The dude with the bears, my best photo! And see that Lil cub clinging to his leg: Wonderschön! |
If these points stated were Prof. Akintola's reasons for boycotting the wedding, I respect his position. I was in attendance at his Inaugural Lecture in LASU and I remember he made some of those points very clear. We all laughed at his proposition that there should be a Cow Tax for owambe parties but he made a lot of sense. And from my experience in Events Planning, I can say that peer pressure and the desire to please others have made many people run into debts while planning for weddings. |
Has anyone here cultivated this variety of tomatoes before? I got it from a friend and want to know the pros and cons of cultivating it. See photos.

onward4life:WOW! THAT'S UNFORTUNATE. I WILL LOOK INTO THIS. |
I am not sure there is Sterling in Badagry. The closest branches may be the ones in LASU or Alaba Market |
Talk to HM GLOBAL SOLUTIONS. 08061344531. I CAN ASSURE YOU THEY'RE VERY GENUINE. ALL THE BEST |
Tell her to apply for ABUAD Multi-System Hospital vacancy. It's here on Nairaland. Or she can read directly from their site www.abuad.edu.ng |
No information on NRC website. Still trying to confirm this. |
Dear All, Please note that I just passed the information as received. I also noticed the errors in the ad, but that doesn't mean it's a scam. This idea of thinking of job ads as scams has made many on Nairaland miss good opportunities. I can confidently tell you, however, that SMARK MINIMALL is owned by the same group that owns FAMS EMBASSY SUITES, Ibereko, Badagry. You can google FAMS EMBASSY to know a little. I don't work there but I know those who do. |
Mods, please help move to front page. cc Uboma, lalasticlala |
Please apply for vacancies in this firm if you qualify. The mall is opening soon.

Your grammar and diction says it all, ahamonyeka. Don't bother with him, baum1. The internet never forgets. Please let's be mature and exercise self-control in all things. |
Business. Management. HRM. Marketing. SPSS. Excel. Count me in! |
Oh nostalgia! Those days of DBN and Clapperboard! In the days of Patra, Diana King, Shabba Ranks, and Shaggy. My, my, time flies! |
What did you graduate with? And what field? As others mentioned above, you may speak to your HOD or Dean to find out if there are openings and your chances. Alternatively, apply directly to the Vice-Chancellor if you're sure you qualify and there are openings. The VC will send it to the Dean, who will in turn send it to the HOD, for their comments. Then your application follows the route back to the VC |
It's either you are a Graduate Assistant or an Assistant Lecturer. Both require an interest in and aptitude for research and academics, and requisite qualifications. At least a strong 2:1 for GA, and a Masters for AL. You also need to meet other requirements, depending on the school you're applying to. |
Quality attracts higher prices. But you should discuss your needs with the service suppliers (vendors) and arrive at reasonable prices. For high quality photography, talk to COLORIDO Imagery 08099770512. He is the guy! |
UNICAF IS REAL. BUT BY TIME THEY TELL YOU THEIR FEES IN NAIRA (AFTER GIVING YOU 80% OR MORE OFF), YOU WILL JUST BE WEAK! I HAVE BEEN THERE. THE LADY THAT CALLED ME SAID MY FEE WAS ABOUT N1.2MILLION. NA IM I JUST TELL AM THANK YOU, I WILL LOOK INTO IT! IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY (WHATEVER AMOUNT THEY MENTION TO YOU), YOU MAY GO FOR IT. |
The comments here show that many applicants and their sponsors/parents/guardians do not understand the modalities and processes involved in university admission in Nigeria. I will give a detailed explanation later, for the benefit of those who wish to learn before arguing. But for now, suffice to say that LASU admission this year is one of the most transparent ever. Take it or leave it. I know how it works. Best wishes to all. |
It's NIGERIAN PIDGIN, not Pigging English. Pidgin dey for different different place for this world, our own NA Nigerian Pidgin. NA the correct name be that. |
Unconfirmed info has it that only 700 applicants are needed (200 senior, 500 junior). As for the selection process, based on political affiliations and permutations, based on logistics, you can guess the rest! However, keep hope alive; you never can tell! |
Location and conditions of service? |
It sounds interesting. Please use the contacts in my signature. Many thanks |
deepwater:Deepwater, that's a DEEP comment there! Your wish will come true someday soon, by God's grace and in Jesus name! See Isaiah 33:24 |
swagifted:9 years ago. |
adjoviomole:Do your research thoroughly. There are black mambas in Nigeria, though not as common as other serpentine vertebrata. |
This thread makes me remember my service days in Kachia, the "Home of Ginger"! |
And this must be LBS-PAU, the only AACSB-accredited school in Nigeria for now, according to my understanding. |
I have more than 3 years experience in working with senior management in a top university. I have worked with at least 2 Vice-Chancellors, Deputy Vice-Chancellors and Registrars. Well grounded in office administration and higher education management. Can I apply? Or the 6 years is non-negotiable? |
Done. |
