I actually mentioned Disstroys surname but never linked his socials. It is quite a generic surname. Anyone adding his first name could go looking for him. Regardless I never posted his socials, and like I said, it was a regrettable beef as he is an upstanding fellow and we are amicable. I don't take things outside Nairaland and never posted his picture or socials

What Shoodboi did doesn't amount to Cyberstalking because he posted a publicly available picture of Ibime, as confirmed by Ibime himself

On the issue of consent to upload said pic, Shoodboi was dared to do so and this negates the consent requirement and provides legal justification for defence of the act

Now having said this, the additional dossiers Shoodboi claims to have, being leaked, could amount to a crime under the CyberCrime Act, because admittedly from Shoodboi himself, Ibime has since restricted access to them

My advice: Shoodboi sheathe your sword as you've proven your point, going further could make you liable

For the record, I did not dare anyone or give my consent.

But I didn't kill anyone and am not ashamed, so it's nothing major.

I always know where to draw the line if real bitterness is involved to stop things escalating down unproductive channels.
