Government will still cover 50% of the loan repayment and get 50% from operating the project.

They must have submitted their loan repayment plan before getting the loan.

Even the entire Nigeria

Only few train tracks are under construction and working.

The entire of South/South earn as much as Lagos with fewer people to cater for.

Olanipekun never won the case, Tribunal only give the Judgment to Tinubu because they sold their conscience to Tinubu.

Olanipekun that was disgraced by Supreme Court and fined
Olanipeku has won several cases and he spent nearly three decades leading Election petitions both as lawyers of petitioner and counsel to the respondents.

you forgot that he lost in the tribunal before winning in the supreme court.
He lost at the tribunal in Federal high court before he won at Appeal and Supreme court

The cases for governorship Election starts at the federal high court which is the Election tribunal, the cases for presidential election starts at the federal Appeal Court.
PoliticsRe: Tribalism Or Dangerous Stupidity? by Iamgrey5(m):
It's definitely only the Yorubas that voted for Tinubu and definitely only the igbos that voted Obi! "According to this logic"

What exactly is the evidence that a Obi will be a better administrator than Tinubu or better than ATIKU. None!

I will concede that voting for Obi will usher in an idea that igbos can also win general Elections in Nigeria and that idea will be great for nation building..

However, there is nothing to prove in Obi's resume that he is a better administrator than Tinubu or ATIKU.

Tinubu despite his numerous flaws is an innovator and a maverick whose ways you may not necessarily agree with but often produces results even if he could have done better in some cases.

ATIKU has been a politician and public administrator for so long and despite his numerous flaws, he is the most experienced of the three and can use his experience to steady an already sinking Nigeria.

Obi is youngest and largely inexperienced about national politics although he is idealistic, he has not shown any sign in the previous position he held that he stands out amongst other politicians.

Everyone of them have their qualities, if you sit down and analyze the situation properly..

No hope for the masses..

I believe according to the obideints that the mere fact that a person files an election petition, the person should be pronounced the winner by the judge or judges without proper evidence.

We will not take this. grin
CultureRe: Which Is The Most Common Name In Your Tribe? by Iamgrey5(m): 5:26pm On Sep 07, 2023
Samantha124:
No, it's not... You Nigerians need to stop with this mentality of always assuming that every black South African is Zulu.

Ask which language is it instead of always assuming that Zulu is the only SA indigenous language.

How would you feel if we South Africans always assumed that Nigeria only consisted of Igbo as an indigenous language simply because it's the most popular tribe to come out of Nigeria?
Nkosa and Zulu language is similar but only Pronunciation of Q and C is much stronger with the Kosa.
PoliticsRe: Angry Nigerians React To Election Petition Tribunal Judgement by Iamgrey5(m):
Poetic justice was served yesterday with several previous cases of the petitioners lead councel cited to discredit their own cases.

Oyetola vs Inec and others case (Osun case) was cited almost a dozen times when trying to dismiss irev and Bvas cases against Tinubu and Inec.

The tribunal simply held that irev and Bvas are not collation mechanism but simply a mechanism to encourage further public participation. They claimed collation of results is still done manually. (Supreme court position on the Oyetola vs Inec and others case).

The tribunal also held that ATIKU lawyers can not introduce new case while responding to a petition citing ATIKU vs Inec and others case of 2019 which strike out the ATIKU Cameroonian argument because Wole Olanipeku at time introduce that case as a response to Buhari certificate saga. Hence, Tribunal striked out the dual citizenship argument and testimony of the witness.
