1. When a country places a high value of her citizens, the host country will have to follow suite so it is not surprising that NNPC can chatter plane for Americans. The west places a high value on their citizens and that is why they are evacuating their citizens abroad even though their countries are currently worse off at the moment but they have the confidence that they can take care of their citizens better.
In contrast, China has closed their border to foreigners and advised their citizens to stay where they are abroad even though, things are getting better for them now. Then you talk of the likes of Nigeria who do not even care if they have citizens abroad not to talk of having any plan for them. Can you now see how much value different countries place on their citizens?

The most sensible thing we can do is to


* seat at home , self quarantine and break the virus spread, cycle and connectivity chain
* only call NCDC centers after contacting a local hospital that ascertain you to show sign of symptoms , bombarding the call centers with prank call and calls on every sign of sneezing would overwhelm them
*stop overwhelming the few labs that we have with panic and sending in samples even without symptoms
*Till date almighty Americans have only tested about 30,000 cases in the labs because they have limited labs, what can Nigeria do if all our celebrities and politicians are now using lab test for show off while lab scientist are working over overtime
