with a strong aptitude for research /lecturing, please let me know. |

And that is why the future is pregnant! |
Kinda reminds me of the concept flying car in Sikiru Ayinde Barrister's music video, Fuji Precaution! |
A very loud shout-out to my first teachers, my Dad (R.I.P) and my Mom. They taught me the value of education. Without them, my school teachers would have laboured in vain. My primary school teachers: Mr. M.A Ademosun (Pry 6), Mr. Balogun, Mr. Giwa, Mr. Aladegbami, Mrs. Ogedengbe, Mr. Falola (Headmaster). Mr. J.J Edun (Headmaster), and a host of others. Messrs Ademosun and Balogun followed my progress right from Primary School to the University. Great men indeed! My secondary school teachers: Mr Kunle Taiwo (Uncle Tee) our JETS Club Coordinator, Mr. Bello (a.ka Hold the pillar) our Economics teacher (despite his brutality, I fell in love with Economics and still teach it till date), Mr. Tony Amokeodo, our English teacher and Press Club Coordinator, Mr Ogundimu (our English teacher who made me fall in love with Oral English and transcribing), our Chemistry teacher, Mr. Orotosho, and our Principal, Mrs. Adeniji, and all the others who shaped my youth and love for learning, God bless you and yours. My university lecturers, Prof. Linus Osuagwu (he initiated me into the world of empirical research and data analysis), Prof. Doyin Hassan (my amiable and approachable Egbon), Dr. A.A Idris (he made me fall in love with sales), who showed us that you can be a lecturer and maintain moral standards at the same time, Dr. M.A Awoniyi (project supervisor). K.A Ahmed-Ogundipe (Baba Labour), and all the rest. For my Masters, Dr. Olajide (my knowledgeable and approachable supervisor), Professor Akewushola (Prof. Akkay, the Strategy himself), Professor Oyeniyi (Marketing personified) Dr. Olumoko (Mokophobia), Dr. Elegunde (Dr. A.Y, a friend in deed), Dr. Tijani (a caring soul), and all the rest. May God bless you all. And to all of us who are teachers and lecturers, may our reward be great! May we be guided by principles and treat the children/students in our care with love. Tomorrow is pregnant! |
Zzor:So, you'll hate me if you meet me? This one is strong oo |

So, what other conditions are attached to the MTN CUG line apart from the ones you have mentioned? And what are your own charges? I may be interested. |
Well, Togo is a very peaceful and relaxing country. If it's business you want to do I will advise you to first be in places like lome, anehó, aflao and hilacondji(Benin border) first before thinking of any business... Try to learn grade c French first and speak Yoruba very well cuz you will definitely meet someone... Moreso don't just sleep with any type of girls some have magun (thunderbolt)... Represent yourself and Nigeria well. God see you through.... If in the future you want to relocate try Zambia precisely Bulawayo or windhoek Namibia
() |

As my own contribution to this great thread by @Mordecai, I promise to combine the content here into a single PDF document for future use of all. Please house, keep reminding me of this. I stumbled upon this thread today while searching for affordable solar energy solutions. As a freelancer, poor power supply has really caused me a lot of setbacks and frustrations, loss of clients and loss of revenue, too numerous to count. I don't like using generators for extended periods, due to noise and pollution. I love working in a clean and quiet space. I have decided to forget about grid electricity for now, for my own good! Mordecai, thank you and may God bless you for taking the time to do this. You remind me of the Mordecai in the Bible. He was always interested in the welfare of his people. |
I go to Alaba regularly, right from my student days. All I can say is that person wey go dupe me for Alaba go try! E self go see pepper! ![]() But on a more serious note, do the following when buying at Alaba for the first time: 1. Go with someone who knows the territory 2. Determine what you want to buy before going (price, quality, specifications, etc). This can be done online 3. Avoid greed, in all its shades and hues 4. Buy from reputable shops, with a physical presence and a name to protect. 5. Check your receipt if it corresponds with the terms of your purchase 6. Test your product before leaving, make sure all components are complete and working 7. Check the brand name well. (There is SONY, and SONNY, and SUNNY. There is SAMSUNG and there is SAMSSUNG and SAMSONG!) 8. BEG GOD TO HELP YOU. |
