FamilyRe: Do I Build A Small House Now Or Keep Saving? by iamclime(m): 11:55pm On May 01, 2020
dukeprince50:
If the house u want to build is ur own residential house, I'll advice u to invest that money into different businesses, u can multiply that money by 5 in the next ten years, but if u want to give it out for rent, I'll say u should build it. Ur first priority should be more money. The house, if not for rent will depreciate but land does not.
Also if u haven't figured out what to do with ur life, I'll say u hold that money till u find urself. Don't just run and invest wen u have no idea what to invest on. U can loose everything.Best thing u can do with ur money is to use it and make more money, but do it wisely
Modified.
To those quoting me that house doesn't depreciate, what do u say about the brick houses 20-30years ago or the mud and thatch house during our great grandma's time? Brick house was a hot cake in the 90's, also in late 90's if u have a block house, u are rich, 20years from now Architecture will bring up a new design and glass houses will be as worthy as what block house is today. Be here thinking houses don't depreciate.
As much as I agree with some of your submissions, let me point out that real brick houses are still in style, for those who know the value. Real bricks, baked bricks I mean. They are even costlier than block houses. Ask any brick mason.

We need people like you. We'll use the I.d to confirm you own the credentials. You may apply with what you're currently comfortable with, however, if incomplete, other documents would be required from you at a later stage in your application process.
Very nice. Thanks for the clarification. Best regards.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Vacancy: Academic Writers Wanted by iamclime(m): 7:57am On May 01, 2020
This is a nice opportunity for people like us in the research/academic consulting field. Worth considering.
However, submitting sensitive details like government-issued ID raises concerns, at this time. This should be requested at the last stage of the hiring process. Identity theft is on the rise during this COVID-19 era.
Please look into this.

it is an actual thing. Vanishing twin syndrome. One of the fetuses stops developing and it is asorbed by the other twin and the mother.

Bonnyhope. bonnyhope
Never heard of vanishing twin syndrome. We learn everyday. I checked it out online and it is a confirmed medical phenomenon which can happen either early or late into pregnancy. In many cases, it goes undetected. Well done, funmisticqueen2, for providing some practical experience.
We don't know if this was the case with the woman from St. Raphael though. Time will tell.
PoliticsRe: The Properties ICPC Seized From Dibu Ojerinde, Ex-JAMB Registrar by iamclime(m): 9:18pm On Apr 26, 2020
If you have been to JAMB Office, Bwari, FCT, between 2010 and 2012 ( I used to go there then on official university assignment), you would have seen how corrupt the staff were. From porter to committee secretary to chairman to director, everybody na runsman/woman. The place was like a market. Those guys were living large. Invigilators and accreditation teams nko? Abeg, make we no even go there.
I can't even remember if Ojerinde was the Registrar then but I know this guy chop money for NECO for several years before being appointed to JAMB.

Madam leave all these Stories!
You are not a Korean neither are u in Korea..

We tend to Deceive ourselves here..

Nigeria and Africa have our Peculiarities..

Lockdowns in Nigeria or in Africa will create Greater deaths.. our Leaders just copied what the Europeans and Americans were doing!

The Lockdown should be lifted and Churches opened!

We are Africans and we know how we attend to these things
Did you notice that you keep repeating that the lockdown should be lifted and churches opened? Not businesses, factories, schools for our children and youth, government offices, but churches? My brother, the religiosity of we Nigerians is not synonymous with godliness. Or sense for that matter.

HealthRe: 15 Countries With No Confirmed COVID-19 Cases by iamclime(m): 8:14am On Apr 25, 2020
Every country and territory on earth is being besieged with one problem or the other at this moment. They must not all have COVID-19. Tuvalu and Vanuatu, for example, have been battered by weather-related natural disasters in recent weeks. Same goes for some parts of the United States. Dark days are here.
PhonesRe: Which Network Provider In Nigeria Has The Fastest Internet Connection? by iamclime(m): 12:33pm On Apr 24, 2020
It is all a factor of where you live/work, the type of device you browsing on, the signal strength (2G/3G/4G/4G LTE), etc.
CrimeRiots And Killings In Ehor, Edo State by iamclime(op): 10:04am On Apr 24, 2020
There is an ongoing crisis in Ehor, Edo State. Info reaching me has it that there was a dispute between a vigilante guy (said to be a cutlist, the Number 2 in his zone) and a Hausa guy. The Hausa stabbed the vigilante and killed him. This started last night. Now, cultists are burning Hausa-owned properties and causing mayhem in Ehor and environs.
Please call your people in this area. Stay safe.
Please, don't ask for pictures; I don't have.

let me teach you a new thing that there is a word called numeral in your slave master language called English

if you had gone to school, you will not be applying for a consultancy job that is based on numeral in a university and a biz admin graduate will show up. what will you offer in such a case. check the meaning of consultancy again (since you must use the same word as the op and you can't coin or use a synonym) and feed me back. will you be checking for wrong spellings there?

you don't even know where your expertise fit. how will you know what to offer?

lazy Uth

unemployable graduate

u are not schooled at all, a bunch of crammers who have As As in all their courses but can't deliver

just put it down the way the teacher said it (numerate) and never change it (numeral) even when it (numerate) do not fit in
Congratulations, you won! Now, run along. grin

You should have simply googled on its use besides preventing pregnancy. Its also used to treat heavy or painful menstrual flow and sometimes menstrual irregularities.
Correct. I once had a close female friend who usually has serious menstrual cramps. A medical professional prescribed birth control pills as a temporary measure, pending when she will get married and start bearing children.

The hospital should be sued, at least to teach them a lesson.

We should not also discount the fact that in SK, citizens behave responsibly and follow governmental directives and restrictions. From my experience in Nigeria, even the supposedly highly educated citizens flagrantly flout government orders and also encourage others to do same Let's leave the ineptitude, corruption, and avaricious propensities of our leaders as a story for another day.
Let us start from the basics: be a good citizen. If you're asked to stay home, stay home!
