From my experience during my employment in the bank and civil service; any staff that comes to work far too early is either "running from something" OR "running to meet up with some extracurricular activities in the office before resumption time"

Abi Mr governor, you did not sleep at home and you were looking for an excuse to give her Excellency? I WAS ON SPECIAL ON-THE-SITE INSPECTION THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT!?

And for the woman; did you bother to find out why she decided to come to school so early? The reason could just have been that her residence is far away from the school and she had to leave home early to catch up with transport (talk to Lagos bankers that live at Mowe and work in Lagos Island) OR that she was running from some wahala at home.

Mr dear governor, you just wanted to score a cheap political PR point, that's all I see to it.

Tinubu is silent over this issue now because of his political ambission/personal interest and not that he has Yoruba nation in his mind.

Gentlemen, no one should be deceived about Tinubu's silence over the Omotekun controversy. He is still in charge and is even the brain behind the Northern opposition to Omotekun; all in view of a master scheme he has in place counting down to 2023.

Simply put, by the steaming controversy over the Omotekun effectively threatening the North and SW alliance, the North will have no choice than to rely on Tinubu to keep together the alliance. This will, once again, restore to him his hitherto lost position of importance and relevance in APC at the center. Which he will exploit to the fullest to advance his chances of getting the 2023 APC Presidential ticket.

The man is really smart and is adept at exploiting - to the fullest - the Yoruba nation's political 'follow-your-leader' mentally in getting what he wants.

Don't be confused by all the grandstanding by Soyinka, Obasanjo, Falana, the SW governors etc on the Omotekun issue, they are all playing Tinubu's script - consciously or unconsciously.

AMCON is basically a Credit Risk Management and Debt Management/Recovery agency. To be headed by someone without any valid experience in Credit Risk Management or core banking is definitely putting a square peg in a round hole.

This appointment will only result in AMCON out sourcing most of it's activities to outside consultants. A sure way of ensuring consultant fees paddings and returns to the oga-on-top.

The guy is an engineer with valid experience in strategic management and planning activities in Central Banking environment
He should have been sent to a more suitable agency: definitely not AMCON.

What AMCON needs now is an ENFORCER that will recover the billions of Naira from loan defaulters and not a strategic planner/manager.
