And you think it works that way?

See your mouth ..." He gets two, the others fall in line" ...

Very easy for you to type
Yes very easily.

It's the reason why Afe babalola said Active Judges shouldn't be the ones involved in tribunals.

Iamzik:
What influence?

They are all supreme court judges and have Equal votes
Yes he can easily influence just two Judges to have same opinion.

Have you ever seen a lead judgement with the four remaining Judges opposing the Judgement before no matter how absorbed the judgement is?
PoliticsRe: Buharists Now Orphans In APC – Shehu Sani by Iamgrey5(m): 7:02pm On Jul 17, 2023
iHateFraudsters:
And you think it's every judge that can be influenced?
He just kind of need two Judges not all five.

If he gets two, the remaining two will most likely fall inline.

PoliticsRe: EU-EOM Is Right! Tinubu Is President Through A Tainted Poll - Businessday NG by Iamgrey5(m): 6:37pm On Jul 17, 2023
I hate the hypocrisy of certain people.

The same Election produced some of the largest upset in Nigerian history.

If precedent is a thing in Nigeria, then 2023 Election is one of the best Election in Nigerian's history.

The EU report should have made a report that compared our previous Elections to this one not compare our Elections to the one held in first world countries.

The only problem is that the Losers despite playing several games themselves are unwilling to stomach defeat.
PoliticsRe: Southeast Is Underrepresented In The National Power Structure - Reno Omokri by Iamgrey5(m): 6:32pm On Jul 17, 2023
I was of the opinion for a long time until I saw them expecting a rerun or a coup d'etat to end Tinubu's goverment somehow

Then I thought to myself!

Well! Bleep it!

Lol!

If Tribunal declares rerun eh, the way Tinubu will loose will be too hard for INEC to rig even if Seyi Tinubu is the Chairman.

So much enemies in less than 2 months for a man without supporters.
Oh you forget there's the supreme court where the chief judge is a Yoruba man?

The Target of this policy has always been Lagos because of the cosmopolitan nature of the state.

Well! I agree If Lagos is given a special status with an Extra state being created in the South West.

PoliticsRe: Palliatives: 'What Tinubu Should Do Instead Of Sharing Money' - Iamgrey5 by Iamgrey5(m): 8:06pm On Jul 13, 2023
The corruption heaven called Nigerian civil service is not ripe to implement a social intervention program that will involve sharing money.

Even if Nelson Mandela was in charge of the ministry, 70% of funds will still end up in private pockets.
PoliticsRe: Palliatives: 'What Tinubu Should Do Instead Of Sharing Money' - Iamgrey5 by Iamgrey5(m): 7:57pm On Jul 13, 2023
There are more innovative ways Nigeria goverment can share palliatives if they truly want to help Nigerians and also initiate a process for sustainable development and growth.

Simply throwing the money we don't have at our problems have never helped Nigerians.

Jonathan with Amnesty program for the Niger delta simply made millionaires out of a few people. Majority of the youths in Niger delta got nothing.

Buhari came with school feeding programs and cash palliatives for the "poor of the poor". We all know how that ended.

The money In question will be looted from the House of representatives that approved the budget to the ministry in charge all the way down to those responsible for sharing it to individuals at each local government councils.
PoliticsRe: Breaking: US Places Visa Ban On CJN Ariwoola, Justices Nweze, Dattijo, Others. by Iamgrey5(m): 6:39pm On Jul 13, 2023
Penguin2:
Yeah.

United States can’t help us interpret our laws but they know our laws when it’s misinterpreted.

Just like we are all not lawyers but when a judgment is fishy we, even though we might not expertly demonstrate what’s wrong with the judgment but we would know that the judgment is wrong.

There used to be a time when our judges used to look at cases for their merit and not based on technicalities. But these days, weighty judgments are given on bases of improper punctuations (hypothetically).

Ask yourself, why did such judicial sages like Justice Oputa, Rhodes-Vivour, etc, retire without US placing a visa ban on them? Because they consistently did justice and the world always saw and agreed that they have done justice.

But right now, judgment is for sale in Nigeria and Judges have thrown their sense of moral and legal rectitude to the wind.

Nigeria will soon get to a breaking point. And you know what happens when something gets to its breaking point? It tears.

All eyes on the judiciary!
Judgement is an opinion of the judge based on his or her understanding of the law, you can always disagree as is the case when some judges disagree with majority ruling. However, no country punishes judges for giving an opinion.
PoliticsRe: Breaking: US Places Visa Ban On CJN Ariwoola, Justices Nweze, Dattijo, Others. by Iamgrey5(m):
How is this possible?

The United States can't help us interpret our constitution for us!

Only our judges can choose to interpret our constitution the way they understand it.

Yes, there's none.

It's just a scam that causes inflation.

The irony is the poor of poor still gets to pay for it when the prices in market hit the highest level.
PoliticsRe: 12 Million Households To Get ₦‎8,000 For Six Months, Says Tinubu by Iamgrey5(m):
I don't like this type of palliatives. It's definitely going to end up in some people's pockets.

Jonathan tried it and it failed, Buhari tried it and it failed. Tinubu should not end up like those two.

We can't afford another looting bonanza in this country.

Palliatives should be inform

>A scheme to convert 1000 public taxis to CNG from petroleum engines at half the price across the federation and Making CNG readily available

>Create Industrial zones in the six geo political zone and encourage manufacturing of Agro products by giving tax holidays for a five year period for prospective investors.

>Grant Solar companies like SUNKING tax breaks and finance in other to reduce the cost of those solar kits for homes and small businesses (This takes care of generators to an extent)

> Funds to encourage state governments to procure big luxurious buses for cheap transportation.

> Increment in minimum wage.

> Tax reduction for manufacturing businesses already operating in Nigeria.

Those palliatives are not only very different from our regular approach but they also encourage production.
